INSTALL ATION PROCESS

1 SURFACE PREPAR ATION 3 A P P LY T H E OV ER L AY

Base preparation, floor buffing, cleaning Apply four layers of overlay. Two base
and joint filling. coat and two top coat.

2 A P P LY P R I M ER COAT
Apply Primer coat for bonding. It ensures
that the overlay will adhere firmly to the
underlying floor.

4 A P P LY VA R N I S H 6 DRYING
Apply varnish for strength. Each layer takes 24 hours to dry.

5 SEAL THE FLOOR

Applying sealer is the last step and

ensures the colour is enhanced while the
floor is protected against stains.
