Holy Fountain of Eden Memorial Park- a MORE Business Center Inc.

Development

RESPONSIBLE MEMORIAL OWNERSHIP / VISITOR

Holy Fountain of Eden Memorial Park is designed to remember loved ones and designed to give respect
for those who passed away. Being an owner/visitor, it’s very important to show respect for these Holy
grounds and people who visit them. MRE Business Center Inc has made guidelines to ensure that the
park remains tranquil and appealing for everyone.

Dispose Trash on designated places

as a responsible citizen, we can carry a bag for our trash and dispose it on proper bins or trash. Littering
also disrespects the memories of those buried underneath and gives an impact to the beauty of our
memorial parl. We must maintain our memorial park’s cleanliness all the times.

Recycle if Possible

MORE Business Center Inc Management will provide designated trash bins strategically located at corner
and in the areas near the columbarium as this will reduce our wastes brought by our visitors and we can
conserve resources on our manpower, contributing to a cleaner environment.

Don’t Disturb Decorations

Most graves have decorations, flowers, and personal items placed by their families. Do not disturb,
move and touch these as respect to the departed people inside their tombs. It holds sentimental value
and very important part for the memorial.

Stay on designated Paths

Always use corresponding path and walkways for you to avoid damaging the plants and landscaping
features. Staying and wandering on others path may harm the maintained landscapes and disrupt parks
solemn feel and tranquility.
Respect our Environment gravesite and memorials

Holy Fountain of Eden Memorial Park is a place to honor and remember our love ones. Therefore, we
encouraged our visitors to remain calm and responsible when visiting their departed loved ones.

Be Cautious on Someone’s personal space

When visiting other gravesite, we must encourage our patrons to respect others as well. Avoid sitting or
trespassing on other memorial grave and walking or hopping over. We must enforce to show respect to
the departed and keep voices at a minimum.

Keep Noise at a minimum

Maintain a peaceful atmosphere by keeping voices at a low tone. Avoid loud music, yelling / shouting
and horseplaying. A quiet environment paves a way for everyone to enjoy the ambience of Holy
Fountain of Eden Memorial Park.

Preserve Park amenities

Holy Fountain offers various amenities designed to enhance your visit. Utilization of amenities
responsibly ensures they remain in good condition for future visitors.
Utilize Facilities Properly

Use designated picnic benches, areas, and other facilities intended. Clean after yourself, and avoid
damaging tables and amenities.

Marketing suggestion: we must place signages like CLAYGO, be responsible on your trash, etc. as this
will maintain our parks appealing for the next visitors.

Respect architectural features and participate in clean-up events

Most parks organize clean-up drives where volunteers can help remove litter and maintain the park.
Such participating in events is a great way to give back and ensure park remains beautiful.

Support Park Initiatives

Volunteering in cleaning and simply spreading the word about the importance of park conversation.
Involvement helps sustain park and maintain its beauty.

Marketing Suggestion: we must hire an in-house cleaner so that we can maintain the beauty of our
memorial park.

Educate Others as well

Encourage our visitors to maintain cleanliness and upkeep our sacred spaces tranquil for everyone. We
must train our people (staff of Holy Fountain of Eden) to always trim plants and water them everyday as
to avoid drying up that will cause trash and rubbish in our parks and greens.

Marketing suggestion:

Most visitors got vehicles with them, so it will be better if we can provide ample parking slots as to avoid
crowding of cars on the waiting area. We can distribute small pamphlets on our visitors upon entry,
these are the dos and don’ts when inside our Memorial Park project. This is also an information drive
that we can use amongst our guest.
DIFFERENT TYPES OF MAUSOLEUMS:

o Family Mausoleums

These are the type of private mausoleum designed and even customized as the client desires. It
can feature a double or single-above ground burial unit. Most mausoleums have a large walk-in
space with doors and windows. Upscale mausoleum can house 20 or more people. Whether the
mausoleum is placed on a cemetery or private property, that will be subject to the rules and
regulation of Holy Fountain of Eden. Construction materials, disposition, placement and rules
for endowment care.

Regulations are generally less restrictive and such designs compared into other memorials,
certain factors like thickness of slabs used for the floor and walls are mostly non-
negotiable. As this is to ensure structure is built with proper care and can last for years to
come.
Marketing suggestion: We can offer to mausoleum clients that we can set up a pre-emptive
cleaning of their family estate regularly. MORE Business Center Inc can impose additional
charges for this as in the future, clients will also need someone to look after their family
estate.

o Garden Mausoleums

These can display urns and remembrances like statues and works of art. It also houses
chambers for caskets.one disadvantage of this type is that it has no indoor space for
gathering, usually some families install benches outside of their garden mausoleum for
reflection.
o Private Mausoleums
From the word itself, this type of mausoleum is exclusive and mostly tinted. This provides
intimate privacy in which to honor their loved ones. These can be designed as multiple
crypts, single tomb, or with feature decorative engraves, a seating area shelves, prayer
kneelers and small basket molds to hold photos, flowers, etc. Mausoleums of this type can
provide a reduction in estate taxes especially if they are planned in advance prior to the
beneficiary’s death.

o Columbarium

These may be private or public structure that houses cremated remains instead of caskets.
columbarium are small niches that holds 1 -2 urn. Such niches are like real estate, the cost
of 1 (one) is motely based on their location Prime locations where a person’s name cab be
easily seen. Face of the niche can be personalized the same ways as a headstone with
inscriptions and flower vases

Tradition Mausoleums and the like are also known as above ground burial chambers, serve
as a way for people to ensure their legacy is felt for generation to come. While Mausoleum
design can vary greatly, all are truly beautiful works of art and architecture designed to
honor who passed away. With memorialization options, clients will have a lot of flexibility
to choose design elements and costing that will best suit the client and loved ones.
Mausoleums are not just built by the rich and famous as symbols of prestige. Over many
centuries have been built for people in very level of society for a variety of reasons. First,
Mausoleums keep families together in one convenient location, and to the future
generations won’t have to worry about even finding their own burial lot or buying a
headstone. A client can have many crypts and urns as needed.

Marketing Suggestion: I highly wanted to point out that we must allow our clients to have
their mausoleum be customized and without setting limits. We can allow clients to make
their family estate stand out from the rest. This will allow them the freedom to
contemplate and gives flexibility to buyers among the color they wanted to place in their
niches and place decorations in it.

One family mausoleum plot generally will require far less of a footprint than grouping of
family grave sites. If the client lives in an area with a higher rainfall or high-water tables,
and an above ground mausoleum with proper drainage keeps the crypts safe and dry.
Mausoleums create a place to relax and reflect on the life of loved ones who are interred
inside the mausoleum. Crypts are optional as long as the buyer wanted to add by informing
MORE Business Center Inc management about it. Most Mausoleums are designed at its best
as these are expressions of majestic love. When the cost of mausoleum is shared among
family members, cost becomes a fraction of the total costing. Some people especially the
rich, doesn’t want to be buried in the ground with dirt and weeds mor whatsoever.

---- CUSTOMIZATION AND DESIGNS ---

Building, designing, and installing a mausoleum can take months. That’s why planning
ahead in advance of the passing of any family members is a smart decision when ordering a
mausoleum. When explaining o our future clients the advantages of acquiring a mausoleum
will define their needs and of course the most important, “THE BUDGET”. Number of
people to be buried as well are some of the major considerations and flexibility are one of
the big reasons why some Filipino that belongs to the upper-middle sector opt to choose
Mausoleo. Some of the factors to consider as well also is the color to be used, texture of
granite that will fuse with the grave, where will the mausoleum be installed and how much
a client will be willing to Spend? Every cemetery in the Philippines has its own rules and
regulations about what kind of memorials they allow and placement- it includes the
mausoleums as well. Such types of cemeteries: green cemeteries, natural burial parks,
municipal or district cemeteries, religious cemeteries. Some allow certain type of
mausoleum, certain styles and sizes and some doesn’t allow.

We at Holy Fountain of Eden Memorial Park will be affiliated with a church do they allow
other faiths to be buried inside our parks. Top-notch security and well-maintained grounds
that is easy on the budget.

types of Ground Plot:

1. Single plot
2. Companion plot
3. Family plot
Aside from a plot, a client can purchase endowment care or perpetual care, opening
and closing of the grave, installing the mausoleum, and annual maintenance fees. Public
cemeteries offer the most affordable option for burial plot.
There are many ways to preserve their ashes for posterity by placing them in a
mausoleum or columbarium. Once a body is cremated, container with the ashes is
delivered to the family who have several options for ashes disposal. Some scatter the
remains, place them in an urn, placed in a personalized cremation marker or cremation
monument. Bury the remains in a grave on a cemetery. Some entomb them above
ground by placing ashes in a niche.

CRYPT AND ARCHITECTURAL OPTIONS

an urn can share space with a casket in a crypt, or it can occupy its won crypt.
Cremation niches is the most common option cremation niches in the exterior
mausoleum for urns and ashes. A group of niches or cremation urns is called a
columbarium. Either be freestanding granite or incorporated within a mausoleum. Most
cemeteries, churches and the rest have columbarium with niches for sale to the public.
These can be quite large and are an option for those who do not mind sharing a space
with non- family members.
Such structures are prone to harsh weather-conditions. Extreme heat and cold. Direct
sunlight. Ground moisture, ground movement. And of course, time. We at Holy
Fountain of Eden ensure our clients that mausoleums are built with construction
materials that ensure durability and longevity. As Granite is the hardest and most
durable material and the most popular of them all. It comes with different textures,
patterns and rich colors. Marble mausoleums may be stylish and are not nearly as
durable as granite mausoleums and cost more than granite. Marble is a good choice for
walls, crypt or even sculpture as it is not exposed to harsh elements. Marble comes in
wide range of colors, grey and white are the most popular among the rest.

Marketing Suggestion: we can use bronze doors as well for accessories and decorations.
It is composed of copper and with the addition of other metals that gives strength,
aesthetics and resistance to weather.
With consideration to architectural options, we can allow our clients from Holy fountain
to consult to outside designer and engineers for the modification of their family estate
facilities, etchings and engravings. Engraving is used for deep cuts like processing of
cutting lettering, images, symbols, artwork into granite. Beautiful epitaph or saying that
speaks to the love that family shares. Etching makes shallower cuts and can create
detailed designs. Some prefer picture on tombs and laser etching is used to recreate
actual design and photographs.

Sculpture is a three-dimensional art piece created by carving (removing material) or

modeling (adding material). some statutes like angels, figures depicting animals or
family member or hobby and careers of the departed people inside the mausoleum.
Fluted columns can be carved in a number of classic styles.

Granite moldings and entablature usually lie horizontally above columns, often with
dart and egg sculpture. Some sculptures like Bas relief can depict important meaning to
the family. Mausoleums come in every shape and size and it is up to each family to
decide exactly what theirs will look alike. Classical style mausoleums have perfect
proportions. Neoclassical style mausoleums borrow elements from classic architecture,
it has circular arches that is significant to Roman mausoleums. Gothic architecture is
distinguished by soaring towers. Baroque architecture comes with grand decorative
mausoleum with decorative domes and etchings. Mausoleum can be designed like
Asian style similar to Pagodas, Egyptian style look and Islamic style mausoleum that is
found in Islamic mosques.

Landscaping surrounding the client’s mausoleum can enhance its beauty and create a
welcoming space for generations to come. Accessories are a great final touch for a
client’s family estate, we encourage our clients to place vase and portraits of family
members
