ABSTRACT An anal stula is a scratch or rupture in the skin near the anus. The anus is the peripheral opening of the rectum, where stool

the anal canal probably causing a stretching and tearing of the anal skin. It is very difcult for the patients to present themselves to the doctor for
consultation. As per pathological studies the Anal Fistula is more common in 31 to 60 years age group. In this paper we have discussed about Anal
Fistula and its homeopathic remedies.

72% cases, homeopathic treatment has proved helpful.
