 • Yapı Merkezi holds licenses and uses many BIM and simulation software.
Autodesk (AEC Collection), Bentley (Micro Station, Open Rail), Trimble (Quantm,
Tekla, Sketch-Up) and simulation programs (Open Track, ArcGIS, Trainsrunner)
are some of the software that are being used in tender design stage of railway and
building projects.

• Yapı Merkezi’s aim for the use of BIM during tender stage is to achieve a fast and
accurate methodology for the preparation of preliminary quantity take-offs. For
application stages, Yapı Merkezi encourages the selection of design
subcontractors who make extensive use of the technology.
