football

Techniques - dribbling
three types of dribbling:

1. past defenders feint, trick with all parts of the foot

2. for ball possession slowly, with all parts of the foot

3. through open space fast, mainly with outside of the foot


Techniques - passing
• use the inner side of the foot in order to play a precise flat pass
big surface

• very important to be two-footed

• instep kick to pass the ball over a long distance

• instep kick

• important to be two-footed

more difficult for the defenders

• forehead

• arms and legs (body movement)

balance, protect yourself, to jump higher
