This comprehensive, four-semester program features full-time lectures, presentations,
practicals, field training, case studies, seminars, a journal club, and guided learning in
Course Details hospital administration. It equips students with a strong foundation in both business
management and healthcare administration, preparing them to handle finance,
marketing, and operations specific to the healthcare industry.
Nature of Course Full Time Degree Course
The program utilizes a variety of teaching methods spread over four semesters,
including lectures, presentations, practicals, field training, case studies, seminars, a
journal club, and guided learning. Faculty shall comprise faculty form TMC and from the
Method of Training Industry. Thesis/dissertation plan will be submitted in first semester and will be
completed by the end of fourth semester. The candidates shall perform internship at the
end of each semester in on of the Municipal, Trust or Corporate Hospitals, or allied
healthcare Organizations.

Candidates having a full-time graduate degree in MBBS/ BDS/ BPTh/ BOTh/ BHMS/
BAMS/ BUMS/ BYNS or a full-time graduate degree in Pharmacy, Medical Technology,
Biotechnology, Bio-Medical, Food Nutrition and Dietetics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry

and Technology, Pharmaceutical and Fine Chemicals Technology, Microbiology,
Bioengineering with at least 50% aggregate marks. Candidates should have minimum 1
year of full-time work experience in the Healthcare or allied industry.

Selection will be based on the evaluation of performance in two stage. Stage-I will
comprise Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and Essay Writing, whereas Stage-II shall
comprise Group Discussion (GD) & Personal interview (PI).
Only those candidates who score at least 50% marks in Stage-I are eligible to be
Selection Criteria called for Stage-II. A fixed number of candidates (as determined by the selection team)
will be called from those who have scored 50% and above in Stage-I.
80% of weightage will be given to Stage-I score and 20% of weightage will be given to
Stage-II score.
Aggregate score of both stages of 50% and above is necessary for final selection.

Age Limit Relaxable for sponsored candidates (5Yrs) and
SC / ST & OBC as per rules.
2 Years Full time course followed by 1yr Mandatory Internship.
The Mandatory Internship shall commence only and immediately after completion of 2
Duration years of course.
The Mandatory Internship shall not be applicable for Sponsored Candidates (Ref.
below).
A fees of Rs.1,50,000/-(Non Refundable) for the entire course shall be paid in 2
Fees installments of Rs.75,000/- each at the time of confirmation of admission and at the
beginning of 2nd semester.
A Stipend of Rs. 50,000/- p.m. will be paid during the Mandatory Internship period.
Stipend
The Stipend shall not be applicable to Sponsored candidates.
National candidates sponsored from Cancer Centres / Hospitals for training will be
Sponsored considered as Sponsored candidates.
Candidates The selection criteria for sponsored candidates remain the same as for non-sponsored
candidates..

Accommodation will be provided only for Outstation Candidate on payment of hostel

Accommodation
fees subject to availability.
Selected students will be covered under Medical Insurance facility provided by the
Medical Insurance
Institute on co-payment (20% of yearly premium) which is Mandatory.

Examination will be conducted twice in one academic year as per the semester
pattern. Each paper shall be of 75 marks theory, 25 marks class presentation. The
overall weightage for theory + class presentation will be 50 %, internship report will be
Examination Pattern 30 % and Final Dissertation will be 20 %.
The repeaters exam shall be held in the month of November/December or June/ July of
every year with a maximum of 3 years to complete the course (excluding mandatory
internship period).

During the course, the student shall not apply for any post or any other courses / P.G.
studies / Scholarship or appear for any examination or interview outside or if applied
before taking admission to this course, the candidate must provide detailed information
to this institution.

Discontinuation Those candidates who are found below expected standards with consistent poor
Clause performance in studies will be terminated from the training course
Candidates leaving the course midway the total 2 years course fee & stipend
paid will be recovered with penal interest will be forfeited.
All candidates must submit a certificate from Allopathy Medical Doctor
confirming the health status (Physical & Mental) of the candidate.

General & OBC candidates have to pay the Online Registration Fees Rs.2000/- & SC / ST / Person with disabilities have to pay Rs.500/- by using Debit Card/Credit
Card only. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidate shall verify their eligibility for the post before applying and making payment of application
fee. Last date of online application is 31.05.2024 upto 05.00 p.m.
The candidate has to upload scanned copies of all required documents / certificates along with the online application for verifying eligibility for the course & failing which
application will be rejected.
The Hardcopy of application along with Copies of all relevant certificates and documents are required to bring at the time of Interview.
All correspondence with the applicant will be done through email only. Responsibility of receiving, downloading and printing of related documents will be of the candidates. Tata
Memorial Centre will not be responsible for any loss of email sent, due to invalid/wrong email ID provided by the candidate or delivery of emails to spam/bulk mail folder etc.
HALL TICKETS WILL BE EMAILED TO THE CANDIDATES.

Application will be rejected if the candidate provides incorrect and incomplete information in the application form. No correspondence in this regard will be
entertained.
