Effectiveness of E commerce

Kaplan, (2020) A company's online presence has a significant impact on its success, as most

customers visit their website before making a purchase. A strong website can generate more revenue and

impact results. The quality of the website affects the results, but the article emphasizes the importance of

the website. Many businesses hesitate to connect to the Internet due to a lack of technical skills or cost

concerns. E-commerce is a concept that uses Internet technology to conduct transactions mainly through

websites. Its development was influenced by the rapid growth of the Internet, new information and

communication technologies, low implementation costs and the interactivity of communication.

Compared to traditional shopping events, online shopping offers many advantages that benefit businesses,

customers and society.

Exploring Usability and User-centered Design through Emergency Management Website:

Advocating Responsiveness Web Design

Jibing Zhao, (2022) conducted research to examine the website's usability, utilizing user

experience design theories to highlight the significance of responsive web design in practice. By

evaluating their websites' usability rhetorically, for example. Prepared at the local and national levels, it

serves as a model for the requirements of upcoming studies and the implementation of user-centered

design concepts. Because of the practical ramifications of these interactions, responsive web design

should be taken into-account when assessing usability and user experience design on emergency

responsive web design. In order to provide users with a consistent and smooth experience, it entails

building a website that can adjust to different screen sizes and devices.

Adaptive Webpage: Strategies for Creating Multi-Device Experiences

Brown A, (2021) in the Journal of Web Development, explores strategies for creating adaptive

web designs that provide a seamless user experience across multiple devices. The study discusses

techniques such as responsive layouts, adaptive images, and device detection to ensure that webpages

Evaluating User-Friendly Webpage

Cruz A, (2020) study on the user-friendliness of interface design in local e-commerce websites is

crucial in understanding how online businesses can better serve their customers. By assessing factors like

ease of navigation, visual appeal, and interactive features, the study sheds light on what aspects of

interface design contribute most to enhancing the user experience. This research not only benefits

businesses aiming to improve their online platforms but also reflects a broader trend towards prioritizing

customer satisfaction in the digital marketplace. I agree that Cruz A research on evaluating user-friendly

webpages, particularly in the context of local e-commerce websites, is important for online enterprises.

The study's emphasis on elements such as ease of navigation, visual attractiveness, and interactive

features gives useful information for improving the user experience. Businesses may improve their online

platforms and better serve their consumers by identifying which components of interface design

contribute the most to user pleasure. This study is consistent with the increased emphasis on emphasizing

customer happiness in the digital marketplace, highlighting the necessity of developing user-friendly

webpages to boost engagement, conversions, and overall success in the online business landscape.

CHAPTER III
Research Methodology

Research Design

Quantitative research design is defined as a research method used in various disciplines, including

social sciences, psychology, economics, and market research. It aims to collect and analyze numerical

data to answer research questions. The researchers employed this design to assess the webpage,

accessibility, and information for Takoyaki Made by Japayuki Owner and consumers

Participants

Fifty (50) respondents were chosen by the researchers to participate in an online survey and be

interviewed through social media platforms. The respondents, who are both 27 male and 23 female and

range in age from fifteen (15) to sixty (60), located in Tondo, Manila's District 1.

Data Collection Tools

The researchers interviewed the owner of establishment “Takoyaki Made by Japayuki” to gather

information that can be put in the web page. Researchers also utilized a survey questionnaire on Google

Forms to check the overall performance of the web page. The first part was used to collect the

demographics of the respondents such as name(optional), age, gender, address, while the second part was

used to assess the technical aspect of the web page.

15
AMA COMPUTER LEARNING
CENTER NORTHBAY CAMPUS

Data Gathering Procedure

 The researchers conducted in-person interviews, obtained permission from the owner of the

Takoyaki Made by Japayuki, and used the instrument in order to obtain the pertinent data

required to develop the web page

 The researchers used a Google form to develop survey questionnaires direct to costumers, then

distributed to the respondents.

 After the survey, the researchers gathered the unprocessed data and examined it to verify the

design's adaptability, consistency, ease of use, and attractiveness.

Data Analysis
For the survey, the researchers chose 50 potential respondents who are from a range of ages,

genders, and places from among potential customers. The information was created by combining and

cleaning the raw data that the researchers had obtained. Each individual who provided their narrative

information was asked to provide information to the researchers.

The formula used to evaluate the gathered raw data is:

P=F/T x 100
P- Percentage
F- Frequency
T- Total of Respondents

Ethical Considerations
Google forms are utilized as the survey platform to collect data for the research study, aiming to

gather opinions from individuals regarding the responsiveness, relevance, and modernity of a web page.

This also includes ensuring all disclosed information of the respondents will only be used in this study

and will remain confidential and private.
