IndianAppGuy Tech is excited to offer you a Content Writer Internship position with our team. We
believe that you will bring valuable skills and contribute to our company's success. Before we begin,
please take the time to review the details of the offer, including the terms and conditions of your
employment.
Position: Content Writing Intern

Location: Remote
Start Date: 13 April 2024
Duration: 6 months
Stipend: INR Rs 5,000.
You are being hired as a Content writing intern, and Ms. Sahar Murad will be your Mentor and Reporting
Manager during that time. As a Content Writing intern, you would be responsible for working on all the
SEO-relevant work alongside writing content.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Duration: Your internship will begin on 13 April 2024 and end 13 October 2024 (can be extended), with
a duration of 6 months.
2. Compensation: You will receive a monthly stipend of INR 5,000/Month for the duration of your
internship. It will be settled in your bank account on a monthly basis
3. Code of Conduct: As an intern with IndianAppGuy Tech, you are expected to adhere to our code of
conduct, which includes professional behavior, ethics, and respect for confidentiality.
4. Non-Disclosure Agreement: You will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to protect
the confidentiality of our company's information, client data, and intellectual property.
5. Employment Termination: In the event of unprofessional behavior, breach of code, or failure to meet job
expectations, your internship may be terminated prematurely.
Non-disclosure agreement: As a Intern at IndianAppGuy Tech you must refrain from malpractice and
negligence that could lead to the client's data or IndianAppGuy Tech data and or intellectual property
being compromised into the wrong hands. Any such case will not be tolerated and will be fully persecuted
under the extent of the law and will deem all existing payouts due null and void.
The Intern must not have any interaction motivated by personal gain with our existing clients, vendors,
contractors, and other professionals that are linked to IndianAppGuy Tech during the period of your
employment here, as well as post-termination, for a period of 2 years from the date that you are no longer
part of IndianAppGuy Tech.
Ethics and Personal Conduct agreement: As an Intern with IndianAppGuy Tech you are expected to
behave in a professional manner with qualities of sincerity, honesty, empathy, and leadership. Most
importantly being a team player is what will determine your success at IndianAppGuy Tech. You would be
expected to come in a presentable attire that suits the occasion.
Recurring instances of unprofessional decision-making, argumentative and abusive behaviour, and
language directed toward teammates and customers will be considered a breach of code. Such a person
would be found unfit to represent IndianAppGuy Tech or our clients and his/her employment would be
terminated and all due payouts considered null and void.

you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this offer letter.
