About The Author
Introduction
Why a new book on Patanjali Yoga sutra when
thousands of books and literatures are available out
there?!

This question may strike in mind of most. This is an obvious

question. All literatures available on Patanjali Yoga Sutra are missing
the core scientific aspect of Kriya Yoga and that is the true inside-out
technological aspect of Yoga. I have presented the inside-out aspect
of Yoga through this book as that was missing, and was not perceived
in its true sense.

Yoga being operating system of Life based on system of

binary science offers one to actualize system of Yoga in two ways;
outside-in (through physical and psycho-physiological inputs from
outside) and inside-out (via execution of epigenetic autophagy
towards transformation from inside). Ashtang Yoga as described by
Hath-Yoga Pradipika and Gherand Samhita and other such wonderful
literatures based on its physical and experiential philosophical aspect
that is the outside-in approach shown to us by those seers to enable
us to operate and liberate a Life by living in Yogic discipline. While I
am presenting the core aspect that is inside-out technical aspect
which enables one to attain complete Life program reset and reform
option; that was completely missing as was not perceived by any of
the presenter of Yoga Darshan till date.

Yoga is an operating system that enables one to transcend

from bondages of life to omnipotent being; when perceived with its
inside-out technological aspect. It is all possible to reset the original
program Life through process of applied Yogic epigenetic autophagy.
Yoga is a potent system of Gene Therapy and must be actualized in
the same manner to prevent and cure diseases and disorders and
also to have benevolent individuals and society.

* The wise and benevolent metaphoric presentation of Yoga

Darshan by Maharshi Patanjali, based on scientific principles of
Samkhya Darshan (science of evolution) is the most advanced
science of transforming individual state of illness (limited material
consciousness) into transcended (accomplished) state of wellness
(perfected cosmic-divine consciousness) of a being.
*Yoga is metascience of all the Life sciences (science of
applied epigenetic transformation for evolution to perfection).
*There was gross misunderstanding about this metascience
till date that has inadvertantly prejudiced present scientists to
have wrong notions about this advanced scientific presentation
by Indian scientists (seers).
Preface
Yoga Darshan is the scientific answer of Maharshi Patanjali to the world for
their quest about ‘What - How and Why Yoga?’ in the form of Yoga Sutras. Yoga predates
this presentation and scientifically presented soon after presentation of Sankhya Yoga
Darshan and was into practice far earlier to that time. While Yoga practitioners failed to find
scientific answer to this question, to satisfy their rational quest (praman vṛtti); Maharshi
Patanjali being omnisceient, realizing need for its scientific explanation presented this
scientific wisdom as an answer to the core quest and also enabled people to have this
wisdom operate their Life even as subconscious programming of Life in the form of its
philosophical knowledge, because it was difficult for one to understand this micro level
science and would have found it equally difficult to implement this scientific technology aptly
as desired by Maharshi Patanjali in the form of its conscious application.
Having supreme mastery over the science of duality that operates a Life and
the most scientific language of humanity that is Sanskrit, Maharshi Patanjali preferred to offer
this metascience to the world and have metaphorically presented the same as the
Metaphor of individual and social Metamorphosis. This science paved foundation for all the
allied Life sciences. He has shown us that application of the Operating system (Yoga) of the
program of Life coded within Genome (Īśvara) enables the operator (being) to adopt and
establish communion (Yoga) of Atma (Gene) and Parmatma (Solar energy manifest as
ecosystem within Nature) for attainment of a liberated divine Life. Upon such attainment of
communion, duality ends and divinity (unanimity) arrives.
I am presenting the core aspect of this most advance scientific connotation of
Maharshi Patanjali’s Yoga sutras, as the same is not presented by any one till date; while its
macro level philosophical veracities of experiential Life of Yoga Darshan is presented by
numerous Yogis and scholars. This is my privilege to present this true scientific perception of
Yoga Darshan being myself the student of all following sciences, Yoga – Sanskrit - Computer
Science - Molecular Biology and Genetics; and I found it of great significance to present this
scientific knowledge at this stage of human existence and for the generations to come, who
are taught to accept proven science rather ancestral or spiritual wisdom presented
philosophically. I have presented this book as ‘Scientific Technological Wisdom of Yoga’ thus.
This is our bad fate that we have failed to perceive Yoga Darshan in its true
scientific sense and also failed to present this wisdom as most scientific technological
wisdom to seekers of the same and also have limited ourselves with some wrong notions
imposed by some materialistic people who invaded India in past. Lacking scientific
perception of this metascience, we have failed to help people perceive this in true sense and
also to present it in its true scientific way towards wellness; also in the form of Ayurveda
science that also has inherited scientific wisdom from science of Sankhya Yoga Darshan. We
also have failed to prevent misappropriation of this Hindu wisdom that predates any other
disciplines of Yoga and spiritualism (scientific seeking) and have totally missed possible
outcomes in the form of Genetic Technology towards its sci-tech application and research
towards evolution to perfection in true scientific manner in which it is presented by Maharshi
Patanjali. While philosophical or psycho-philosophical presentations of this wisdom by
legendary commentators has helped many but all!
But better late than never, I am presenting scientific knowledge of this
technology of Life for its application towards liberation of Life from bondages of endless pain,
sufferings and its evolution to divine perfection; With the hope that this presentation will help
mankind break the vicious cycle of cause and effect and attain highest levels of human
potentials, leading to benevolent Life as of the Divine and bring complete transformation of
the society to benevolence for evolution of the humankind. Yoga Darshan imbibes the
complete knowledge and wisdom of Sankhya and is not explained separately here thus.
Also, I have tried to present it in its true perspective that is even beyond present
understanding of science about Life and have opened doors to further research towards
Divine Life and possibilities of an individual Metamorphosis. This Technological wisdom
enables one to end all the sufferings, to reverse and cure most of the diseases/disorders, to
reverse ageing and stay Young, develop optimum level of immunity, live longer and help
attain the state that of the almighty - Divine (Omniscient / omnipotent / Godhead / clairvoyant
/ pure cosmic consciousness).
This presentation is part of my duty towards my Gurudev Swami shri
Manuvaryaji Maharaj and Guru-Shishya Parampara; as result of my continued research in
the field of Yoga as per the direction of my Gurudev; with the aim to present the true scientific
aspect of Yoga to serve society. I have had started my research journey on the day when my
Gurudev guided me about the scientific roots of --Yoga that is not presented in its true
context. I wish Life scientist take interest in this sci-tech science and help mankind through
their research genius to serve humanity globally. Yoga is communion leading to benevolence
and our endeavor must be the same. We Sanatani Hindu live with the principles of Yoga
considering the fact that every living being on this planet earth is my family - ‘Vasudhaiv
Kutumbakam’.
Having Birth in the lineage of Yogis in a Yogashram, I find myself very fortunate
to have a divine Guru and thou blessings to have this flow of Scientific Yogic wisdom from
Guruji and also consecrated by Guruji from my Birth (Garbh-sanskar) exactly as Maharshi
Patanjali has addressed in the first sutra of the first chapter (Kaivalya Paad) in Yoga
Darshan. My grandfather Dr. Vishnuprasad S. Acharya and my father Shri Janak V. Acharya
who are great Yogis, have always inspired me towards research in Yoga for betterment of
mankind. I always had an intuitive knowledge about Yoga being core operating system of Life
with all the capacity to create, execute, prevent, limit, modify and Transform the program of
Life based on principles of evolutionary science of epigenetics and have actualized it during
my studies as a student of Yoga, Biochemistry, Sanskrit, Computer science and Bio-Medical
Technology with main subject ‘Molecular Biology and Genetics’. Since then I have found new
version of mine as a Yoga Therapist. This book is the result of my constant research on Yoga
Therapy for years together. I have tried to explain the applied Yogic wisdom of Yogic Gene
therapy (Yogic Metamorphosis) based on principles of epigenetics, micro and macro level
reset and
autophagy and Genomic regulation of Life for integral harmony with ability to
reprogram Life; presented by Maharshi Patanjali in the light of
Sankhya Darshan (presented by Maharshi Kapil).
As most of the people have scant time today to read
lengthy literature, I have tried to make it as short and precise as
possible with the idea to reach to maximum people who can benefit
from this pure sci-tech wisdom of ‘India’ and can initiate into Yoga to
have a blissful life acquiring complete wellness through application of
Yoga (Technology of Life) in their life. Those who have read and
understood the philosophical presentation of Yoga Darshan
presented till date must make-up by cleaning-up their mind to learn its
scientific aspect to actualize this scientific presentation with crystal
clear clarity.

