Project Manager - the project manager of our "feeding program" project that we are implementing will
facilitate the implementation and smooth operation of the program.

Project Coordinator - the project coordinator of the "feeding program" that is our project is a big help to
make our project for the people go smoothly.

Nutritionists - the nutritionist of the feeding program can help people to remind them of the foods that
are bad for their body. they can get sick because what they eat is not healthy, so they get sick quickly.

Chef/Cook - the cook for our "feeding program" is good at cooking and knows how to make food tasty
and healthy for people.

Volunteer Coordinator - our volunteer coordinator supports our feeding program to grow it further.

Financial Manager - the financial manager is the job to know the budget of the "feeding program" and
to find out how far the money will go to continue the program.

Evaluation and Monitoring Team - the one who will oversee the operation of the "feeding program" to
find out and research what are the changes in the operation of the feeding program and what will be
the problem so that it can be solved immediately.

We created the Feed-Hope Program to provide wholesome foods to individuals and families in our
community who are struggling to feed themselves. After ten years of serving our fellow Filipinos, we are
capable of successfully implementing this program and achieving positive outcomes. The project intends
to improve community health and address food scarcity. We are motivated by the chance to work with
your municipality as the Feed-Hope Organization's project manager in order to significantly improve the
lives of those who are less fortunate.

We are dedicated to making sure Feed-Hope Organization succeeds since we have a proven track record
of putting community-based projects into action. Our team is made up of committed professionals that

Angelica Benoza is the project head of the project were implementing about "feeding program." She
will lead the group. Each team members will have their own specific responsibilities to do to ensure their
involvement from beginning of the project until the end of the project.

The members and their responsibilities are the following:

- Ysa Cabrera will be managing the budget and expenses or funds for the feeding program.

- Ashley Nicole will be the one to handle the distribution of the foods for the program. She will ensure
the foods supply.

- Jica Allen Lacanilao and Angel Cabrera will be in charge on recording and tracking the progress and
outcomes.

CONTEXT

Feeding programs can lower the rate of anemia in children and adolescents and enhance overall
nutritional status by offering nutritious, balanced meals to children. In situations of crisis, they may also
lessen risk and increase the earnings of households. Effective feeding programs serve as successful social
protection systems because they improve children's food security and provide significant nutritional
benefits. They also encourage access, involvement, success, and effectiveness, especially in times of
difficulty or extreme vulnerability. The fact that feeding programs are one of the initiatives taken to
address the serious issues of malnutrition, hunger, and insufficient food in our nation makes them
significant. Additionally, the majority of these initiatives are designed to help those in need, particularly
children.

PROJECT JUSTIFICATION

By providing children with healthy, appropriate meals, feeding programs can reduce the rate of
malnutrition in kids and teenagers while enhancing overall nourishment. In times of difficulty, they can
also reduce risk and raise household income. Because they increase children's access to nutritious food
and offer important health benefits, feeding programs are beneficial in strengthening social protection
systems. They also encourage access, involvement, success, and effectiveness, especially in times of
difficulty or extreme vulnerability. The fact that feeding programs are one of the initiatives taken to

TITLE PAGE

Our project is entitled "Feed-hope Project," to provide hope for children that struggle with food access
by offering meals and nourishment to them, with the hope of making a healthy impact to their
wellbeing.
This proposed project will be managed by a group called Feeding Hope Team (FHT), an organization that
willingly aims to ensure that children will receive healthy meals, right nutrition, and improve their
health. This group consist of five people who will work together to address the issue of malnutrition in
children and to provide them hope for a better future.

In this project, our group will ask for the participation of the officials in our community because we
believe that they can be a big help to our feeding program proposal. The Feed-hope Project that's
proposed by Feed-hope Team (FHT) will be implemented in Macabebe, Pampanga starting from May 24,
2024.

ABSTRACT

A problem that we face in our community is the lack of access to foods that's why there are some
children suffer from malnutrition and hunger. This project proposal is to implement a feeding program
to provide nutritious meals to the hungry children. As we are part of that community, we want to take
action and give support to those who are in need. Our objectives are to ensure that the children will
receive healthy foods, to improve their wellbeing, to face the issue of malnutrition, and to make sure
that children will have nutrition, and to have a good impact to their health. The total budget for our
program is... (wala pa) With the collaborative effort of our group and the help of the others we can
make this proposal to be successful and contribute to the issue in our community.

PROJECT IMPLIMENTATION

Feedhope Team (FHT) will implement activities for the project proposal that will have 6 months
duration, it will start on May and will end on October 2024. Our project is open for donations to those
whoever want to support the project we plan to implement so that we can have more funds to help our
program.

ACTIVITIES WHEN
