Introduction
This driver is for communicating over Ethernet with Allen Bradley controller using the Ethernet IP port
via Tag names.

PLC Setting
1. Allen Bradley CompactLogix
Export the controller tags from the RSLogix 5000 software by selecting Tools | Export | Tags
and Logic Comments.

2. Save the CSV file to a location that where it can be imported into the WebOP Designer software.

HMI Settings
1. Select Allen Bradley CompactLogix/ControlLogix Ethernet/IP Tag for the link. For Control
Logix you must also specify the slot number of the CPU.

Communication setting: IP address and Host station Port NO., please refer to PLC

2. Open tags from the project tree, select the Link for Allen Bradley Driver, right click and then Import
Tag…

3. Select the CSV file that was saved from RSLogix 5000. Only controller tags and known data
type are supported. The dialog will show a list of tags that will be imported and tags that won’t be
imported. The tags not imported will be shown as invalid.