Preparatory note

Important Preparatory Note:

One should prepare oneself for true understanding of
this sci-tech wisdom from Maharshi Patanjali presented in
this book with due regard for his colossal endeavor and then
only should initiate into the wisdom presented by him as
‘Life program reset’ with the aim to “reprogram” it through
conscious application of Kriya Yoga, as a pattern of Life.
Neither breathe (Prana) can be separated from Life nor Yoga.

1. Life is ‘to and fro’ Journey between Macrocosm (Brahma =

Pure consciousness) and Microcosm (Atma = Gene = DNA).
Genome (Īśvara) is the master of Atma and thus of a cell and
a Life. Genome, having original program of cosmic
consciousness (Brahma) within on the ground (Hardware) of
Nature; manifest as the interplay of Prakruti (matter) and
Purush (consciousness) as Life through Yoga; via regulating
the innate technology of epigenetics.
2. Yoga of Purush and Prakruti manifest as universal material
consciousness (PrakrutiPurush) in a Life. Both Prakruti
(matter) and Purush (consciousness) while being
complementary to each other within a Life, principally oppose
each other as their innate qualities are opposing to each
other. Purush is of Satva guna, while Prakruti is of Tamas
guna; both together forms a Life that is Rajas guna and is
bound to be proactive and procreative through this Rajas
(Satva + Tamas) quality.
3. A life (Purush) gets trapped in momentary pleasures offered
by Prakruti (matter) and becomes materially driven (Vishay-
vati); and ignorantly enters into the vicious cycle of cause and
effect leading to endless pain and sufferings.

4. Yoga, being the operating system of Life is the master-key

(metaphor) to control, modify, prevent and transform a Life to
transcendence (metamorphosis).

5. Genome being cosmic consciousness, possesses infinite

potentials and thus possibilities for a Life towards creation,
execution, limitation, modification, prevention and
transformation regulated through its innate technology of
Yoga that is employed as an operating system of Life. A Life
trapped in momentary pleasures arising from material
consciousness fails to realize this innate infinite potentials
offered by cosmic consciousness and fails to break the
vicious loop of cause (karmāśaya) and effect (suffering)
towards its transformation to Divinity.
6. One only needs to break the chain of this vicious loop and
restart to reprogram the program of Life; and that is possible
only through conscious and wise application of Yoga. Initiating
into the process (Kriya) of Ashtang Yoga via ending all the
efforts and sitting steadily and peacefully (Asan) with the aim
to cultivate parity with infinite consciousness that is all
capable to end this vicious loop created by dichotomy
between Purush and Prakruti for their expression. That
consequently leads to control over breathe resulting in energy
autophagy within the cell via regulation of cellular energy
(Pranayam). Pranayam thus enables nuclear membrane to
unemploy cellular receptors from their assigned work
(Pratyahar) culturing the cellular nuclear membrane that
further restricts an epigene for its phenotypic expression and
reception of modifying signals. This is done via enabling
nuclear receptors, genetic and other non-genetic factors to
restrict execution of epigenetic program to a particular domain
with the aim to integrate Genetic Machinary towards Genetic
parity (Samapatti) and ultimately to Genetic symmetry
(Samadhi). That further enables Genome to reprogram the
epigenetic program. Genome reprograms an epigene to have
program of up-regulation towards transformation of a cell to
higher potency shift. This is called epigenetic reversal
(PratiPrasava) process for attainment of equivalent potency
that of its master -Totipotent stem cell; that is attained upon
having mastery over the Primordial Germ Cell. Cell thus
attains state of omnipotency as of Divine (pure) cosmic
consciousness. Thut enables a Life to manifest and evolve to
a blissful and perfected Divine Life of benevolence that is free
from any past or present karmic epigenetic hindrances
limiting a Life causing pain and sufferings through various
clinical conditions in the form of diseases/disorders.

7. Yoga as an operating system executes this program reversal

by confining its material aspects; through which this program
of material consciousness (interplay of Purush and Prakruti)
can be reversed (PratiPrasav) in a Life and that can be done
by actualizing the power of cosmic consciousness available to
a Life for its creation, execution, prevention, modification,
transformation and transcendence to its original form of
cosmic consciousness. Yoga thus, is the return ticket of the
journey of Life; and that is ‘to and fro’ between Microcosm
(Material Consciousness – PrakrutiPurush as an existence) to
Macrocosm (Pure cosmic consciousness – Kaivalya).
8. A Life that fails to actualize the power of this operating
system (Yoga) available to every Life as the operational
power of cosmic consciousness enabling one to become
proactive and to procreate (pravrtti – execution of vrtti
towards Life) by uniting with matter, gets trapped into material
consciousness and enters in to a vicious loop of endless
suffering; which otherwise is aimed for its transcendence to
cosmic consciousness from material consciousness.
9. A cell is the principle unit of Life presenting material form of
omnipotent cosmic consciousness; and a Life is completely
dependent on cell consciousness for its execution. A Life
cannot be seen as a body with organs, systems, mind or
senses; as these are merely different executional dependents
of a single reality that is cell (Purush bahutva - communion of
multiple cells). It is the cell that creates and operates an
existential, experiential, executional, mento-emotional,
biochemical and psycho-physiological Life. Thus, the Cellular
Life is considered as an individual life in Sankhya Yoga
Darshan and not the gross physiological experiential Life
seen with gross physical body. Program of Life is present
inside the cell and not outside in the body. Maharshi Patanjali
clearly propounds the fact that Life is inside out and not
outside in. Body is cooperative communion of these
omnipotent Purushas (Purush Bahutvam) using matter (body
organs) for its expression into Life. Thus to understand a Life,
one needs to understand cellular (conscious) execution of
Life and not gross (material) execution of Life.

10. Maharshi Patanjali presents the complete technical

understanding of cellular Genetics and Epigenetics that
actualy is a binary program of Life and thus
terminological terms used by him are of binary system
based programming language. One should actualize that
any such technological presentations made in past, present
or future have and have to use this binary programming terms
(language) for the same as the principle of this binary system
based program remain same, irrespective of the time of its
presentation. He starts with Kaivalya Paad as explanation of
its technical features of the cellular mechanism towards
program of existential Genetics.

11. This paves foundation for other stages of his explanations

about application of Yogic wisdom in Life.
12. There is gross misunderstanding about his presentation by
almost all Yogis (Yognostics) till date. They have conceived
physically visible body as Life while that is not true; and also
are deceived to cognize mind, intellect and senses as
instruments of cause and effect. That has resulted into a
deceptive presentational paradox about this wisdom.

13. I do not counter the presentations of this wisdom made on

philosophical grounds till date; as those are philosophically
true for a Life but for its micro level true scientific perception,
as presented by Maharshi Patanjali.

14. According to Yoga Darshan, neither individual mind or

senses nor intellect are the cause of sufferings. They are only
the vehicles or say medium for phenotypic manifestation of
epigenetic expressions coming from cell consciousness.
Confinement of these epigenetic expressions towards their
phenotypic expression through applied Yoga is to be sought
thus.

15. Genome (Read Only Memory) is the original program of Life

(seed) and remains unaltered throughout a person’s Life and
even in one’s progenies, while its executional form
Epigenome (Random Access Memory) varies as per the need
of the cell consciousness towards execution of Life.
Epigenetic abnormalities lead to deprived cell consciousness
towards apt regulation of Life. Epigene (Chitt) receives
signals from the ecosystem (including the internal ecosystem
of the cell and the gross body from external environment -
Nature) through chromatin and brings in the executional
changes accordingly by switching a particular Gene or
Genetic sequence ‘on’ or ‘off’ while reading the same through
the primer for the process of Transcription with the aim to
translate it to existential evolutionary Life.
16. Variations in these signals (as external and internal
environmental inputs) causes epigenetic changes favoring a
Life to adapt to varying ecosystem and Life challenges; for
creation, sustainance, survival and evolution. While a cell that
fails to receive signals and modify an epigene accordingly
enters into a vicious cycle of action (Karma) and its reaction
(Karma-phal).

17. Impurities (matter) distorts accurate reading of these signals

and results into passage of corrupt information to the epigene
towards switching a Gene on or off for future execution of the
program of Life. Repeated execution of this corrupt epigenetic
program based on corrupt informations leads to eternal
memorization of the corrupt program in the epigenome and is
expressed throughout generations of new cells and progenies
of an existence.
18. These Impurities impact a Life with different intensities at
different levels of an existence depending on their type and
Life situations. Impurities at Genetic level initiates the vicious
loop of cause and effect via causing lack of true perception of
these external or internal environmental signals resulting in
impurities at cellular level and further manifest as the same at
Physiological level, Energy level, within mind and senses;
further resulting in pain and suffering for an individual.
Resultant wrong perception arising from pain and suffering
further results in epigenetic impurities those become cause of
diseases and disorders leading further to pain and suffering
and the vicious cycle creates irreversible situation to a Life.

