Terms & Conditions
1. Minimum Rental period shall be (01) One month from the date of delivery of Generator by the Supplier
& the hirer. Rent of the generator for per thirty (30th) days BDT 45,000.00 (Forty-five Thousand taka only)
this will be paid on follows: 100% as advance before delivery of the generator. You have to provide
every month advance bill within 7 days for start of month.
2. The Generator set shall be operated max, 08 hours per day.
3. After Four hours running this gen set must be stop for one hour. Then will be again Start the gen
set more Four hours.
4. Mode of payment of rent shall be as under:
i) Taka 45,000.00 for up to 240 hours of operation for 30 days with the operate of the
Generator.
ii) Bill always advances by the first week each month.
5. The cost of fuel required for running the Generator Set shall be borne by the hirer.
6. Spare parts will be provided by the Supplier if required. The Supplier shall perform scheduled
Maintenance Service.
7. Supplier shall supply generator set with fuel tank & exhaust pipe but the necessary cable and
the Changeover shall be supplied by the customer.
8. Loading Unloading & Transportation cost will be provided both side by client.
9. Replacement cost for any kind of damage due to Hirer’s negligence, abuse, misuse shall be
born by the Hirer.
10. Supplier shall not be held liable for any damage to Hirer’s property or personnel during the
Installation, Operation and removal of the generator at the Hirer’s premises.
11. Supplier and his representative shall reserve the right to enter the location at any time upon
giving prior Reasonable notice to the hirer inspect, maintain and or repair the Generator. The
Hirer shall assist supplier and its representative in that regard.
12. Non-payment of rental for the preceding month will render the Hirer defaulter and the Supplier
shall be entitled to terminate the contract and remove the generator from the Hirer site unless
the Hirer pays the defaulted amount the moment of termination.
13. If contract is terminated by the Hirer any time during the contract period, then the Hirer is liable
to make full payment of rental fee for the balance of the contract period.
14. Billing period will start from the date of delivering the generator to the Hirer at his site.
15. All communications must be in writing between the Hirer and the Supplier.
16. The Supplier and the Hirer reserve the right to terminate the contract at any time by providing
the other party with 30 days clear written notice.
17. Non-Compliance of this condition may seriously damage the generator and in that case the
Hirer shall be liable to pay the cost and damage.
18. This generator should be not operated above 70 to 75 % load of Standby ratings.
19. Supplier will not take any responsibility for production hamper due to generator problem.
