TUITION POLICY:
Tuition costs are set yearly. Because the school has full-year contractual and financial
obligations that must be met, such as teacher salaries, heating and electric bills, building
maintenance and improvements, and other expenses, families that accept enrollment are
required to satisfy the full annual tuition in a timely manner, as described in the School’s
All families with children attending the School are required to have a tuition contract on file
(“Agreement”) which is signed by the child’s parents/guardians. If the parents/guardians are
relying upon another individual to make payment or partial payment of the tuition, the
parent/guardian is required to also have that individual sign this agreement.
REGISTRATION RATE: A P120.00 registration fee is paid annually at the time of enrollment
or re-enrollment. This fee may be reduced for families with multiple children enrolling.
Registration fees are non-refundable. The only time it is refunded is if the school cannot accept
the applicant. Families who enroll more than one child at the same time will receive a 10%
discount off the eldest child’s tuition fees
We offer a:Discount of 5%to former students who want their child to continue to experience
their Apple Pips education, whether they attended the school for one level or all the way
through. The Discount applies to the tuition of a child based on the following criteria:
All tuition payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be given to parents who withdraw their
child or if a child is discharged from the program. Two weeks written notice is required of all
families withdrawing a child. If written notice is not given, you will be responsible for a total of
two weeks of tuition
No statements will be sent.
Parents are expected to make payments no later than the 31st of each month.A charge of
P20.00 per a day for late payments . Any financial problems need to be discussed with the day
care as they arise. These problems can be worked out and will be handled in a confidential
manner.
Families with overdue accounts will be discharged from the program if payment is not received
within 5 days of the due date, unless special arrangements have been made in advance NB.all
tution fees must be paid off before the end of the term .THAT IS P2600.00 WE DON’T
CHARGE PER A MONTH BUT A TERM.