19. This vicious loop of cause and effect initiated by impurities

deceive cell consciouness to actualize inner and outer signals
of ecosystem causing Avidhya. Pain and sufferings in a Life
thus is routed through lack of true perception caused by
Avidhya and Avidhya in turn cause lack of true perception.
Thus the root cause of all the pain and sufferings of a Life is
Avidhya (lack of consciousness) linked with Impurities
causing wrong perception.
20. Avidhya causes wrong perception of the self about being
pure consciousness and not the matter; and also different Life
situations (internal or external ecosystem).

21. Wrong perception (Avidhya) of the self (Asmita) and the

signals of ecosystem deceives cellular material
consciousness (epigenome) about true identification of
signals to be coded as pleasure and/or pain on epigenome
and leads either to deceptive affinity (Raag) with pleasure, or
aversion (Dwesh) from pain through those deceiving signals.

22. That result in predisposition of fear of survival (Abhinivesh)

of the cell and results in altered cell programming because of
the same; further causing altered cell consciousness
(Vyaadhi); leading to uncountable clinical conditions.

23. One who aspires to pop out from this vicious loop of cause
and effect must actualize the power of the operating system
of Life that is Yoga (being all capable of removing all the
malware those were distorting the smooth operation of the
program of Life) and its application towards resetting and
reprogramming a Life.

24. It is Yoga that creates, executes, sustains, limits, prevents,

transforms and evolves a Life as the operating system of the
program of Life. Yoga initiates this program towards creation
of a new Life via confining pure consciousness and adopting
matter towards material consciousness within Life through
epigenetic regulation, starting from zygote (omnipotency)
formation till Birth (unipotency) during pregnancy. After Birth,
this epigenetic regulation takes the form of subconscious
development of executional Life and regulates it throughout
Life; while degeneration of a Life also is executed by Yoga
through extreme confinement of cell consciousness. One thus
need to master this operating system that is all capable of
elevating cell consciousness and confining material
consciousness enabling a programmer to reset and
reprogram the program of Life at anytime and any stage of
Life. Yoga thus is the metaphor of Metamorphosis for an
Aspirant.
25. It is unavoidable to have mastery over Sanskrit language,
science of Genetics and epigenetics, science of patho-
physiology of diseases and disorders, practical aspects of
Yoga and understanding of a technology based on binary
system (computer science) for an aspirant for actualization of
Yogic wisdom presented in this book.

26. One must learn this science from a competent Guru

(master); as it can lead to undesirable modifications to a Life,
if applied without having complete knowledge of its subtle
potentials. Also, one should not teach or apply this wisdom on
self or others without having experience based scientific
knowledge of Yoga.

27. It is my humble request to all the aspirants and practitioners

of applied Yoga that they should not misinterprete or write
commentaries on this technological knowledge presented in
this book without having it completely absorbed as Divine
scientific wisdom.

Patanjali Yoga sutra as Complete auto-gene
therapy manual in english

Manual
1.1 Accomplishment born out of (jāḥ) the state of Genetic
symmetry (Samādhi) can be attained via Birth (Janma), use
of Herbs (Auṣadhi), Vibrant Energy of Pran (Mantra); and/or
Induced macro and micro Autophagy (Tapaḥ).

1.2 Phenotypic variations (Genetic asymmetry) among beings

(jātyantara) is the result (pariṇāmaḥ) of Nature’s Imperfection
(prakṛtyāpūrāt).

1.3 An epigene is selectively removed (kṣetrikavat – Silenced

through i.e. DNA methylation or histone modification) from
the sequence being read, when (tataḥ) that (tu) is not
projected (aprayojakaṁ) towards its specific role (nimittaṁ)
assigned by Nature (prakṛtīnāṁ) from among various
(varaṇabhedaḥ) other roles.

1.4 Another (anya) epigene (citt) is produced (nirmāṇa -

replicated) from its own sequence (asmitāmātrāt - as per
degree of its self-identity).

1.5 An epigene (cittam) can express one (ekam) or numerous

other ways (anekeṣām), based on its projection (prayojakaṁ)
towards varying demands from different life activities (pravṛtti
bhede).

1.6 Intention of transcriptome (jaman) there is integration

(dhyāna) of Genetic machinery within the cell.

1.7 Actions (karma) neither are positive nor negative (aśukla

akṛṣnaṁ - and does not result in epigenetic modifications in
epigenetic memory - Karmāśaya) for a Yogi (as a Yogi is the
one who lives the life of benevolence), while actions for
others are three fold (trividh - either positive or negative or
mixed - and stored in the same manner as an
impression/memory in an epigenetic memory- Karmāśaya).

1.8 Those (tad) impressions (resultant from actions of a person

other than a Yogi) manifest (abhivyakti) as material desires
(vāsanā) upon their maturation (vipāk) towards preceding
phenotypic expressions (anuguṇānām) for all future Life
endeavors.

1.9 Newly formed epigenetic imprints (saṁskāra) arising from

actions based on material desires takes the form
(ekarūpatvāt) of epigenetic memory (smṛti) upon its
uninterrupted flow (avyavahitānām) in a being (jāti) within an
ecosystem (deśa) for a span of time (kāla) and becomes
eternal (ānantaryaṁ).

1.10 And those (tāsām) eternally present (anāditvaṁ -time

travelled) epigenetic marks (āśiṣa) become permanent
(nityatvāt).

1.11 Such imprints (Epigenetic modifications), stored

(saṅgṛhītatvāt) with (āśraya) the objective purpose (hetu
phala) of expression pursuing (ālambanaiḥ) desired results,
disappears (abhāvaḥ) on disappearance (abhāve) of that
(tad) demand (eṣām) or desire of a Life.

1.12 Those forms (svarūpataḥ - epigenetic modifications)

acquired in past (atīta) remains (asti) unaltered for their
expression in varying asti-situations (adhvabhedāt) for future
(anāgataṁ) endeavors (dharmāṇām) of a life.

1.13 Those (te - epigenetic modifications) are subtly (sūkṣmāḥ)

transcribed (vyakta) to mRNA (guṇātmā); and translated into
protein (phenotype).
1.14 This is done with the objective to preserve (pariṇāma)
oneness (ekatvāt) of cellular matter (tattvam) with ecosystem
(vastu).

1.15 Diversity of epigenetic expressions (citta bhedāt) based on

different perceptions for the same (sāmye) subject matter
(tayoḥ) within same ecosystem (vastu) take diverse paths
(vibhaktaḥ panthāḥ) for its expressions.

1.16 There exists (kiṁ syāt) neither a single mechanism for

epigenetic expressions (na ca eka citta tantraṁ) as response
towards the ecosystem nor the same ecosystem (ced vastu)
that (tad) can be actualized through reasoning
(apramāṇakaṁ – as ecosystem can be actualized through
non-physical, non-verbal and non-imaginary inferences as
micro signals and cannot be actualized by reasoning
(pramāna) via physical, imaginary or any verbal inferences)
accordingly to impact similarly in every situation (tadā)
towards epigenetic expressions.

1.17 Epigenetic (cittasya) modifications (uparāga) are expected

(apekṣitvāt) on such impact of the ecosystem (vastu); even
when the impact is realized or not (jñāta ajñātam).

1.18 Epigene doesn’t manifest (apariṇāmitvāt) in a new cell

(puruṣasya), in the surveillance of its divine master (tat
prabhoḥ - Īśvara-Genome) that is all-time (sadā) re-
programmer (jñātāḥ) of epigenetic expressions
(cittavṛttayaḥ).

1.19 That (tat) itself (sva) is not (na) perceived (Phenotype is

absent) though its reflection (ābhāsaṁ-Genotype) in the new
cell is perceived (dṛśyatvāt).

1.20 An epigene can either be read (on/expressed as

Phenotypic expressions) or Unread (off/unexpressed and
remains as Genotype) for Transcription. And (ca) both
(ubhaya) the events doesn’t manifest (anavadhāraṇam) at-
once (ekasamaye).

1.21 And (ca) Īśvara (Genome) perceiving (dṛśye) variations

through intervals within epigenetic sequence (cittāntara),
intellectually (buddhi) interprets (buddheḥ) repetitive
epigenetic sequences (atiprasaṅgaḥ) and modifies those into
new hybrid (saṅkaraḥ) memory (smṛti).

