the confidence they need to raise a happy,
healthy eater.

YOGURT DRINKS
To be honest, these recipes were born
out of our own personal needs. Now it's
time to share it with you. Our children
love store-bought yogurt beverages!
Yours might too!

Unfortunately, their packaging isn't


great for our planet and so we designed
5 recipes that contain whole food
ingredients, no added sugar and they're
budget friendly. Enjoy!
strawberry banana

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS

1 cup plain full fat yogurt 1. Place all ingredients in a blender.


½ cup milk 2. Start on low and then slowly turn up
1 banana to medium-high speed.

1 tbsp strawberry jam 3. Blend until smooth.


4. Pour into sealable containers.

NOTES
Try a different flavour of jam to switch it up!
very berry

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS

1 cup plain full fat yogurt 1. Place all ingredients in a blender.


½ cup milk 2. Start on low and then slowly turn up
¼ cup prepared berry to medium-high speed.
3. Blend until smooth.
sauce
4. Pour into sealable containers.

NOTES
The berry sauce can be made with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries,
or even cherries.
apple cinnamon

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS

1 cup plain full fat yogurt 1. Whisk together all ingredients until
½ cup milk smooth.
½ cup applesauce 2. Pour into sealable containers.

½ tsp cinnamon

NOTES
Experiment with spices - try nutmeg, cardamom, ginger, or ground cloves.
If your toddler doesn't find it sweet enough, try blending in a few dates.
mango tango

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS

¼ cup canned mango 1. Whisk together all ingredients until


purée smooth.
1 cup plain full fat yogurt 2. Pour into sealable containers.

½ cup milk

NOTES
You can find canned mango purée in the international section of the
grocery store or at Indian grocery stores.
orange creamsicle

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS

1 cup plain full fat yogurt 1. Whisk together all ingredients until
½ cup milk smooth.
3 tbsp frozen orange juice 2. Pour into sealable containers.

concentrate
½ tsp vanilla extract

NOTES
Try blending in a banana if your toddler doesn't find it sweet enough.
STORAGE AND THINGS
Bravo! You've made a batch of yogurt drinks and now it's time
to either serve it or store it. When it comes to storing, these
beverages will keep well in an airtight container, jar, or bottle
for about two to three days in the refrigerator.

You can also freeze them into popsicle molds.

When offering to your child, serve in:
