Ombre Nomade is a beautiful western oud,
It’s balsamic, fruity and ambery, you get a
nice dose of rose too.
I’ve lost respect for Maison Crivelli as a
brand Oud Maracuja is a straight up clone
of this scent but less well done in my
opinion.
It’s hard to dislike but it is a oud based
fragrance so definitely sample first.

I love this fragrance it’s a nice oud and
deep smell it’s a luxurious smelling
fragrance

Thank goodness I only got a decant of this.
Definitely NOT a safe blind buy. First sniff is
like a smack in your face and is really
potent. It has a scent adjacent to TF ombre
leather except darker, stronger and more
challenging to wear.
Not for me.

Smells like a full tank of petrol. Like some
87 octane just dripped all over your fake
leather shoes because you stubbornly kept
pulling the trigger on the hose. Oof.

I've finally been able to test this hyped
fragrance. This review isn't going to be one
that just going to give my opinion and
completely disregard other people's views
and why they may or may not like it.
First of all in my opinion, its heavily
overrated, and not quite the scent that oud
maracuja is with the added passionfruit etc.
Although the drydown is slightly better due
to it imo, become slightly sweeter and
fruitier, it stays pretty linear for me.
I think that it's quite a harsh fragrance in
terms of it being extremely in your face,
almost like a metallic or burning tire sort of
accord especially in the opening.
The oud in this fragrance isn't working with
me, it's quite a pungent, dirty and slightly
animalic oud compared to ouds in actual
fragrance masterpieces such as oud satin
mood or roja amber aoud or even oud
maracuja, it's just not a the most pleasant
scent to my nose, this could also be
because of the notes it's backed by,
perhaps its the incense or leather accord
Finally, I think it's the combination of saffron
and woody notes that to my nose is gaining
slight metallic note abit like in baccarat
rouge 540 edp, however as a result of this
which is the main reason I'm not liking this,
the oud and saffron along with other notes
is producing this very subtle smell which
lest throughout the whole duration that
smells abit like a sh*tty baby nappy that's
turned slightly metallic
In conclusion the scent is decent but not
worth half the price, I recommened oud
maracuja more between these two,
however I think someone who's into really
dry fragrances and is a fan of ouds that are
more dirty, pungent and animalic then this
is for you, or if you want to smell like your
average middle eastern guy, and it is fairly
mass appealing after some compliments
from this scent and scent dna

bought a 1ml sample, whether I buy a full
bottle or not depends on the dry down,
opening is very in your face and smells a bit
like burning rubber. Will update after it drys
down
Edit: it's a lot nicer in the dry down, less
harsh and smells pretty good.
(Second) Edit: This has grown on me a lot,
very masculine and screams royalty, the
wearer basically radiates wealth.
Beautiful Scent, 10/10 recommended

I got a five ml sample of this to test but I
certainly wouldn't buy a full bottle of it. It's
nice but way over priced and there are way
too many very good clones of this
nowadays to warrant buying the Luis
Vuitton version.

Very strong. Very intense opening. Not
mass appealing at all. I liked the dry down
much better. I would imagine this is to be
very polarizing. Not for me.

No offence bc I know this has many fans
and dudes tryna 'smell like a prince/king' or
whatever, it IS a great fragrance, but the
scent itself doesnt really feel unique and is
forgettable in the realm of middle-eastern
rose-ouds. Its giving spoilt snobby prince
who begs for attention at most, defo not a
natural king. Theres something slightly
harsh/sharp about it, maybe the rose? It
just sticks out in a piercing way and gives
me headaches/nausea in car. It does
perform well and ooze luxury in public
settings, but its like nEW moNeY. the
leather undertone is what makes it
luxurious to me...but its not inherently
special. It's western oud and rose, been
there done that, theres so many like this (or
better), I dont see the hype for the actual
scent especially at this price point. yall just
feel like a king/queen bc of brand image
imo, its £320 and LV so subconciously has
this effect when in reality this could easily
come out of a lattafa/montale or fuck me
even a jo malone bottle. more heads turn
with TF ombre leather and it doesnt beg for
attention. More than words/noir de noir feel
similar to ombre nomade and actually have
more character to my nose, whereas this
falls a little flat. let alone oud-rose
fragrances with ACTUAL OUD...the western
oud here has its own appeal but doesnt
impress real oud users
Its powerful and a bit dense but surprisingly
airy wear, which I like, but the piercingness
of the rose or whatever just gets to me.
take this review wit a grain of salt bc im
probably just tired of rose-ouds anyway,
they all bore me now. ive had my bottle for
ages and I've only reached for it like 3/4
times despite often having appropriate
occasions to wear it, which tells me I like
the scent but definitely dont love it enough
to prefer smelling like it over my other
favourites. buying this for the whole £300 at
harrods was a huge mistake- i bought this
long before i discovered second-hand
perfumes exist and could've easily gotten a
full bottle for alot less on ebay etc. thats
what I'll be doing if i ever want another LV
fragrance which is unlikely bc they're all
mid. btw new batches have not been
watered down dont believe @samoo
propaganda altho I dont think this lasts
ETERNALLY for me as everyone claims...it
lasts long and projects well for like first 5-7
hours ish, yall lying talkin about eternal,
thats only on ur jackets/scarves like any
other strong scent...its not mindblowing
performance for a strong/pungent scent
theyre all like this if you've ever had
one...even shaghaf oud for 20 bucks
lasts/projects longer

stievenko 04/17/24 09:58
@samoo. I have a 2023 bottle 200ml and a
2020 “pink juice” 100ml bottle. They smell
and perform the same. Don’t spread