1.22 And (ca) an epigene through its own sensible intellect

(svabuddhi saṁvedanam) gets modified into new hybrid
memory upon external (iter) invasion (āpattau) encountered
through infection (pratisaṁkramāyāt -upon microbial
infections) with deceivingly similar Genetic architecture (tad
ākāra).

1.23 Every purpose (sarvārtham) of an epigene (cittaṁ -

perceiver) is to accord percept (dṛśya - signals) with the
perceptive (draṣṭṛ-chromatin structure).

1.24 Also (api), encrypting (abhiḥ citram) desires and demands

(vāsanā) within epigenetic sequence (saṅkhyeya) has the
purpose of bringing-in (kāritvāt) harmony (saṁhatya) with
expression of others (parārthaṁ - epigenes).

1.25 Non-execution of the expression of a Gene cease to

manifest (nivṛttiḥ) through dominant (viśeṣa) perception
(darśinaḥ) by Īśvara (Genome) and that Gene executes
expressions thus.

1.26 Then (tadā), diminished insight for perception

(vivekanimnaṁ - leading to down-regulation) of an epigene
burdens attainment (prāgbhāraṁ) of the state of pure cosmic
consciousness (kaivalya).

1.27 Gap in that (tat chhidreṣu) epigenetic sequence (due to

down-regulation) is imprinted (saṁskārebhyaḥ - filled) by
marks (of Histone modification or DNA methylation) present
at perceptive assembly (pratyaya - chromatin) intervals
(āntarāṇi).

1.28 Altered epigenetic sequence cause henceforth mentioned

(avad-uktam) regulatory conflicts (kleśa); causing their
(eṣāṁ-epigenetic) mutation (hānam).

1.29 Resetting the original sequence (prasaṁkhyāne) from the

altered one (akusīdasya) also (api) results in blissful cloud
(dharmameghaḥ - by turning faulty Gene off through
DNAmethylation) of up-regulatory endeavors towards
Genetic symmetry (samādhiḥ) by all means (sarvathā) via
griping insightful perception (vivekakhyāteḥ - gripping up-
regulation).

1.30 Then (tataḥ) conflicting (kleśa) actions (karma) cease to

express (nivṛttiḥ).

1.31 By that (tadā), all layers (sarva āvaraṇa) of malware (malā

–camouflages – Heya and Hana) limiting possibility of
limitless reprogramming (jñānasya ānantyāt) of epigene are
removed (apetasya) and there remains almost nothing
(alpam) that impedes reprogramming (ajñeyam) of epigene.

1.32 Then (tataḥ), upon doing that with the same purpose
(kṛtārthānāṁ), altered sequence (akrama) of the transcript is
terminated (samāptir) for its resultant (pariṇām) phenotypic
translation (guṇānām).

1.33 Momentarily (kṣaṇa) deployed DNA polymerase (pratiyogī)

for DNA repair leaves (nirgrāhyaḥ) epigenetic sequence
(kramaḥ) after corrective result (pariṇāma) in the end
(aparānta).
1.34 Phenotypic expressions (guṇānāṁ) are reversed
(pratiprasavaḥ) through restoration of original Genomic
Strength (citiśaktih) either by ending (śūnyānāṁ) purpose of
the cell (Puruṣārtha) or (vā) by attaining (pratiṣṭhā) the
original state of the program that of the Genome (kaivalyaṁ -
pure cosmic consciousness).

2.1 This is how (atha) Yoga (yoga) operates (anuśāsanam) the

program of Life.

2.2 Yoga is confinement (nirodhaḥ) of Epigenetic Expression

(citta vṛtti).

2.3 Then (upon confinement of cittavṛttis), the perceiver (draṣṭuḥ

- epigene) is established (avasthānam) in its own form
(svarūpe – Genome – pure cosmic consciousness).

2.4 Altered epigenetic expressions (vṛtti) thus are reset to

original genomic program of Life upon conscious application
of Yoga; and manifest in that form (sārūpyam) of original
program of Life (Genome),which otherwise remains
disseminated (itaratra).

2.5 There are fivefold (pañcatayyaḥ) perceptive expressions

(vṛttayaḥ) of an epigene; one type is conflicting (kliṣṭā) and
the other is non-conflicting (akliṣṭāḥ); for its regulation.

2.6 These fivefold epigenetic expressions leading to regulatory

conflicts are, reasoning (pramāṇa), wrong perception
(viparyaya), void options (vikalpa), either silencing an
epigene (nidrā), or not aptly memorizing the experienced
subject matters within epigenetic memory (smṛtayaḥ).

2.7 Reasoning (pramāṇa) is based on physical (pratyakṣa -

audio-visuals), imagined (anumāna) and pre-coded
epigenetic (āgamāḥ) inferences; further causing wrong
perception (as an ecosystem cannot be actualized with
pramāṇa).

2.8 Resultant Wrong perception (viparyaya) from (Praman vṛtti)

reprograms (gnanam) an epigene to void program (mithya)
via foundation (pratistham - encryption) of its altered form
(atadrup) on an epigene.

2.9 Vikalpa is null (śūnyaḥ) options of input from ecosystem

(vastu) that trails from (anupātī) reprogramming (jñāna) of an
epigene via reading (śabda) such void program.

2.10 As the result of those null options, an epigene either is

negatively (tamovṛttiḥ) silenced (nidrā) to dormancy
(inexpression), pursuant (ālambanā) to inexecution (abhāva)
of function of perceptive assembly (pratyaya – chromatin); as
one option.

2.11 Or Experienced (anubhūt) subject matters (viṣaya - required

to be coded for future endeavors of Life) are not coded
appropriately (asaṁpramoṣaḥ) in the epigenetic (as of RAM
in computer memory) memory (smṛti); as another option.

2.12 Those altered (nidrā or smṛti) epigenetic impressions based

on void program execution must be persistently confined via
repeated executions (abhyās) of the program of confinement
towards liberation (vairāgyā) from material desires.

2.13 Enormous efforts (yatnaḥ) towards such repeated

executions (abhyāsaḥ) are imposed (sthitau) there (tatra).

2.14 All those (sa tu) can permanently be affirmed

(dṛḍhabhūmiḥ) on an epigene by initiating into (adara) Life of
benevolence (satkāra – actions aiming cosmic
consciousness) through constantly practicing (nairantarya)
non-execution (āsevitaḥ) of this void program for a length of
Time (dīrghakāla).
2.15 Execution of the command (vaśīkārasaṁjñā) for decryption
of desires (vitṛṣṇasya) from epigene, arisen from subject
matter via audio-visual (dṛṣṭa ānuśravika) inputs is Liberation
(vairāgyam) from material desires.

2.16 An aspirant (tatparaṁ) cell (puruṣa) grips (khyāte) ability to

decrypt (vaitṛṣṇyam) desires from epigene (via silencing that
epigene) for their phenotypic expression (guṇa).

2.17 That can be attained via coherent epigenetic program

execution (saṁprajñāta) ensuing (anugamāt) genetic factors
(vicāra) like activator proteins (ānanda) and/or repressor
proteins (vitarka) towards decryption of those forms from its
own sequence (asmitā).

2.18 With repeated executions (abhyāsapūrvaḥ) of relaxing

(virāma) perceptive assembly (pratyaya - chromatin) there is
elimination of such epigenetic impressions (saṁskāra);
leaving nothing (śeṣaḥ anyaḥ) behind for future expressions.

2.19 Perceptive assembly (pratyaya - Chromatin) is present

(bhava) there as lower order of DNA organization (videha)
regulating epigenetic expression towards harmony with
Nature (prakṛtilayānām).

2.20 Reformation of perceptive assembly (itareṣām - Chromatin

remodeling) to other forms is executed through (pūrvakaḥ)
the program of Genetic symmetry (samādhi prajñā) along
with program of persistent trans-generational (śraddhā)
immune (vīrya) memory (smṛti).

2.21 That is attained (āsannaḥ) through intense (tīvra) co-

expedited (saṁvegānām) executions of above mentioned
two programs together.
2.22 Those program executions towards chromatin remodeling
must be dominant (viśeṣaḥ) and even (api) beyond mild
(mṛdu), moderate (madhya) or excessive degree (adhimātra)
of the same (tvāt).

2.23 That (chromatin remodeling) is a regular innate Yogic

process or (vā) can be implemented consciously by
commissioning (praṇidhānāt) Genome (Īśvara) for such
reprogramming through Kriya Yoga.

