Heat all of the ingredients of phase A to a temperature of 72°C +/- 2° C mixing.
Mix the ingredients B1, B2 and B3 un"l a limpid, transparent solu"on is obtained.
Add B4 mixing un"l a homogeneous dispersion is obtained. Add B5 drop by drop un"l a clear solu"on is obtained. Add B6
to phase B mixing un"l a homogeneous dispersion is obtained.
Heat phase B to a temperature of 75° +/- 2°C
When the indicated temperatures have been reached, add phase B to phase A while s"rring and homogenizing.
A-er the union, con"nue to s"r and homogenize for about 10 minutes. Cool
the product to a temperature of 40°C. A-er that, you can go on with the other phases.
Add C1 and C2 to C3, mixing un"l a homogeneous suspension is obtained.
Add the suspension to the product s"rring and homogenizing. Then add phase E, preserva"ves, parfum and a pH regulator
as much as needed to set the pH around 6,00, s"rring and homogenizing a-er every addi"on.
Stop homogenizing and con"nue s"rring un"l the emulsion reaches room temperature.
Add G as much as needed to get the desired viscosity.
