Outreach Game:

In 2023 Remote Sales offers are EVERYWHERE:

A short guide to finding offers covering the Basics

With Outreach it is just a Numbers game, messaging as many people as possible

The main ways to find Offers are

•Through your network (people you know, friends already on offers, etc….)
•Through Paid communities, often there will be job postings there that somebody else found,
or exclusive offers for that community (Such as Serial Sales, closed and paid’s group etc…..)
•Social Media outreach (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, youtube, etc…..)

If you have experience appointment setting/Door to Door you should be outreaching for
closing positions (or other appointment setting jobs if you can find a good opportunity)

If you do not have experience in Sales you should mainly be looking for appointment
setting/cold calling gigs

For appointment setting the offer should have have 2 out of 3 of the following:
Salaried Base
Paid per meeting
Paid per close
If it has less than 2 out of 3 unless you have heard it Vetted from others, vetted it yourself, or
just have a good overall feeling RUN

Any offer you try to hop on should have 40k bare minimum in revenue per month. Anything
less than that you will likely make nothing (those types of offers could be good for a couple
weeks just to say you have experience)

Different Types of Offers:

B2C High ticket (usually coaching, Fitness, etc…)
B2B High ticket (Tech, Marketing agencies, Real estate offers, etc….)

Generally B2C will be quicker money but a little bit less in the long run than B2B (obviously
depends on the offer), so if you need Cash NOW i would enter B2C, B2B if you have more
runway

Onto finding the offers:

🚨 OUTREACH 🚨
Instagram & Tiktok - best for b2c

LinkedIn - mostly b2b, more corporate

Facebook - wild card

🔑 INSTAGRAM:
Utilize keyword search to find influencers with High-Ticket offers. These offers are typically
coaching, paid groups, masterminds, mentorships, etc.

Examples of Keyword Searches:

• "Fitness coach"
• "Ecom coaching"
• "Business mentorship"
• "Trading mentor"
• "Dropship program"

Some ways to find other influencers with High-Ticket offers once you've found one is to look
through their comments, follow list, and tags - basically all points of engagement depending
on the social media platform.

You are going to DM these influencers with something along the lines of,

"Hi [influencer name]. My name is [your name] and I'm a setter/closer. Are you hiring for any
closers/setters for your [whatever they're selling]?"

Note: it doesn't need to be these exact words. Play around with it.

Send 20 DMs a day (which isn't a lot) and follow up every 1-2 days and there is zero chance
you don't have an interview by the end of the week.

When you don't have a gig you have nothing but time, you should be sending 50-100 DMs a
day realistically if you're serious.

There are THOUSANDS of High-Ticket offers. This tap doesn't run dry so don't fool yourself
into thinking it does.

Note: as long as your profile isn't anon, has a few photos to show you're a real person, and
doesn't have any obscene/crazy stuff on it, you'll be fine.

TIKTOK:

Essentially identical to how you'd do outreach on Instagram.

FACEBOOK:

Only 1/10 offers are actually legitimate. Don't discount it completely, but tread with caution.

LINKEDIN:

As stated previously, much more corporate b2b style sales.

Note: all outreach messages are essentially the same. It doesn't vary too much from platform
to platform.

🔑 FOLLOW UP:
• "[name]! Just looping this back in."
- some will hate on this line, ignore them, it works.
• "Hi [name], let me know when you get back to this!"

Again, it doesn't have to be in these exact words. Play around with it.

🔑 NOTE: the king of outreach will ALWAYS be personalized videos. It's not an absolute
requirement, but if you're looking for an edge over the competition, a personalized video of
yourself stating your name, where you're based out of, your timezone (depending), your
experience, and reason for wanting to work for the company. Confidence and looking sharp
goes a long way.

🔑 TIPS:
• Be sharp
• Propose meeting times
• Send your contact information immediately after a time has been agreed upon
• Understand that how you treat and follow up with your potential employer is exactly how
they're going to think you'll deal with prospects. Understand how you're being evaluated.

As I said it’s all a numbers game, if you have to do 1000 messages, 10+ interviews to find a
decent gig DO IT

One thing that will help is having a Good social media profile for the Platform you are
outreaching on

IG = Have good pics, Not a ton of partying photos, Pfp of your face

Twitter: Building it up a bit to have some followers, and having a PFP of your face not Anon

Example of someone you could Dm about their High Ticket Program:

these tips should help you to Land an Offer and at the very least schedule interviews if you
run the numbers you will FIND something
