Thank you for the opportunity to provide you with a proposal of the service/s I hope I can do for the benefit of
the Microsoft Philippines. Please find herein my proposal, based on my initial discussion with you.
SERVICE/S NEEDED:
To assist in realizing these goals, a PR / Media Relations Officer is needed to facilitate and ensure the
dissemination of PR articles and photos to Print, Broadcast Media and the Bloggers. The PR / Media
Relations Officer will specifically:
1. Seeding of Press Releases and all needed advertisements for identified activities and events of Microsoft
Philippines specifically and ensure the articles to come out in the newspapers and in the blogs. For
Broadcast Media (TV & Radio) coverages will always depend on their availability.
2. Press Releases will be seeded to different print and broadcast media such as, but not limited to Sunstar,
The Freeman, Manila Bulletin, CDN Digital, iNews.Ph, BusinessNewsAsia.com, RMANews.Net,
Philippine News Agency, Philippine Information Agency, GMA 7, CCTN 47, Skycable, UNTV 37, Sibya
TV, Radyo Bisaya, DYSS, DYMR, DYAR and select blog sites namely: MyCebu.Ph, Ventures Cebu,
Istorya.Net, CebuCityfied.com, WhyCebu.com, Lifeisbeyeeutiful.com, Travellingintandem.com,
QueenCebu.com,Thedentistisout.com, ChatterBox, BET Cebu, BloomCebu, Driftstories.com,

3. Responsible of Public Relations activities. Coordinate Media interest in the organization and ensure
regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests. Dissemination of
information for the promotion of Microsoft Philippines image to the public.
4. Responsible for the documentation of blog links and filing of News Clippings and prepares a weekly PR
Report.
5. To create a Media / PR Plan for the 3 month brand campaign.
6. Coordination with CCCI, MCCI and DTI for brand collaboration.

currently the Publicity, Promotions and Media Relations Chairman of Cebu Business Month 2019 & 2020
business event of the Cebu Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
Robby is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications at the University of San Jose -
Recoletos. A recipient of Talento Cebuano Awards 2019 (a special tribute given to a Cebuano, or
adopted Cebuano, for his or her special skills and contribution to the community) for his Success
Story for Creative PR and Marketing initiatives.

1. The Client shall provide the Media Relations Officer with all the information on the activities and events in
order for the Media Relations Officer to prepare the Media/Plan.
2. The Media Relations Officer shall only attend a maximum of five (5) selected events in order to gather
information, assists and entertains the press people and only if absolutely necessary.
3. The Media Relations Officer shall only issue an acknowledgement receipt to claim payment. The client
shall pay according to the payment schedule. Check payments shall be addressed to ROBBY
ALUGAR. For online payment you can deposit the reimbursables to this bank account:
4. The Media Relations Officer shall submit a status report of services rendered at the end of the project
duration.
5. The Client shall not use the ideas in this concept proposal for other projects not committed with the
Media Relations Officer.
6. The Client shall not be responsible for the payment of benefits for the Media Relations Officer, such as
Social Security Services (SSS), PhilHealth, Pag-ibig, and health/accident insurance.
7. The Client shall provide the necessary Media Tokens as recommended by the Media Relations Officer.
8. Travel and other incidental expenses shall be shouldered by the client.
