Position – Coordinator (Assistant)
Job Description:
1. Attend to customers' inquiries and request in Vietnam.
2. Manage Purchase Order (PO) Fulfilment, including liaising with Singapore office, factories and
customers for deliveries.
3. Manage Shipping and Transport Arrangement.
4. Handle and escalate matters that arise from sales/customer related to Logistics operation.
5. Support local logistic for product claims.
6. Any other ad-hoc businesses/matters.
Requirements:
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Trading and Incoterms.
• Excellent written & spoken Vietnamese language.
• Good written & spoken English language.
• Knowledge of Japanese language is optional.
• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• 1 - 2 years of related working experience.
Nationality: Vietnamese

Up to 17,000,000 VND More than 1 month bonus
