the Medium (i.e. Telugu or Urdu or
English) in which their institution would conduct
the D.EI.Ed/ DPSE Programme for the academic
year 2022-2024 admissions to be
made through DEECET-2022 on are before 17-11-2022 in the Affidavit
(in Rs.100/-
Stamp Paper)

I further submit that I have fully read the Rules of admission into D.EI.Ed./DPSE
Programme issued in G.O.Ms.10 School Education (Prog.11) Department
Dt.12.04.2017 and shal abide by the same. I shall also not make any subsequent
request for shift from one Medium to the other at any point of time during the entire
process of admissions for the Academic Year 2022-2023 and during the entire
duration of the conduct of the Programme.

Hence, I request for allotment of admissions as per the medium opted above for the
80% of Seats to be allotted by the Convener DEECET or DEECET AC admissions
(Strike of whichever is not applicable) under Category 'A 'and undertake to admit
only candidates for the medium opted above for the 20% of admission to be made
under Category
