With this activity, you are expected to achieve the following learning outcomes:

Initial preparation:

Head to the learning environment and read, study, and analyze the contents in Unit 2
if necessary.

Phase 1: Based upon the observations of the classes during the participant observation
practice, consider the following teaching aspects, use the questions to guide your reflection,
bear in mind you do not have to answer all of them but use them to come up with an
insightful answer:

encourage active participation?
• How does the teacher demonstrate effective communication
and clarity in their instructions?

around the topics. Minimum 2 entries on time.

Step 3: Use the reflection in step one to propose an improvement plan which is aimed to
identify specific areas of improvement based on the observations made and develop
strategies for enhancing teaching practices. Use the forecited questions to identify the
strengths and weaknesses in each aspect and finally brainstorm and propose strategies and
actions that can help improve school processes. These strategies should be practical,
realistic, and based on research or best practices in education:
