Justification for Grant
The Budget Estimation prepared for the financial year 2024-25 for the purpose of;
a. To Investigate, Collect and Preserve, Research, Editing, Publishing such old and rare Arabic manuscripts in Arts, Sciences,
Religion, and on different subjects which are getting extinct or lost. Under the preservation of rare classic manuscripts.
b. For the payment of Salaries, arrears and allowances of the Staff
c. For the payment of the retiring Staff of the Institution
d. For the payment of Gratuity amount of the retiring Staff Member
e. For the payment of Leave encashment of the retiring Staff member
f. Payment towards maintenance charge.
g. Purchasing of Manuscripts and reference books
h. For Editing and publishing the rare books
i. Purchasing of computers, ups and printer for Dept. Research and Editing