share
samoo 04/17/24 04:25
New batches are very weakkkk and
watered down. Puchased 200ml in 2022
and shocked! Very weak watered down
version of what it was in the early 2018 or
2019 or 2020 "dark pink juice color". New
batches juice color after 2020 became
white and watered down. Not sure how
color change affected the smell but yes,
this is how perfumes companies do, They
water down their trending perfumes "after
the trend" to save moeny and let you use it
more and finish it. What a Shame!
share
tastysurprise 04/14/24 17:41
If you love this fragrance enough to get the
200ml, then this is not overpriced per ml.
It's on par with many and better than most.
If you get the 100ml, then it may be
overpriced but not by some ridiculous
amount. So you can find fragrances that
are 10% less expensive at this quality
point... let's all jump up and down and
scream about it! You can also find
fragrances that cost 2-3x this price that are
worse. It's all about what you like.
This does have pretty extreme
performance, and is very thick and dark.
It's not for every occasion. I have a dozen
fragrances at or around this price point (or
much higher) and this beats most of them...
whether it is the performance, or the
accessibility, or the versatility, or the
wearability this fragrance beats almost
everything I've sampled or owned in one
way or another. Two sprays maximum. You
may even want to plan ahead the night
before and spray the clothes you plan to
wear the next day.
The performance is beyond what is
reasonable for most people, I'd say. You
can probably find fragrances that are even
more unreasonable but what would be the
point of that.
No way this is a unisex fragrance. Very
masculine. Only by the time it has started
to fade out does it come anywhere near
something (I personally think could be)
feminine or unisex.
All that said, I love this and I think it
compares favorably to strangelove
deadofnight, one of my favorites, at 1/3 the
cost (if you get the 200ml, which I did). But
unlike that one, this is not only very
wearable but has also garnered
compliments on more than one occasion.

I am pretty sure the reviewer below
@akaysmart who says that there is no
fragrance on earth that can match the
performance, longevity and sillage of
Ombre Nomade does not have much
experience with Niche Fragrances.
Orto Parisi Megamare blows Ombre
Nomade out of the water. Also Frederic
Malle The Moon has better performance,
longevity, projection and sillage and it’s
miles ahead of Ombre Nomade in terms of
quality and refinement. Just to name a few.
share
applecrunchdev 04/10/24 07:15
it smells great in my opinion but I wouldn't
recommend it to people. The oud is
obviously the dominating note which is
perfectly smoothed out with the sweetness
from the raspberry. However for the price
and versatility I would say it's not worth it,
people have said that it smells nice but is
way too strong despite only doing 1 half
spray (my experience others may vary)
share

There has no Fragrance on Earth currently
to my knowledge that can match the
Perfomance, Longevity, & Sillage of Ombre
Nomade - I Believe Jacques Cavallier has
discovered some secret formula which he
has also applied to Imagination (LV) and I
believe he has discovered it recently
because this Sillage is not available in his
work from 2016 for Bvlgari (Tygar, Gyan etc)
The Perfume itself needs no discussion. Its

Way overpriced, smells very synthetic. The
only reason it sells is because people have
never smelled real oud. No, I'm not talking
about the ouds sold by commercial brands,
but the artisanal one (thats a topic for
another day).
I agree with the reviewer below about
people complaining about the scent if it
was placed in a montale/mancera bottle

Glad I bought a small decant for $10
instead of splurging. This was my first oud
fragrance and I can say this will be the last.
I can understand how people would like it if
they like oud, just not for me.
share
casanova1974 04/08/24 10:17
If this same fragrance was in a bottle of
Montale, everyone here would be saying
that it smells synthetic and cheap. But
because it is a Louis Vuitton creation, it
comes in a Fancy bottle and it costs almost
500 dollars, most of the people here say it
is fantastic, masterpiece, expensive
smelling...etc etc. But in my opinion this
fragrance is not superior than many
Montale offerings at a fraction of its cost. I
am not saying it is a bad fragrance, it is
really nice indeed, but it is way overpriced.

I had ombre nomade and now I wouldn’t
buy it again after I found montale oud
pashmina, it has the same profile but oud
pashmina is smells just as expensive as
this, is a niche perfume very oily last and
last and last ( no joke) but this you paying
for the LV name I feel because even tho the
scent is nice, there are soooo many better
options like the one I mentioned for more
affordable prices, montale oud pashmina to
me is the winner is more mass
appealing, someone. Followed me at a mall
just to tell me how nice I smell and what I
was wearing, with ombre nomade did not
get as many complements as with montale,
well I stay with MT for now.

The desert air washes over me, crisp yet
sweet, as the last tendrils of twilight paint
the sky in hues of violet and burnt orange.
A campfire crackles softly somewhere in
the distance, its smoke a wisp weaving
through the star-speckled expanse above.
Sand shifts beneath me, cool against the
warmth that lingers on my skin since our
afternoon ride. The vast quiet is a balm, a
world away from the markets and chaos of
the cities.
Beside me, her laughter is a soft melody
against the desert's silence. The firelight
casts flickering shadows across her face,
highlighting the rich brown of her eyes and
the curve of her lips. I feel her joy radiate
outwards, filling this boundless space with
a warmth that rivals the fading embers.
A subtle fragrance drifts on the breeze –
woodsy, with a whisper of spice and
something achingly sweet. It's a scent as
complex and enigmatic as the woman
beside me, as intoxicating as the desert
night. The aroma mingles with the lingering
scents of sun-baked earth and the delicate
floral hint of her hair oil.
The silence stretches between us, not
awkward, but comfortable. A shared
understanding of the magic held in this
moment. The world, with its demands and
noise, feels impossibly distant. I want to
bottle this sense of tranquility, to breathe its
essence forever.
As the desert breeze carries that
captivating woody-spice fragrance again, I
realize it's the source of this intoxicating
aroma that surrounds us. It's the exquisite
Ombre Nomade by Louis Vuitton – a scent
as bewitching as the woman who wears it,
even if just for tonight.
They tell me this scent is meant for the
cooler months, that it's too intense for the
unforgiving desert heat. But rules were
made to be broken, and amidst this arid
beauty, something about it feels right. Bold,
defiant, as mesmerizing as the landscape
around us. It's my perfume, actually, one I
treasure. Today, in a playful twist, she
decided to try it, and the effect is
intoxicating.

If you are used to oud fragrances as I am, (I
grew up going to the mosque a lot, Arabic
fragrances are very common amongst
Muslims, even me being in Southeast Asia),
this fragrance will not impress you. It is a
nice oud smell, but its nothing mind
blowing to me as someone used to oud
fragrances. Westerners of course will
overhype this being that they aren’t used to
the smell and will find it revolutionary.
Overall, nice oud raspberry scent, but
smells like a lot of other oud fragrances/oil
you can find for so much cheaper and can
last over a week.
7/10 personally

Give this one some time people, first few
minutes can be deceiving. If you have ever
smelled oud before, you should know there
is a fecal phase that lasts a few minutes.
Case in point here, specially if the juice has
been sitting in the sprayer straw for some
time. Seems like oxygen deprivation
intensifies this barnyardish facet of the oud.
Anyway, this one gets better the longer it
breathes on the skin.
As a side note, I read in another forum that
some people wear this to the gym, which to
me defies any common sense.

