FEVICOL PEDESTAL GLUE
Fevicol Pedestal glue is one component moisture curing adhesive for bonding of metal
pedestals to concrete subfloors in raised access flooring system. It forms a strong and
flexible bond providing exceptional adhesion to pedestal base and concrete sub floors even
on the inconsistent floor.
Technical Data:
Color: Clear colourless
Chemistry: moisture curing Polyurathane
Viscosity: 50-90P S
Density: 1.08 g/ml
Setting Time initial: 30 minutes at 300C and 60% RH. (The setting time may be
increased if temperature or humidity drops).
Setting Time Final: 24 hrs
Coverage: approx. 30-35 pedestals from one bottle

Suitable for bonding pedestals up to 600 mm height*.
Note: Contractor must confirm that subfloor is suitable for the installation of the access
floor system and notify any restrictive requirements for the condition of the surface such as
moisture content, which may affect the efficiency of pedestal fixing adhesives.
*sample testing must be done at various subfloors before commercial use
Application guidelines
Ensure that footplate of pedestal is free from grease or surface oxidation marks as this will
impair adhesion.
Apply Fevicol Pestal Glue on concrete subfloor ensuring that it covers entire footplate of
pedestal.
Immediately fix the pedestals over the glue vertically to provide the perfect horizontal
surface for fixing panels.
The glue will set in 30 minutes. Slight white color foaming is the indication of curing
reaction.
The final strength will be achieved after 24 hrs.
Precaution: For professional use only. Keep nozzle closed when not in use.
SKU: 475 grams bottle.
Shelf Life: Best before nine months in original sealed packing. Store between 5-30 0Celsius
