What does Grading-Week mean for the ALX team?
Grading week means the following for the ALX team:

We will be looking at the following during this week:

Test 10 - 21/27
Test 12 - 18/32
Test 13 - 16/20
Grading-Week breakdown
Who will be dropped off the program?
● You will not be dropped off based on hub attendance. But:
● We will drop off participants who fail to meet our learning requirements. These
are:
> Participants who are missing any of M_10 to M_13 submissions.
> Participants who are missing any of Test_10 to Test_13.
> Participants who have submitted but failed any of Tests_10 to Test_13.
> Participants who have submitted but failed more than 1 Milestone after ALX
graders have graded and regraded all qualifying milestones.
Schedule
13th Sun We will lock weeks 10 to 13 tests and milestones by 11:59 GMT.
Mon we will drop off participants who are missing any Milestone and/or have not done
and/or passed all tests.
Tues We will grade and quality check all milestones that were peer-graded and failed.
Wed Drop off participants who, after the ALX grading quality check, have failed 2 or more
milestones.
Thur’ to We will grade all milestones that were NOT-peer graded at all for any reason.
Sun
21st Mon We will then drop off anyone with more than 1 failed Milestone after grading all
ungraded milestones.
We will qualify participants who are eligible for the grace period. These are
participants, have failed *1* milestone only.
Grace Period (GP) Breakdown
>> After ALX Graders are done grading, we will identify those qualified for grace period.
>> These are those that have failed ONLY 1 milestone after our graders are done grading.
>> We will email participants qualified for grace period and tell them the milestone they
need to redo and share resources with them.
>> This will happen in week 16 from August 21st - August 24th.
>> All submitted grace period milestones will be graded from August 25th - August 27th.
>> Participants who fail or do not submit their GP milestone will be dropped off.