I can appreciate the artistry, the
smoothness and luxuriousness and the
beauty of the scent. That's why I rate it very
high. For me however, rose is always
noticeable and dominates a fragrance and I
always associate it with the feminine. No
matter what masculine ingredient you
combine it with (oud, tobacco, patchouli,
etc.) to make it more manly... I just can't
picture myself wearing one of these.

Ombre Nomade seems, to me, to be aping
popular pieces of other famous fragrances.
Montale style oud and rose, Tuscan Leather
Raspberry, Aventus birch, Amouage
incense/saffron etc.. But this puts them in a
single package. (Basic equasion from my
perspective: Montale Aoud Night + TF
Tuscan Leather = Ombre Nomade. It's
kinda uncanny.) As others have said, this
stuff is olfactory napalm. A single full spray
is too much. And for heaven's sake, resist
the urge to sniff up close. It will conquer
every other scent in its vicinity. It will cling
to your nose until it outstays its welcome,
and still not leave. There is no escape. But
seriously, I've found you almost have to
apply it like an attar - a swipe behind the
ears here, a dab on the hand or wrist there.
If you do that you will have a very pleasant
scent bubble around you. If you put on a
full spray or more you will become offensive
to 98% of people, yourself included. All that
said, this does smell really good. It's a low
key like for me.

It’s a lot. I enjoy it quite a bit but putting in
perspective that I’m blasting people with
this scent is embarrassing. It’s so unique
and strong most people who are not frag
heads will be wondering why you’re
wearing this weird smell. It’s not necessarily
‘good’ to non frag enthusiast it’s very thick
raspberry rose Oud most people will not
appreciate the artistry of it most will
compliment you to point out they smell
something that’s meant to be appealing
then in secret laugh at you for wearing it in
public without even knowing what you
spent to smell that way. It screams ‘I’m
desperate to be noticed.’
I appreciate it as a frag enthusiast and I’ve
been pretty bold with other scents but this
one crosses the line for me. It’s the only
one that’s too much. If I didn’t put into
perspective the experience I’m creating for
others I’d prolly love this scent and walk
around with it oblivious.
It MAY work on cold nights outdoors that’s
such a limited scenario though it’s not
versatile.
If it was weaker I’d perhaps like it more but
I got burned out of raspberry with Tuscan
leather.
Funny enough nouveau Monde is one of my
all time favorites I wouldn’t wear it to work
but I do wear it going out. Smells less alien
more fresh easier to wear comes across
like a nice leather smell. Ombré Nomade is
a thick raspberry animalic rose mess IMO.

Insane fragrance. This is such a loud,
luxurious, seductive and rich scent. the
sweet, slightly floral, oud really stands out,
it is beautifully blended. This projects like
crazy, really crazy. The longevity is mind
blowing, on clothes it can stay for a few
days, and on skin 11 hours+ with no
problem at all. It is a quite heavy fragrance,
so dont wear it under warm weather, it will
nauseate everyone around you. Perfect for
special occasions and at night. Price is very
expensive, but if you can get yours hands
on it, definitely worth it. Most
complimented in my collection.

The opening is very earthy and masculine -
almost too masculine and makes me
wonder how this is even marketed as
unisex fragrance… HOWEVER the later dry
down leans feminine as the sweet florals
(rose and Geranium) and fruit (raspberry)
notes settle in. This totally transforms into a
different fragrance about 2-3 hours after the
initial spray- this one definitely requires
some patience, it’s NOT a “spray and go”
linear perfume. Ombre Nomade is also the
complete reverse of LV Les Sables Roses
which opens feminine and rosy, but dries
down masculine.
There’s also a subtle clean soapy note
hiding in the dry down as well that makes
this work in both cold and warm weather -
could be the fruity raspberry and woody
birch playing together? It’s very reminiscent
of the fruity clean notes of Xerjoff More than
Words. Either way the best way I can
describe this is by spraying an ultra sweet
floral perfume on an old leather jacket - just
stunning and balanced! Ladies please don’t
run from this because of the masculine
opening- be patient and this gives super
bossed up, sh*t together feminine energy. If
you’re a fan of Xerjoff More Than Words or
Oud Satin Mood I would categorize this a
safe blind buy for those patient enough for
the dry down.

Unisex but more masculine leaning. More
for mature women or sensual women
during a winter/fall event or formal. The
smell profile seems to smell very familiar
with another cologne but cannot remember!
The rose notes are tamed by the amber and
oud. Saffron leaves a zesty/snappy
impression.

I managed to snag a 95% full bottle for
$280 off Facebook, still expensive, but this
one really does deliver. If you love the
overly done and boring rose / oud combo,
this is the epitome. I ended up selling my
Tiziana Terenzi Nero Oudh as this smells
95% the same, only difference is the dry
down and quality of this is much much
better. Designer better than niche??, yes.
Here at least. I love when the leather comes
out to play and the rose takes a back seat.
The oud tries to show a bit of animatic
tendencies , but never really does it. Stays
oud the whole time though. This is softer
and better blended and shows certain
nuances from time to time. It does last a
very long time and people will smell you,
but I think people are being way over
dramatic with it. 2-3 sprays you will be
good, you’re not going to knock people
down etc. it performs like a $410 fragrance
with real oud should. Well done LV!

hadn't showered in months. Wear this in
China and you will definitely lose social
credit points. It does have one pro though -
I tried scrubbing this off my skin with soap
and it wouldn't come off. A couple minutes
of scrubbing later and it still was not
completely gone. Please do not buy this
because some TikTok fragrance influencer
told you so. This will grow some hair on
your chest - and keep the ladies about 6
feet away from you at all times.

Smells amazing, the oud/smokey scent
mixed with the berries and rose is
phenomenal. Very masculine. Longevity
and Silage is amazing, I could smell it on
me 2 showers later with 3 sprays. I
wouldn't recommend to buy it for the price
but it is amazing

Ermmmm. Dry bandaid oud with dry
saffralene and the tiniest bit of rose. Also
really not as potent as people make out.
Nothing special unless you wanna smell a
bit like heat rub.

Performance is absolutely insane
I was out buying a new phone on the 10th
of December 2023 and the LV store was
nearby so I tested this fragrance. I sprayed
twice on my hand, let it fully dry down, and
put my jacket back on. It was cold so I had
my hands in my pockets but my hands
were wrapped in my jacket sleeve, if
anyone also does that then you know what
I mean.
Long story short the fragrance rubbed off
onto the inside of my jacket sleeve.
Today is the 12th of March 2024 and I can
still smell it.

Probably the best scent i have ever
smelled, and i have owned about 100
fragrances.
I just wish it lasted a little bit longer, but
maybe it has to mature for a bit (newly
bought from LV). Its very strong in the
opening and for an hour or two, but then
dies down pretty drastically for me. I hope
its not a batch thing.

Not the hardest oud in the world, but also
not the easiest. Smells really classy, fit for
elegant and mature men or women. The
blend is smart and very high quality. I
compared it directly with Maison Crivelli
Oud Maracuja. They are both atomic, but
for me the winner is Oud maracuja, which is
fruitier and the oud is more mainstream and
likeable.

An absolute masterpiece by LV. Blended
like butter, no sharp edges.
It smells like royalty, it puts you in a trance.
The opening with the touch of the
raspberry, and the warmth of the saffron is
like a warm hug.
And it lasts for dayyys on paper. One spray
fills the room and the sileage is yet again
brilliant.
Definitely in my top 10.

I cant put in words how much I love this
fragrance. Initially from the notes and
reviews i thought this is over hyped so just
got a decant. In few days I received so
many compliments that I could not imagine
as I thought this would be difficult to pull
off. One of my friends has a less sense of
smell and even she noticed and praised the
fragrance even though I was sitting like 10
feet away. This is a room filler fragrance
and in an absolute heavenly way. You will
not go unnoticed. I had to buy the full retail
bottle of this one and it is quickly turning
out to be my all time favs.
Try it with at least 10 ml decant and wear it
in all conditions to see how it evolves with
your body. I can assure this fragrance will
win your heart. It has definitely won mine.

Ombre Nomade conjures an aura of
mystery and sophistication, transporting
me to a place where tradition meets
modern luxury. The interplay of smoky
incense and warm oud, balanced with the
unexpected sweetness of raspberry,
evokes a sense of adventurous elegance.
It's like walking through a bustling market
at dusk, where every scent tells a story of
faraway lands and exotic spices. This
fragrance feels like a secret escape, a
personal retreat into a world of deep,
comforting warmth and refined taste. It's
not just a scent; it's an experience that
lingers, making me feel more poised and
worldly with every wear.

The term “masterpiece” gets thrown around
a lot in the fragrance community, but this
fragrance truly warrants this term.
I can’t stop sniffing the atomiser when I’m
not wearing this fragrance. Sure the
opening does remind me of a barnyard but
the drydown is spectacular.
As GAD07 points out, a 50ml bottle would
be perfect due to the limited wearability,
but I can’t see LV changing this anytime
soon.

fragrance has really grown on me. It’s not
that unique but it’s just high quality and
everyone around you can sense that as
well. Every time I’ve worn it people around
me did comment on it and asked me what I

and lasts all day.
The problem now is just the price, you
paying extra just because of the brands
name. Really good stuff though.

Bit too leathery for my taste compared to
other rose/oud fragrances. For that reason
it does lean a bit more masculine than the
typical rose/oud scents. Despite being
pretty leather and somewhat smokey
dominant, its very smoothly done and
doesn't burn your nostrils (unlike YSL
Babycat, yuck). Overall, a lovely fragrance
with great performance just slightly outside
of my taste.
Price is absurdly wild though lmao

First off I’ll start by saying that the quality of
this fragrance is unbelievable for a designer
house. This is definitely not your average
designer fragrance. The leathery raspberry
opening is unique, masculine, and
absolutely sexy! I didn’t think this was
worth a full bottle until that strong perfect
oud started to shine through going into the
base of this fragrance. But oh my God it’s
exactly what I’ve been looking for! The Oud
in this is perfectly comparable to Xerjoff

favourite Oud fragrance that was sadly
discontinued. I will definitely be adding this
to my collection once my decant runs out.

This is stunning, a masterpiece of modern
perfumery, I’ve been reviewing perfumes for
many years and there are only a FEW that
make it through to another level in artistry
and quality of ingredients. This is one! It’s
been compared to Tom Ford’s many Oud
inspired perfumes and also Dior Oud
Ispahan, believe me this is head &
shoulders above every single one of them. I
have tried oud’s from the Middle East and
there are some good ones but this is better!
It’s the balance, the smoothness and the
sheer quality of ingredients that shine
through. I don’t wear this every day and it’s
better in either very hot or very cold
weather, not a springtime perfume but the
raspberry, benzoin, oud combination is
beautiful. It lasts over a day, the sillage is
enormous and the drydown is exquisite and
for me the drydown has to perform and be
more beautiful than the first impression.

The comparisons to Noir de Noir cannot be
understated, but it's more complex than
that. Imagine if Tom Ford didn't make Noir
de Noir. You know, with his usual unsubtle,
sledgehammer on the senses approach.
That's this. It's a smoother, quieter, more
palatable Noir de Noir. That said, it is the
same DNA for sure. If you really wanted to
like Noir de Noir but found it too brash,
then this might be for you. Speaking of Tom
Ford, once it dries down I get a bit of the
cookie accord (kulfi?) found in Noir
Extreme. All in all, I think much better than
Noir de Noir but it still packs a very rich
punch. This is not a safe blind buy.

I wanted to love it but this is confusing lol.
This was my first approach to an oud
fragrance and this is definitely a unique
experience. It smells strong, dirty, gasoline
style leather, unapologetic and with a hint
of sweetness deep inside of it.
I understand why people call this a
masterpiece since it truly is something
special, I don’t know if it’s something I’d
wear often since it definitely seems
polarizing and even for me it was a little too
strong and dirty, it does smell like money
and like a confident strong man, if that is
the vibe you’re going for you might want to
check this.
It’s extremely strong and lasts forever,
probably one of the few Louis Vuitton
fragrance that’s completely worth the price
since the quality is definitely there and it’s
going to last you a truly long time.

I first smelled this on someone at the gym
from literally 20 foot away, they left this
intoxicating scent trail everywhere they
walked. I had to find out who it was and
luckily for me they walked near me which
confirmed it, so I plucked up the courage to
interrupt their workout to find out the name
of it. I'm glad I did! This smells magical in
the air. Up close its much much heavier and
smokier than the sillage it leaves behind. At
first when I tried the fragrance in store I
wasn't convinced it was even the same
fragrance. Then I got whiffs of it in the air
and I realised that some fragrances smell
completely different in the air than close up.
This has quickly become my favourite

The ratio of comments claiming "there's an
abundance of better Middle Eastern ouds
for fraction of a price" and comments
actually managing to recommend even a
single "better oud for fraction of a price" is
very telling.
Can you find Middle Eastern ouds for a
fraction of the price? Absolutely. Do they
serve the same function as ON? Many of
them probably do. Are they better than ON
in terms of the scent alone? Well, it's a
subjective question, but what it's worth,
I've sampled a good 60 to 80 Middle
Eastern ouds (and other Western ones, too)
and in my books, very few comes even
close to ON - even from the pricier ones.
So while you may be happy with some
cheaper Middle Eastern oud (which is of
course nice), the claim that there would be
a plethora of better ones for a dirt cheap
price is totally unwarranted.
share
Moonami 01/06/24 01:10
This is a solid unisex beast mode
oud/incense perfume. However I am middle
eastern from the Gulf so this scent profile is
quite abundant in local brands with a
fraction of the price and great quality.
So is it justifiable for someone like me to go
and throw lots of $$$$$$$$ in something
too common in our market that I can get for
$ with even better quality? I think the
answer is clear.
I got a sample to test out and I'll keep it at
that. If I used it again, then I'll layer it with
some powdery perfumes to tone it down a
bit as it is a bit too loud for me and it is for
nighttime use.
One spray would be more than enough
unless you wanted your perfume to arrive
20 minutes before you then go ahead and
overspray!

One of the few fragrances I have where I

This perfume really is something else, super

The scent is unique and middle eastern
like, but anyone can pull it off well.
Acqua di Parma oud n spicy smells similar,
but nowhere near as strong and long
lasting as this, I nearly got the cheaper

didn't perform as good so I ended up

Price aside this is a fantastic Christmas
fragrance. Wore it for Christmas Eve dinner
and everyone enjoyed it. Fits the occasion
perfectly. I think it's a fantastic evening
scent that's hard to dislike unlike some
others like Alexandria 2 which can attract
negative attention. Very smokey and dark,
nice leather and woods. Id almost describe
it as the perfect Church scent with the
insence and amber notes. When I saw my
family again a few days later I received
compliments they could still smell me days
later. I received this as a sample gift and
really enjoyed wearing it for the season.
Even though the weather is a little warmer

This isn't a skanky oud, I have many and
this ain't that. Nor do I really get raspberry-
my whole reason for buying this. There's a
generic, designer smell. Almost plastic.
That's what it is, plastic.
Better ouds out there for less money. Better

Better rose ouds for less money. Better

I have a very hard time putting my finger on
what this scent is like. Someone below, one
of the only few negative reviews in fact said
that it smells like barnyard / fertilizer. Kinda.
I get that strong damp musky smell you'd
get from one of those pet shops where they
sell a lot of different exotic animals like
lizards, geckos, snakes, spiders etc. I'm
surprised musk isn't listed as one of the
main notes or accords above. It's got the
longevity I wish all my favourite fragrances
had. I sprayed this on my wrist last week
and just put the shirt on that I was wearing
that day and the sleeve is still absolutely
reeking.
I could enjoy this fragrance on very rare
occasions where I want to smell expensive
and I want everyone around me to know I
smell expensive. Like for a big fund raiser.
Spray it on my neck and jacket and not
worry about it dying down for the next 48h.
However there is something to be said for a
fragrance going away eventually. Especially
when it's not fresh and uplifting. If I could
get a fresh spicy citrus fragrance to last like
ON I'd be on it like a car bonnet.
It's a tad expensive. But for the
performance you will take ages getting
through a bottle. Also Louis Vuitton do a
refill scheme where if you bring in the bottle
there's a heavy discount on refills. If you
decided this was your signature scent or
you were going to keep a bottle of it forever
you'd get good value out of it long term.
Cost is high to try, cheap to keep.

Ombre Nomade by Louis Vuitton
()
Let’s say this, if you prefers the most
wearable Skanky oud fragrance with strong
performance.
Looks no further.
Ombre Nomade using typical oud-rose
fragrance combo profile (Fruity - Floral -
Amber Oud)
to ensure that this will be work
Oud - Leather that mild Animalic - Fruity
sweetness from Raspberry and Floral
sweetness from Rose - Spicy from Saffon
and Incense to add dose of smoky.
If you trace back this certain profile
Lancome L’autre Oud and YSL Majestic
Rose have done this ingredients mix before
just difference way.
ON very focusing in Leather-Amber accord
with Benyard Oud to add the rough and
strong edge while at dose of Raspberry and
Rose to the mix make it more interesting.
Tbh, the scent is not at all “fine” it more on
the rough side but the performance of it
obset the details it is ok for me.
If you love the profile - I would say it worth
the penny. But if not, just looking
somewhere else
This is the best Benyard oud fragrance can
offer, I think this is better than Oud Isaphan
(2017)
Oud in this, I believe it use certain amount
real oud but enhance by Aroma chemical.
There was certain aspect that reminiscent
the real oud I have sniff before..
Score 8/10
Projection : strong, room filler
Longevity : 9 hours+
Classification : Unisex
Summary : Best Benyard Oud-Rose

whiff after whiff of it as we were then
behind him in the queue for food, and in the
end I just had to ask him what it was: Louis
Vuitton Ombre Nomade.
I got a sample in yesterday, and wore it out
last night. It's just phenomenal. Getting
dressed up to go out and then putting this
masterpiece on really makes you feel
special. I'll be buying a bottle soon. Yeah
it's expensive, but I'll happily make my
collection even smaller as long as I've got
this in it.

If you consider every aspect of an oud
fragrance such as price, performance,
quality of ingredients, scent profile, mass
appeal etc then it is undoubtedly the king of
oud fragrances.

I'm sorry but I don't get the hype behind

overrated in my opinion.

The first time I smelt Ombre Nomade it took
me back to 2003 when I was 10 years old
at the Formula 1 in Albert Park. The
Gasoline like accord reminded me of the
fuel used in the V10 power units (Nostalgia
like words cannot describe).
Not as refined as Noir de Noir but still
absolutely amazing!
I recently purchased a 200ml in Singapore
as my local LV store in Australia only stocks
100ml bottles.
I believe I need to macerate my new bottle
as I only got 2 hours of performance with
10 sprays… strange :s
I will re-comment regarding the
performance in a few months time to see if
anything changes.

One of the best rose oud fragrances out
there that projects and performs like a
beast but it has an extremely high price tag.
The scent is an 8/10 and this is a fragrance
that I would recommend checking out.

There have been many rose/oud based
creations in recent times.
A combination that I often don't like, but
there are few ones that attract me.
The difference is perhaps in the balance, in
the dosage of the ingredients, I don't know,
but Ombre Nomade is one of those
combinations that I really like and would
happily wear.
It is initially rough, realistic, and then
softened by the rose, which takes on a very
important function within the fragrance, but
remains subdued, and I really appreciate it.
A wonderful Oud, a journey into the most
authentic desert, admiring all its beauties.

Rarely does a fragrance to me ever live up
to the hype, but Ombré Nomade surely
does. No joke, everyone who is even
remotely interested in fragrances should go
sample this at the very least, otherwise, you
are truly missing out.
ON is mainly focused on oud, rose,
raspberry and incense. This combination
makes it very unique, yet familiar but not in
a way that would deem it redundant. To me,
I get similarities ranging between 3
fragrances: Gucci Guilty Absolute, Roja
Dove’s Amber Aoud, and Fragrance du
Bois’ Sahraa.
GGA’s gasoline leather accord can be
found in this fragrance, along with the AA’s
jammy rose accord and Sahraa’s smooth
oud and rose combo. Regardless, you can
own all of these and they will fit in your
collection well, but if have smelled ON and
the three mentioned, you will see the
similarities.
The fragrance is extremely complex in that
what you smell one day may not be the
same the next day. You may get more
raspberry than rose, or vice versa, or it may
be smokier than before. This fragrance is
NOT boring, which is a plus as every
version smells great.
In my opinion, this can easily be worn as a
signature scent, year round, day and night.
The fragrance will likely alter heavily
depending on factors which allows it to be
a chameleon and work in any setting. I feel
it is unisex, but others may deem it more
masculine.
While the fragrance is expensive, it honestly
compares to fragrances that are 2-3x its
retail price. This smells easily like a 4-digit
fragrance.
Cavallier shows just why LV took him as the
only perfumer, he’s one of the greats. Don’t
sleep on this.
Overall: Buy it!

I love this, sexy opulent rose oud, the
sillage is especially intoxicating and it lasts
all day on my skin. For me the dry down is
where it’s at, the warm slightly sweet
spiced Oud with a little bit of a leathery
barnyard character adds the right amount
of daring to this scent, so while it is
definitely divisive I wouldn’t consider it
outright offensive. At this price point you
had better love it because it probably won’t
be everyone’s favorite, so if you’re thinking
about getting this expecting to be swarmed
with positive attention then I would look
elsewhere. Bit too pricey but the
performance for me made it worth it. An
incredibly well blended rose Oud that has
the potential to be a stand out scent in your
collection. 10/10.

Surprisingly smoky and harsh in the
opening for a Western designer fragrance.
It takes quite a while before any subtler
accords can break through the wall of
bakhoor. Remains strongly woody and
intensely bitter throughout, but the dry
down offers attractive balancing rosy, spicy,
and cedar-y aspects. I would probably
never wear ON alone, but I appreciate its
grounding power for layering. Despite the
niche list price, I don't perceive any
recognisable genuine Oud. I've tried a few
dupes but I find that the extremely
inexpensive CPO from Herborganicoils (not
sponsored) suits best for controlled
layering. This fragrance is the equivalent of
scalding hot black coffee - most people
don't want such an extreme experience,
but those that love it can't get enough.
Definitely one to sample before purchasing.

Oh dear, Jacques Cavallier sure outdid
himself in this leathery oud stonker. Just
one spray and its just too much for me to
take. He's done some spectacular work
with Opium Pour Homme, Noir de Noir, Eau

oppressive.
Saffron, raspberry-leather a la Tuscan
Leather, rose, and synth-oud cranked up to

Beautiful fragrance BUT this is nothing
ground breaking. Honestly When I had a
sniff of this at the LV store I had this
overwhelming feeling that I smelt this
before and I was correct. I went through my
collection and this fragrance resembles
MFK Oud Satin Mood very much. I could
go as far and say this feels like a good
dupe for OSM. The other dupe for LV ON is
Armani Privé Oud Royal. This is just a tad
dryer than both ON and OSM. The dry
down is again is almost identical.
Ombre Nomade is well blended as
expected but I honestly cannot justify the
price knowing how much the alternatives
cost. Especially when Ombre Nomade
doesn't bring anything new to the table.
Its still a beautiful fragrance nevertheless
and would make a great addition if
someone doest own MFK Oud Satin Mood
or Armani Privé Oud Royal.

High quality Oud scent which performs like
a BEAST. Very strong oudy scent, which will
for sure make you noticed by people. To me
however, it is not very special and no way
this should be costing 360 euros for 100 ml.
Many better options out there for that price
tag (did I hear someone say Oud for
Greatness or even better price wise: Afnan
Supremacy in Oud?). Sure, those two are
different perfumes with a different take on
oud (more French type of Oud scent, softer
and less animalic), but still. Not worth it.
Scent? 8.5/10. Performance: 9/10. Price:
4/10. Overall a 7/10.

Tuscan & Ombre Leather with some sweet
oudy rose and saffron. Smells very good
although quite sharp/screechy up close
which for £320 it's not really what I want.
Mainly just paying for the brand here,

Edit: I was hasty and judgemental in my

One good spray and you think oh that's
really quite nice, but it's already too late.
Soon you realize you now live in Ombre
Nomade's world and you're never leaving.
This is a gorgeous, leathery oud + incense
blend with floral touches, a splash of
gasoline, a sprinkle of saffron.... But it's
also an olfactory overload that will latch on
like a parasite and abuse your senses
thoroughly. I literally can't take more than a
few minutes being anywhere near this.
Or, Black Saffron x 100.
Or, yeah you'll be a nomad because

Edit: I find this really shines in the late dry
down 2.5 weeks later. I wish I was kidding.

I ordered a large decant (10ml) thinking: it’s
a beast mode so, if I like it, two sprays will
be good enough per wear and I am set for
a long time, if not, I will sell it.
It’s not a bad fragrance, it’s just very very
very invasive. I ended up with a headache.
I bet OM dry down is wonderful but, I
cannot wait longer for it.
I don’t want to take away how great the
fragrance might be for the big majority on
here.
This is more of a condition than an actual
scent.
If someone is interested and give it a try, we
can come up with a swap. Let me know.
You can try to wash this off and is still
there.
Use baby oil (or olive oil) apply a nice coat
and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
It worked.

Total beast mode in terms of longevity and
sillage, a few sprays in the morning and
when I get to the office, all my colleagues
compliment me on how good I smell right
from the moment I enter the office door.
The rose and geranium combines so
perfectly with the oud, while the fresh
sweetness of raspberry is present from the
first spray right to the dry down, and saffron
and resins add a hint of spiciness.
Perfumery perfection. I am obsessed with
this.

Kudos to JC, he has created an absolute
masterpiece, make no mistake about it, I
don’t have any words that could explain
how well this fragrance is put together.
It starts off bold and masculine and
mellows down to an absolute beauty. There
is a warmth that sets during dry down that
just keeps me smelling my wrist.
I know some people say there is a rose
facet to this but I don’t really get it. I get the
leathery/gasoline whiffs here and there. But
after an hour or so, it’s just that smooth
Oud and ever so slight hint of raspberry
that just makes me realise I am wearing a
work of art.
Performance, I am yet to even attempt
spraying this on my clothing as I can only
imagine it will clutch to the fibres like a
magnet and my entire wardrobe will be
smelling of it. For now, neck/chest and
wrists will do. Half a spray in each area is
enough for the day, easily. Only other that
compares is the equally impressive
Sauvage Elixir.
The fact that you can personalise your
bottle and also refill when the juice runs out
is a plus. Makes you think why others don’t
do this too!
To sum up, yes it is expensive but my word
does it deliver, in every aspect. Used
sparingly and in the correct environment it
will last a very long time, and keep you
smiling all the way through!

Its a hell yes and hell no all at the same
time. Appreciate it, would not buy it. Its too
aggressive for my taste, the gasoline note
lingers in the deep dry down which bothers
me. Reminds me of Fahrenheit with how
bold it is. Absolutely not a safe blind buy.
Not only sample it, but take your time with
it. May draw you at first but hard to pull off
after all.

Let me start off by saying that I do not like
leather in my perfumes unless its way in the
background, but this one oooooh my!!!
the beauty of this one I just can't describe,
yes it has the leather, the oud, the gasoline
smell but the way its blended with the other
accords just make it so devine.
Some scents no matter how amazing they
are, we simply don't magnetize towards
them, like personally I can't stand Dior
homme intense but many people regard it
as a master piece, and I think its the same
with this one, some people will be repulsed
by it but for me I will even wear it in the
Summer if I can, it has a very heavy middle
eastern vibe to it which I love, its not a blind
buy safe by any means but for me its a
10/10. Also the missus hates leather but
does enjoy this one on me too, I get many

After years of fooling around ombre
nomade I finally pulled the trigger and
bought it, and it's fantastic! I hesitated to
try this fragrance since I don't feel like
spending this much on a scent that I know
will be copied to death in the upcoming
years. but you can't blame LV for making a
hit.
It's familiar to anyone living in the middle
east since it has that Arabic perfume DNA
that's instantly recognizable. yet so many
people living in Other parts of the globe find
it so unique and new. This is LV's tribute to
the middle eastern school of perfumery and
what a masterpiece!
The top oud note is so dominant in the
beginning but as it drys down, you get a
much more smooth note of smokey incense
and saffron which is so comforting and
sophisticated. I typically don't like to wear
oud-heavy fragrances, like oud wood or
oud noir, etc but this is blended so perfectly
that I fell in love instantly. The longevity and
sillage are phenomenal, to say the least.
Classic!

Full nuclear fragrance. Got a full bottle last
week and wore it yesterday when I was out
for dinner. Unfortunately once I wear it I
grow anosmic to it after about an hour or
two. BUT, when I woke up today 12 hours
after wearing it, all I could smell was Ombre
Nomade. So yes, it has monstrous
performance and sillage. Only specific bold
personalities can wear this. If you are a
discreet person this will wear you, you
won'y wear the fragrance. There is no rose
in this, nor is it listed in Louis Vuitton's site.
It is a very smokey wood that at some point
is smoothed out by a nice raspberry note
and softened with benzoin. Monstrous
performance (12h+++, immense sillage and
will project more than any other person
when you're out), can be layered with a
pure rose scent (Jo Malone Red Roses) if
you want a floral lift. 9/10 scent.

Of course this is just a masterpiece and a
beautiful fragrance.
I just want to add a certain observation
smelling this as someone from "not"
wearing it but experiencing it from
someone else. I sprayed my brother and
didn't see him for a couple hours. Once I
did come across him again, first thing I
noticed was how strong this was still
projecting. I mean, almost room filling even
that long after applying. But, the thing that
caught my attention was when I caught
whiff of the aroma, a red wine accord was
the first thing I instantly thought of. I never
thought of this resembling red wine, but it
kinda does. I know I get wine accords from
other fragrances, mainly Magnetism for
Men by Escada.
Just a peculiar observation from
experiencing this fragrance from a different
perspective.

Without a doubt one of my favorite

Smooth, luxurious scent that stays on my

Sex, petroleum, and roses. These are the
first three words that come to mind with LV
Ombre Nomade. It's one of my favorite
scents and full bottle worthy. I keep my
collection small and this will be one I keep
for the long run. It's Very Bold and takes
the right character to wear. The juice is
amazing and I cannot get enough. I enjoy
putting on 6+ sprays. For me on my skin it
last 8+ hours which is amazing because
most scents last less then 3 hours. This is
my favorite out of the LV lineup. If you want
to know if it's compliant getter, yes. Just
know some people may not enjoy it too. It's
very strong for the untrained noise. I wear
what I like bold, unique, and sexy. This is a
winner in my books.