2.24 Genome (Īśvar) is the dominant (viśeṣa) master of the cell

(puruṣa), unaffected by burdens (aparāmṛṣṭaḥ) of epigenetic
memory (āśayai - epigenetic memory/karmāśaya) stored via
and maturing into conflicting actions (kleśa karma).

2.25 There (tatra - in the Genome) the seed (bījam – Gene –

with original program code) with code of complete epigenetic
reprogramming (sarvajña) is eternally present (niratiśayaṁ)
within Genome.

2.26 That (sa eṣaḥ - Genome) is the master (guruḥ) of even (api)
the former one (pūrveṣām-Primordial Germ Cell) and
remains unaltered (anavacchedāt) by Time (kālena).

2.27 Praṇava (a small drum tabor – like damaru) is the emblem

(vācaka) of that (tasya) Genome-chromatin complex (DNA-
chromatin structure).

2.28 That (tat - genome) is looped (japaḥ - coiled around

chromatin structure) with the purpose of its (tad arth) in-
execution (abhāvanam).

2.29 And obstacles (antarāya) disappears (eliminated - abhāvaḥ)

even (api) via directing (adhigamaḥ) consciousness (cetana)
to that (tataḥ) loop (pratyak - chromatin relaxation and
remodeling).
2.30 Obstacles (antarāyāḥ) causing disruptions (cittavikṣepaḥ -
Hana - mutation) to epigene for its expression are; altered
cell consciousness (vyādhi), that causes altered cognition of
signals from ecosystem or say inability to comprehend true
demand of Nature (styāna); resulting in conflict towards their
perception (saṁśaya), causing sloppiness towards
maintaining cellular integrity (pramāda); resulting in idleness
towards self-regulation (ālasya); that cause uncontrolled
cellular activities (avirati); resulting in hallucination towards
apt functioning of the cell (bhrāntidarśana); causing
unexpected epigenetic manifestations of a particular or all
the functions of cell including phenotypic expressions
(alabdhabhūmikatva) and results in disintegration of the cell
(anavasthitatvā).

2.31 Physiological disruptions (vikṣepa) co-exists with obstacles

(antarāyāḥ) as pain (duḥkha), that causes distress
(daurmanasya) resulting in organ inflammation
(aṅgamejayatva); all together cause agitated breathing
(śvāsapraśvāsāḥ).

2.32 Repeated executions (abhyāsaḥ) of chromatin remodeling

program with single molecule (ekatattva) for the purpose
(ārtham) of their (tat - of obstacles and expressional
disruptions’) detention (pratiṣedh) should be practiced.

2.33 Chromatin remodeling through Covalent program

executions via cis (maitrī) or trans (karuṇā) approach
towards insertion (muditā) or omission (upekṣa) of a single
molecule (modifying factor) towards expressions of subject
matters into pleasure (sukha) against pain (duḥkha), virtuous
(puṇya) against bad (apuṇya); are graceful epigenetic
approaches.
2.34 That normally happens through cell consciousness, or (vā)
that can be attained by commissioning Īśvara for elimination
of vikshepas and antarayas by starving cell of energy
(induced Autophagy through energy starvation) through
withholding (vidhāraṇābhyāṁ) energy (prāṇasya) off the cell
after emission (pracchardana - expulsion of prana from the
cell).

2.35 Epigenetic expressions are binding (nibandhanī - limiting) to

the state (sthiti) of nuclear membrane (manas - subtle mind)
requiring energy for the same; when driven by material
desire (viṣayavatī – subject matter or (vā) aroused from
demands of life activities (pravṛttiḥ utpannā).

2.36 Nuclear Membrane remains bound through material

desires, Or (vā) that can also be availed by exempting
(viśokā) it from those material desires and/or demand arising
from life activities that results in celestial wisdom (jyotiṣmatī)
to Nuclear membrane.

2.37 That otherwise is regulated by its celestial wisdom, Or (vā)

that can also be done by detaching (vītarāga - decrypting)
subject matters (viṣayaṁ - Material desires) from epigene
(cittam).

2.38 Or (vā) that is attained via relying on (ālambanaṁ)

reprogramming (jñāna) of distinct characteristics (svapna) of
those silenced segments (nidrā) of epigenetic sequence.

2.39 Or (vā) that can be attained (yathā) through predisposition

of affinity (abhimat) towards their (genomic) integrity
(dhyānāt).

2.40 Cell (asya - that attains control over epigenetic

expressions), then acquires mastery over (vaśīkāraḥ)
telomere (paramāṇu - molecule) that is of supreme (parama)
significance (mahattv) at the end (āntaḥ) of transcription of
epigenetic sequence.

2.41 Immerging epigene (abhijātasya) that had such (eva)

dissipated (kṣīṇa) epigenetic impressions (vṛtteḥ), then (upon
mastery over Telomere) attains state of Millean (añjanatā)
Genetic Parity via reception (grahaṇa) of the base that is
required to be received (grāhyeṣu) at the receptive (grahītṛ)
DNA back bone (maṇeḥ).

2.42 There (tatra - upon having Millean Genetic Parity)

epigenetic disintegration (saṅkīrṇā) impacted through
alteration is reprogrammed for non-execution by silencing
(ajñāna) the readable code (śabda artha), via implication of
repressor proteins is called savitarka (Informational) Genetic
Parity.

2.43 Only Genotype (arthamātra) is reflected (nirbhāsā) there

with absence of its Phenotypic expression (svarūpaśūnya) on
purification of its memory (smṛtipariśuddhau - DNA repair)
through implications of activator proteins is (iva) called
Distributive (nirvitarka) Genetic Parity.

2.44 All of these (etayaiva) types of genetic parity together is

described as (vyākhyātā) the parity attained through subtle
matters (sūkṣmaviṣayā); those subtle matters are genetic
factors (savicāra) and ca non-genetic factors (nirvicāra).

2.45 And (ca) Genetic parity attained through those subtle

(sūkṣma) subject matters (viṣayatvaṁ) doesn’t manifest into
(paryavasānam) phenotypic characteristics (aliṅga) towards
expression of that epigene in parity.

2.46 That (tā) is (eva) Genetic symmetry (samādhiḥ) but with the
seed (sabījaḥ - without removal of the Gene with heya or
hana).
2.47 Having mastered (vaiśāradye) Genetic parity via non-
genetic factors (nirvicāra), epigenetics (adhyātma – adhi=epi
or above, atma=gene) of divine grace (prasādaḥ) is attained.

2.48 Epigenetic Program (prajñā) there (tatra) attains

omnipotence (ṛtaṁbharā).

2.49 Epigenetic Program information other than (anya) verbal

(śruta) or conjectural (anumāna - imagined) subject matters
(viṣayā) are executed with the purpose of output into
dominant trait (viśeṣārthatvāt).

2.50 New imprints (saṁskāraḥ - codes) born out of that (tajjaḥ)

program execution of dominant trait inhibits (pratibandhī)
another imprints (anyasaṁskāra) to manifest.

2.51 Confining (nirodhe) even those (tasyāpi) epigenetic codes

(expressed as dominant trait), there is confinement of all
epigenetic impressions (sarvanirodhāt) and result into
unseeded (nirbījaḥ – without a gene causing asymmetry)
Genetic symmetry (samādhiḥ).

3.1 Commissioning Genome (Īśvarapraṇidhāna) to induce

Autophagy (tapah) with the aim to align oneself (swadhyay)
with original Genomic program of Īśvara is called Applied
(Kriya) Yoga.

3.2 And (ca) Induced autophagy through Kriya Yoga should be

applied to Life with the purpose of minimizing
(tanūkaraṇārtha) regulatory conflicts (kleśa) towards
execution (bhāvanārthaḥ) the program of Genetic Symmetry
(Samadhi).

3.3 Lack of true perception (avidyā) of own sequence (asmitā)

causes affinity (rāga with other - matter) or aversion (dveṣa
with self - cosmic consciousness) and resulting into
predisposition of fear of survival (abhiniveśaḥ) are regulatory
conflicts (kleshas – further leads to Klisht-vritti and Klesh-
Karma).

3.4 Hereafter forms (uttareṣāṁ) of regulatory conflicts (kleshas)

in the arena of (kṣetram) lack of true perception (avidyā) are
found as dormant (prasupt - inexpressible), attenuated (tanu
- reduced), scattered (vicchina - dispersed) or exploded
(udārāṇām - proliferated) states.

3.5 Cognitive deception of an epigene for eternal (nitya) being

transitory (anitya), pure (śuci) being impure (aśuci), pleasure
(sukha) being pain (duḥka) and grip on self (ātmakhyātiḥ)
being uncertainty about the self (anātmasu) is called lack of
true perception (Avidhya).

3.6 An epigenetic sequence, because of its single gene

(ekātmatā) becomes unable of being (aśaktyoḥ) perceived
(darśan) by RNA polymerase (dṛg) is (eva) Asmita.

3.7 Epigenetic Affinity (raga) trails (anuśayī) pleasure (sukha).

3.8 Epigenetic Aversion (dveṣa) trails (anuśayi) Suffering

(duḥkha).

3.9 Flow of Self-obsessed form (svarasavāhī) with predisposition

of fear of survival (abhiniveśaḥ) equally overrides
(samārūḍho) wisdom of even (api) wise (viduṣaḥ) Purush
(cell).

3.10 Those (te) subtle (sūkṣmā) veils (heyāḥ) caused by

kleshas, preventing expression of Genome must be reversed
(pratiprasava).

3.11 Because, such conflicts in program execution of epigenetic

expressions (vṛttayaḥ) veils (heyāḥ) its (tad) integrity
(dhyāna).

3.12 Root cause (kleśamūlaḥ) of all conflicts is epigenetic

memory (karmāśaya- where actions are stored as epigenetic
memory) that becomes cause of painful Life (janma
vedanīyaḥ) to a cell; if manifest unobserved (adṛṣṭa) by
decoder Gene (dṛṣṭa).

3.13 Lifespan (āyuḥ) of a being (jāti) is rooted in its (sa ti mūle -

karmāśaya’s) maturity (tadvipākaḥ) towards execution of a
Life (bhogāḥ).

3.14 Those (te - experiences of pain) are encoded (hlāda) in new

epigenetic memory as the result (phalāḥ) of experience
(paritāpa) of that pain (suffering) whether with good (puṇya)
or bad (apuṇya) intentions (hetutvāt).

3.15 Resultant (pariṇāma) epigenetic impressions (saṁskāra)

coded on the basis of pain (duḥkaiḥ) and sufferings (tāpa)
clashes (virodhāt) with original memory (Genomic memory)
for phenotypic expressions (guṇavṛtti) and (ca) produce pain
(duḥkham) for all cells (sarvaṁ) including one (eva) with
insightful perception (vivekinaḥ - up-regulated one).

3.16 Resultant epigenetic veil (heyaṁ) cause future (anāgatam)

pain (duḥkham) as a vicious cycle in a Life.

3.17 Cause (hetuḥ) of such veil (heya) is the communion

(saṁyogo) of percept (dṛśya - signals) with the perceptive
(draṣṭṛ - chromatin complex).

3.18 Structural characteristics of Protein (bhūt) receptors

(indriyā) and DNA (ātmakaṁ) complex, known as ‘chromatin
structure’ present there (sthiti) regulating reading (śīlaṁ) of
the DNA sequence via process of light (through phosphate
molecule) with the subjective (bhogā) purpose of
transcription (āpavargārth); is called Drashyam (dṛśyam -
vision).

3.19 Expressional characteristics of a Gene (guṇaparvāṇi) are

1. Dominant (viśeṣa) or

2. Recessive (aviśeṣa);

3. Phenotypic (liṅga mātra - Expressed into protein) or

4. Genotypic (aliṅgā - Unexpressed).

3.20 Communion with perceptive assembly (pratyay - Chromatin

as activator or repressor) disappears (ānupaśya) upon
purification (śuddha) even (api) through corrective
surveillance (dṛśimātra) by Genome (draṣṭā).

3.21 Atma (Gene-DNA) imbibes the purpose (artha) of that (tad)

percept (dṛśya - signals) perceived by the perceptive
(chromatin).

3.22 Purpose of (kṛtārthaṁ) preserving (encoding - anaṣṭaṁ)

and removing (decoding - pratinaṣṭam) an epigene (from
sequence to be read) is for normality (sādhāraṇatvāt) of
others (tad anya).

3.23 This Communion (saṁyoga) of epigene and chromatin is

aimed (hetuḥ) to achieve (upalabdhi) the form (svarūpa) and
strength (śaktyo - potency) of its (sva - cell’s) own master
(svāmi - Stem cell).

3.24 That (tasya - lack of form and strength of own master) is

caused (hetuḥ) by lack of true perception (avidyā).

3.25 Having that (tad - lack of consciousness) un-manifest

(abhāvāt) through its (tad) corrective surveillance (dṛśeḥ) by
Genome, this communion (saṁyoga) becomes inexpressive
resulting in disappearance (abhāvaḥ) of mutations (hānaṁ)
caused by lack of True perception; ensuing State of cosmic
consciousness (kaivalyam).

3.26 Removal of the mutiny (aviplavā) towards gripping insightful

perception (vivekakhyāti) for up-regulation of epigene via
chromatin complex is the remedy (hānopāya - cure) for such
mutations.

3.27 Programmer (prajña) acquires appropriate platform

(prāntabhūmi) for Life program execution towards removal of
mutiny obstructing up-regulation through successful
enactment (dhā) of seven (sapta) executional states of that
(tasya – of epigene). (4 Samapattis = Savitark-nirvitark-
anajanata -nirvichar and 3 Samadhis= Samprajyat- Sabeej
and Nirbeej makes those seven stages).

3.28 A cell (Purush) that was deprived of insightful perception

(āviveka) for up-regulatory grip (khyāte) can be
reprogrammed to the enlightened one (jñānadīpti), through
elimination of impurities (aśuddhikṣaye) via initiating into
(ānuṣṭhānāt) stages (aṅg - limbs) of KriyaYoga.

3.29 Yama, niyama, āsana, prāṇāyāma, pratyāhāra, dhāraṇā,

dhyāna towards attainment of Samādhi (samādhayaḥ -
Genetic Symmetry) together forms eight (aṣṭau) stages
(aṅgā - limbs).

3.30 Universal law of Nature towards cellular (epigenetic)

harmony with external ecosystem is called Yama and that
comprises; live and let live (ahiṁsā), be transparent (satya),
be self-reliant (asteya), accord will of Nature (brahmacarya)
and avoid accumulations (aparigrahā).

3.31 These are great virtues (mahāvratam) eternally remains

unaltered (anavacchinnā) for a being (jāti), irrespective of
place (deśa), time (kāla) and situations (samaya) throughout
this planet (sārvabhaumā).
3.32 Commissioning Genome (īśvarapraṇidhānāni) for execution
of macro and micro autophagy (Tapaḥ) to attain purity
(śauca) with the aim to align oneself (svādhyāya) with
Genome (īśvara) to have unmatched state of blissfulness
(saṅtoṣa) is called Niyama.

3.33 Binding (bādhane) of repressor proteins (vitarka - malware)

with promotor results in in-execution of (abhāvanam) RNA
polymerase (pratiprakṣa) function for transcription of a
particular epigene.

3.34 Such repressor proteins (vitarka - malware) arise on

violence (hiṁsādaya) and inappropriately (apūrvaka) justifies
(anumoditā - codes) causal acts towards (kṛta kārita) greed
(lobha), anger (krodha) and affection (moha) on epigene,
resulting into in-execution of (abhāvanam) of RNA
polymerase (pratiprakṣa) function for transcription of an apt
Gene, provoking self-harm resulting in endless execution of
the program of altered epigenetic reprogramming (ajñāna)
categorized as mild (mṛdu), moderate (Madhya) or
Superfluous (adhimātra).

3.35 Foundation (pratiṣṭhāyāṁ) of the quality of Live and Let

Live (ahiṁsā) results in cessation of enmity (vairatyāgaḥ) in
its (cell) surrounding (tat-sannidhau).

3.36 Foundation (pratiṣṭhāyāṁ) of transparency (satya) ensures

(āśraya) results of all objective purpose of programming
(kriyāphal) processes of that cell (tvam).

3.37 Foundation (pratiṣṭhāyāṁ) of self-reliance (asteya) rewards

one (cell) with highest level of inner illuminant abundance
(sarvaratnopasthānam - purest transcription factors).

3.38 Innate Immune (vīrya) is the reward (lābhaḥ) of founding

(pratiṣṭhāyāṁ) oneself (cell) in the fellowship of Nature
(brahmacarya).

3.39 On establishment (sthairye) of non-accumulation

(aparigraha), cell can correctly recall (saṁbodhaḥ) epigenetic
program status (of reform) as that at the time of its Birth
(janmakathaṁtā).

3.40 Purity results in (śaucāt) termination of influence (jugupsā)

of own cellular organelles (svāṅga) upon their detachment
(asaṁsargaḥ) from others’ (paraiḥ).

3.41 And (ca) Purity as of the Stem cell (sattvaśuddhi) cultures

(yogyatvāni) nuclear membrane (manasya) of the cell to
have mastery (jaya) over all (sau) nuclear receptors (indriya)
for perception of pure Atma (ātmadarśana) towards one step
up-gradation (ekāgra – towards higher potency shift).

3.42 Attainment of contentment (saṅtoṣāt) rewards (lābha)

unmatched (anuttama) state of pleasure (sukha).

3.43 Autophagy (tapasaḥ) is the endeavor towards annihilation

of impurities (aśuddhikṣayāt) and empowerment of cell
towards mastery (siddhi) over its own subtle body (kaya) and
receptors (indriya).

3.44 Communion (saṁprayogaḥ) with divine (iṣṭadevatā – pure

consciousness within) can be attained by the process of self-
alignment (svādhyāyāt) with that divine (Genome).

3.45 Genetic Symmetry (samādhi) can be accomplished (siddhi)

upon commissioning Genome (īśvarapraṇidhānāt) towards
the same.

3.46 Having steady (sthira) and pleasant (sukham) seat (āsanam

- posture) forms the base for the other stages of Yoga
towards commissioning īśvara for attainment of Genetic
symmetry.
3.47 Postural stability with pleasure can be attained through
untying (śaithilya) efforts (prayatna) towards chromatin
relaxation for attainment (bhyām) of eternal state (ananta) of
Genetic Parity (samāpatti).

3.48 Then (tataḥ) the dichotomy (dvandvāḥ - for memorization to

and expression of an epigene or say impression and
expression of Purush and Prakruti on an epigene within Life)
stop impeding (anabhighātaḥ) Genetic parity.

3.49 Upon doing that (tasmin sati - ending dichotomy and having
Genetic Parity), speed (gati) of inflow (śvāsa) and outflow
(praśvāsa) of breathe (energy) gets cut down (vicchedaḥ)
leading to control of cellular energy called Prāṇāyāma.

3.50 Flow of energy (prana) accordingly becomes prolonged or

short by calculatedly (saṁkhyābhiḥ) analyzing (paridṛṣṭah)
time (kāla) and place (deśa); and stops (stambha) inward
(ābhyantara) and outward (bāhya) flow of expressions (vṛttiḥ)
of an epigene.

3.51 Drawn away from inward (ābhyantara) or outward (bāhya)

expression of subject matter (viṣaya), fourth (caturthaḥ)
characteristic (Genotypic form) of an epigene is acquired.

3.52 Then (tataḥ) the veil (āvaraṇam - of DNA methylation)

blocking illuminant light (prakāśa) is dissipated (kṣīyate)
causing phenotypic inexpression of methylated epigene and
that switches the other epigene in parity on (responsible for
bringing-in the Genetic symmetry).

3.53 And (ca), confinement of an epigene to a particular domain

(dhāraṇāsu) for expression cultures (yogyatā) the nuclear
membrane (manasa).
3.54 Cultured nuclear membrane then un-employs
(asaṁprayoge) all receptors (indriyāṇāṁ) from their assigned
job (svaviṣaya) with the aim of restructuring (anukāraḥ) an
epigene(cittasya) to its original form (svarūpā); is (iva) called
Pratyāhāra.

3.55 Receptors (indriyāṇām) are of highest (param) necessity

(āvaśyatā) there (tataḥ); in such (epigenetic) reform.

4.1 Pratyāhāra results in limiting (bandhaḥ) an epigene (cittasya)

to a particular domain (deśa - to Genotype) and is called
confinement (Dhāraṇā).

4.2 Dhāraṇā results in integration (ekatānatā) on such confining

(limiting) action of perceptive assembly (pratyaya -chromatin)
there (tatra) and is called dhyāna (integration).

4.3 Genetic symmetry (samādhi) is (eva) the state where only

executional purpose (artha mātra - Genotype) of an epigene
is (eva) reflected (nirbhāsaṁ) without (śūnyam) its (tad) own
executional (svarūpa - phenotypic) form.

4.4 These three (trayam - act of dharana, dhyana, and Samadhi)

together (ekatra) are regulatory acts (saṁyamaḥ - towards
harmony of cell with inner and outer ecosystem; when act
together).

4.5 That (tat - regulatory acts together) results in mastery over

(jayāt) the programming (prajñā) platform (lokaḥ) – for
programming of an epigene).

4.6 On the grounds (bhūmiṣu - on programming platform) of that

(tasya), there is exceptional application of (viniyogaḥ -
transformational) Yoga.

4.7 These three (trayam) are internal stages (antaraṅgaṁ) of

afore said (pūrvebhyaḥ - Kriya Yoga).
4.8 However, these three (tad) are even (api) external stages
(bahiraṅgaṁ) of the program of seedless genomic symmetry
(nirbījasya - Samadhi – complete genomic reset).

4.9 Confining (nirodha) execution (vyutthān) of epigenetic imprint

(saṁskārayo) for disappearance (abhibhāva) or recurrence
(prādurbhāva) towards epigenetic expression at the moment
(kṣaṇa) of reordering its sequence (cittānvaya) through
confinement (nirodha) is the result (pariṇāmaḥ) of epigenetic
confinement (nirodha).

4.10 Obstructed flow (avāhita) of its (tasya) tranquility (praśānt)

is then encoded (saṁskārāt) as tranquility within epigenetic
memory of the reformed epigene.

4.11 Genetic symmetry (samādhi) results in (pariṇāmaḥ) events

of genetic dissipation (kṣaya - silencing) and genetic
activation (udaya) of a particular epigene (cittasya) with the
aim of one step up-gradation (ekāgratayo) towards all the
purposes (sarvārthatā) of the cell.

4.12 Thereby (tataḥ), repeated (punaḥ) cessations (śānta) or

activations (udita) of an epigenetic imprint based on signals
(tulya) received by perceptive assembly (chromatin) for the
same, results in (pariṇāmaḥ) one step advancement
(ekāgratā) of an epigene (cittasya) towards its higher potency
shift.

4.13 All these (etena) events are defined (vyākhyātā) as result of

(pariṇāmāḥ) the same (potency up-gradation) state (avasthā)
on characteristic (lakṣaṇa) endeavors (dharma) of protein
receptors (bhūtendriyeṣu).

4.14 Those confinements (śānta) or activations (udita) of

epigene accordingly directs (avyapadeśya) the executor
(epigene) towards (anupātī) its endeavors (dharma -
functions based on its potency).

4.15 Such rearrangement (karma anyatvaṁ) of the epigenetic

sequence is aimed (hetuḥ) to change result (pariṇāma
anyatve - to bring phenotypic transformation).

4.16 Result of these three regulating acts is reprogramming of

the epigene for switching to its past state (back) and future
state (higher or lower potency shift) towards execution of its
expression.

4.17 The factors of perceptive assembly (pratyayānām -

chromatin remodelers) mutually (itaretar) commingles
(adhyāsāt) with the purpose (artha) to express a code
(śabda) as hybrid (saṅkara); and regulating act of its (tat)
active segment (pravibhāga) results in reprogramming of the
form of all cellular proteins.

4.18 There is reprogramming (jñānam) of a cell to previous cell

type (pūrvajāti - Potency up-gradation) upon actualization
(sākṣātkaraṇāt) of such hybrid codes (saṁskāra).

4.19 Reprogramming (jñānam) of an epigene to another form

(paracitta) for expression is the result of applied regulatory
act of perceptive assembly (pratyayasya - chromatin).

4.20 And (ca) reliance on (sālambanaṁ) that (tat - another form

of epigene for its expression) does not (na) express its
(tasya) material desires (aviṣayī) into protein (bhūta).

4.21 Regulating (saṁyamāt) phenotypic expressions (kāya rūpa)

of an epigene (tad) via preventing (stambhe) reception
(grāhya) of energy (śakti - ATP) needed for its reading; by
unemployment of light (energy) to the lens of the primer,
making it illegible to the primer in the absence of light
(energy).

4.22 All these (etena) unreadable epigenetic codes (śabdādi) are

called (uktam) illegible (antardhānam) codes.

4.23 Then, Regulation (saṁyamāt) of its (tat) act (karma) of

inclusion (upakramaṁ) within and exclusion (nirupakramaṁ)
from that sequence (of an epigene) reprograms (jñānam) it to
termination of death (aparānta) or (vā) infirmities
(ariṣṭebhyo).

4.24 Oneness (Maitri) and other qualities (ādiṣu - Karuna,

Mudita, Upeksha) coded on epigene endows strength
(balāni) to the program execution of such newly formed
epigene (promotes Genetic integrity).

4.25 Strength (baleṣu) of strong epigenetic program manifest

into strong phenotype (balādīni - body) like that of a Tusker
(hasti).

4.26 Upon implementation (pravṛittyā) of such program towards

worldly (loka) applications (nyāsāt), there is reprogramming
(jñānam) of epigene to read uninterrupted flow (avyavahita)
of subtle (sūkṣma) signals from distant (viprakṛṣṭa) planets.

4.27 Epigenetic regulation based on (saṁyamāt) signals coming

from Sun (sūrye) reprograms (jñānaṁ) it to actualize signals
(electro-magnetic frequencies) of earth and its atmosphere
(bhuva).

4.28 Having that, there is epigenetic reprogramming through

signals received from Moon (candre) towards
actualization of arrangements (vyūhajñānam) of stars and
constellations (tārā).
4.29 Having that, there is epigenetic reprogramming (jñānam)
through signals received from Polestar (dhruve) for
actualizing speed (gati) of those (tad) planets and stars.

4.30 There is reprogramming (jñānam) of subtle physical

structural arrangements (kaya vyūha) upon impact of such
signals on naval chakra (nābhi cakre).

4.31 Resultant reprogramming of subtle physical structure then

is focused on gullet cells (kaṇṭha kūpe) and there is
cessation (nivṛttiḥ) of hunger (kṣut) and thirst (pipāsā).

4.32 There is attainment of firmness (sthairyam) of the spinal

nerve (kūrmanāḍyāṃ) cells upon liberation from hunger and
thirst.

4.33 The inner light (jyotiṣi) of the accomplished one (siddha -

pineal gland) at the crown of the head (mūrdha) is perceived
(darśanam) upon attainment of firmness of the spinal nerve
cells.

4.34 Upon perceiving inner light of the Siddha (Pineal Gland), All
(sarvam) of the other (vā) signals from entire ecosystem are
perceived intuitively (prātibhāt).

4.35 Epigene (citta) coexist (saṃvit) with Histone (hṛdaye –

dṛśtā).

4.36 Reprogramming of the cell (puruṣajñānam) to that of the

Stem cell (sattva) (puruṣayoḥ) can result from extreme
unfolding (atyantāsaṃkīrṇayoḥ) of chromatin structure
(pratyaya perceptive assembly) with the purpose of enabling
chromatin to perceive signals for execution (bhogaḥ) of its
recessive (aviśeṣaḥ) epigene towards its different
expressional forms (parārthatvāt - reprogrammed forms) via
regulation of its own expressions (svārthasaṃyamāt).
4.37 Then (tataḥ) for that intuitive being (prātibh), shooting
pain of nerves (vedana) as that is caused by weapon like an
arrow (aśtrāvaṇa) disappears (ādarśa) and that becomes
(jāyante) an unimaginable boring (āsvāda) story (vārtāḥ).

4.38 That (te) is accomplished (siddhayaḥ) through

implementation (vyutthāne) of the program of Genetic
symmetry (samādhau) towards cellular up-gradation
(upasargāḥ) towards its transformation.

4.39 And (ca) inter cellular proliferation (paraśarīrāveśaḥ) of an

epigene (cittasya) takes place via cessation of causative
confining act (bandha kāraṇa śaithilyāt) of chromatin on
receipt of such (pracāra) signals (saṃvedanāt) towards the
same.

4.40 Then, one acquires mastery over Udāna Vāyu (udānajayāt -

upward flowing energy) and (ca) there is evolution (utkrāntiḥ)
of organs of breathing (ṣvasaṇgaḥ); including sinuses (jala),
pharyngs (paṇka), laryngs (kaṇṭakādi) etc.

4.41 Then one acquires mastery over (jayāt) Samān Vāyu

(samān - metabolic energy) and ensures enough metabolic
fire (jvalanam).

4.42 Then specific cells of ears (śrotra) are regulated

(saṁyamāt) towards their relationship (saṃbandha) with
ether element (ākāśayoḥ) of the cell in afore mentioned way,
one acquires ability of listening divine sounds (divyaṁ
śrotram).

4.43 And ca subtle body (kaya) of the cell is regulated

(saṁyamāt) towards its relationship (saṁbandha) with ether
element (ākāśayoḥ) of the cell in afore mentioned way, and
one acquires parity (samāpatteḥ) with micro (laghu) signals
(tūla) travelling (gamanam) in sky (ākāśa).
4.44 Then (tataḥ) epigenetic expressions (vṛttiḥ) are not
visualized (akalpitā) for (directed towards) external
expressions (bahiḥ) other than Chromosomal territories
(mahāvidehā), and the veil (āvaraṇa - DNA methylation -
impurities) blocking illuminant light (prakāśa) used for
reading an epigene or epigenetic sequence for transcription
is vanished (kṣayaḥ), and that epigene starts expressing
thus.

4.45 Epigenetic expressions then are regulated (saṁyamāt) with

the purpose (arthavatva) of Subtle (sūkṣma) corrections in
their sequence (anvaya) towards Gross (sthūla) phenotypic
expressions (svarūpa) that yields mastery over proteins
(bhūtajayaḥ).

4.46 By that (tataḥ), subtle body (kāyasaṁpat) gains ‘micro level

(aṇimādi) epigenetic program execution (prādurbhāvaḥ)’
making physical body and (ca) other organs indestructible
(anabhighātaḥ) those (tad) comprised (dharān) of proteins.

4.47 Thus, subtle body (kāyasaṁpat) gains charming (lāvaṇya)

beauty (rūpa) and adamantine (vajra) strength (bala) making
it indestructible (saṁhananatvāni).

4.48 Then, there is regulation (saṁyamāt) of epigene with the

purpose of (arthavattva) correct ordering of base (anvaya)
within the receptive (grahaṇa svarūpa) sequence (asmitā)
endows mastery over receptors (indriyajayaḥ).

4.49 And (ca) then (tataḥ) modifiers (vikaraṇ) of nuclear

membrane (manojavitvaṁ) disappears (abhāvaḥ) and
mastery over (jayaḥ) primordial germ cell (pradhān) is
attained.
4.50 And (ca) all cells (anyatā - potency based up-gradation)
then grips (khyāti) ability to manifest (adhiṣṭhātṛtvaṁ) into all
cell types (sarvabhāva) having totipotent genomic program
(sarvajñātṛtvaṁ) of Life within as per degree (mātrasya) of
their attainment of the sequence similar to the stem cell
(sattva puruṣa).

4.51 Also (api), Liberation (vairāgyāt) attained through

omnipotency like that (tad) of the stem cell, thus make the
cell capable of eliminating mutated Gene (doṣabījakṣaye)
from the epigenetic sequence and a cell attains the state of
pure cosmic consciousness (kaivalyam).

4.52 Then, there is special invitation to DNA acetyl transferase

for its reunion at the place of transcription and undesirable
changes does not take place again.

4.53 Then there is reprogramming of an epigene born out of

insightful perception (up-regulation) upon regulation of an
epigene at the moment of such reunion.

4.54 There is inheritance of (pratipatti) such reprogrammed

epigene in the progenies of that cell those remain unaltered
(anavacchedāt) for one’s characteristics (jāti lakṣaṇa), place
deśa or any such factors (anyatā) towards signals (tulyayo)
from the ecosystem.

4.55 And (ca), decryption (akramaṁ) of subject matter (viṣayaṁ-

material desires) from the epigenetic sequence by all means
(sarvathā) is attained through reprogramming born out of
insightful perception (up-regulation) by transcending
(tārakaṁ) all material desires (sarvaviṣayaṁ - subject matter)
from epigenome.

4.56 Finally (iti), Transcendence to pure cosmic consciousness

(kaivalya) is attained upon attainment of equivalent (sāmye)
purity (śuddhi) as that of the stem cell (sattva puruṣa).
Afterword
Kriya Yoga must be perceived scientifically towards its
implementation on regular bases (as Niyam) with the aim to cleans
Kleshas (regulatory conflicts) via conscious application of macro and
micro autophagy (Shauch) towards attainment of unmatched state of
contentedness (Santosh); along with observation of five benevolent
laws of Nature (Yam) for liberation from all worldly bondages.

Initiation of that should be done by resetting and reprogramming

the original divine program of Life with the help of the process of
epigenetic autophagy through 'Ashtang Yoga' technique. As one will
always find it difficult to observe Yam and Niyam on regular basis till
one is under pain and sufferings caused by malwares present in
epigenetic program. One need to remove all the malwares hurdling
original divine program of Life through resetting it to the same and
then only reprogramming will be implemented to have complete
wellness leading a divine blissful Life.
