APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE BARANGAY NUTRITION ACTION PLAN (BNAP) FOR CY
2024-2026 OF BARANGAY IBABANG BUTNONG AND RECOMMENDING THIS BNAP TO
THE BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL FOR ADOPTION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF
ANNUAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM FOR CY 2024
WHEREAS, the Barangay Nutrition Action Plan is a three-year plan containing the objectives
and nutrition interventions implemented to address the malnutrition problem at the Barangay
level;
WHEREAS, BNAP is prepared by the Barangay Nutrition Committee to operationalize the
Philippine Plan of Action for Nutrition 2023-2028;
WHEREAS, the Annual Investment Program annually manages and financially supports BNAP
2024-2026;
WHEREAS, the Barangay Nutrition Committee ensures the implementation of the programs,
projects, and activities in the BNAP;
WHEREAS, there is a need to approve and adopt the BNAP for CY 2024-2026 of Barangay
Ibabang Butnong and recommending this BNAP for adoption, for integration to the Barangay
Development Plan and for implementation of Barangay Development Council through
integration of nutrition activities to the Annual Investment Programs CY 2024;
NOW, THEREFORE, upon the motion of Hon. Lolita P. Donasales , duly seconded Hon. Evelyn
G. Ortega,
BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve and adopt the Barangay
Nutrition Action Plan (BNAP) 2024-2026 of Barangay Ibabang Butnong and recommending this
BNAP to the Barangay Development Council members of Barangay Ibabang Butnong for
adoption and implementation of Annual Investment Program for CY 2024.
APPROVED this 17TH day of March 2024 during the meeting of the Barangay Nutrition
Committee held at Barangay Ibabang Butnong Session hall.