If only they’d used a different oud note or
accord. Whatever they used here has a
leathery vibe, and its not great. It also
suffocates the nuance, so I can say this
isn’t the best blend.
The Atypical leathery oud opening noted…
This also reminds me of a Doctor’s office;
sterile vibes. Rich and mature. You don’t
smell great but I’m gonna give you a
chance. You smell bad in a good way. Or
good in a bad way. You went to the most
popular brand name store and spent too
much money on perfume.
Boils down into a dank Middle Eastern
cheapie done right. A Middle Eastern
expensive-ee.
Smells better on paper than on skin. Dry
wood with a touch of raspberry. The
raspberry seems out of place. There’s an
active harmony but it’s just not a great
scent profile, in theory or in fact.
This one is particular and well-dressed.
Challenging. Refined and mature. Good,
but not great.

Stinky, nauseating, in your face and
borderline offensive. And this is exactly how
I like it. ON is a bold dark scent which
definitely makes a statement wherever you
go. Absolutely no sweetness here, despite
the raspberry note. I find it a bit fecal in the
opening (typical oud), but that disappears
pretty quickly as the scent dries down and
morphs into this smooth and warm magical
creation with massive projection and
excellent longevity. Smoky, almost leathery.
If you were to compare this to red wine, it
could only be full body.
For me this is one of the fragrances where I
tend to go noseblind fairly quickly,
occasionally thinking I got a dud. If you
have a similar impression, don't be fooled
because I can almost guarantee everyone
else will smell it even if you had left the
room more than 5 minutes ago. I personally
don't care about wearing it in the office, but
I did find it a bit too much in a car. Do not
overspray. With the price tag, you don't
want to anyway. For me the extortionate
price is the only downside. I recently
bought a bottle while traveling and ended
up paying over 400€ after conversion. If this
is too much for you, look into some
clones/dupes. Many Middle Eastern
perfumers offer very similar alternatives, as
the oud/rose combo ain't exactly anything
new. Also truth be told, a lot of them lack
the same magical spark that ON has.
As much as I hate repeatedly overpaying
for this, I admit I'm in love. If I could only
choose one fragrance to own for the rest of
my life (don't make me please) it would be
ON.

castoreum. this for me is mostly wood /
rose/ raspberry / castoreum. it reminds me
of a mix of tf noir de noir w chanel antaeus

I think that although this deserves the hype,
most people are going to hate it. Especially
after maceration. It's a very strong, dark
and polarising scent that's dominant on
Rose, Oud, incense and saffron. It is slightly
sweet and balsamic from the raspberry and
benzoin but you have to really try to pick
that up. My bottle has gotten much darker
scent wise overtime too. Don't buy this
based on tiktok recommendations saying
it's a compliment magnet. This is far from
that and way too expensive to blind buy.
Try it first as this is no crowd pleaser

I can see why Ombre Nomade is Louis
Vuitton’s most famed fragrance - it ticks all
the boxes. It’s a very classy and expensive
smelling rose-oud, made to be mass
appealing whilst still remaining complex
enough to captivate people.
On my skin this scent comes off very strong
with the rose, which is more prominent than
anything else. The rose does smell a bit
synthetic, however that’s not an especially
bad thing, it kind of works with the rest of
the notes. A smoky oud sits in the
background adding depth and darkness
while a touch of raspberry adds an
addictive sweetness.
This scent is enjoyable to wear and
definitely lives up to the beast-mode
claims, it’s one of those scents you can
smell from a couple feet away just by taking
the cap off. While I do love this scent, I can
easily imagine that if I wore this regularly it
would become very tiring and obnoxious,
this is for those occasions where you’re
really craving that powerful blast of oud and
rose.

Think of this as a high quality, smooth
designer version of those typical middle-
eastern oud/rose combos that are really
popular these days. There are a bunch of
Armaf and Lattafa offerings, for example,
that have this type of scent, but not as
beautiful as this one. This also reminds me
of Gucci Guilty Oud (and Guilty Absolute,
but Ombre Nomade is more refined and
sweeter). The performance is excellent. I'm
picking up all the notes as this beauty
transitions from open to dry down.
Jacques Cavallier gave us the whole
Bvlgari Aqua line, Tygar, and Issey Miyake
Leau D'Issey. Ombre Nomade doesn't
come close to those profiles, which shows
his versatility.
Generally speaking, this is not a date-night
fragrance. This isn't safe for the office. This
is not Creed Aventus. This is an acquired
taste and is not for novice or new fragrance
fans. Ombre Nomade is for the person who
knows that they like heavy woody, unique,
high-quality fragrances. If you aren't sure,
I'd recommend getting a decant and trying
it out first.

My god this fragrance is just searingly
beautiful. How the hell is it that no one ever
talks about this one. This and Afternoon
Swim are the best of the house honestly.
Anyway if you like Tom Ford Tuscan Leather
or Noir de Noir then this one is right up your
alley. The only other fragrances I know that
are also like it are a couple of very
expensive but not very well known
fragrances. Zegna Indonesian Oud and
Penhaligon's The Uncompromising Sohan.
Perfect for the cold season. Only downside
with this beauty is the price. Performance is
well above average and you will have no
problem in that area. Almost like the 80's
powerhouses of yesterday. I HIGHLY
RECOMMEND!!!

Gorgeous
In a warm autumn, you walked into a forrest
with glimpse of sunshine falling through the
leafs. After a long walk, you found a
fountain covered by wild garden of berries
then you leaned back to a tree to close
your eyes and took a deep breath of the
surrounding air.
An exceptional masterpiece

A very intense and opulent fragrant.
However the oud is obliterated by rose and
one ends up smelling like a charming albeit
loud and odiferous Grande Dame. I would
not consider this perfume unisex by any
stretch of the imagination.

All I can say is BUYER BEWARE. This is a
STRONG cologne, and it leaves a lasting
smell on your body. 3 of 3 women that
smelled this in my office gave it thumbs
down. Way to smokey and deep. Do not
buy.

This cologne is strong snd should be
sprayed with caution. With that being said it
is an oud but an oud like nothing you
smelled before. It has a sweet dark
smokiness to it that is unique to Ombré
Nomad. This is not a blind buy so make
sure you try it before buying it. I give it a
7/10.

smells exactly like the 2$ perfume oils you’ll

think the amber vanilla will blend nicely with

western house. I can’t believe people thinks

this is very common dna. It is done millions

Blind bought it for my husband as it’s such
a classic, but I’m starting to realize I just
don’t like oud. This scent makes me
nauseous unfortunately. It’s very heavy,
intense. If you like oud and dark fragrances,
you’ll love this. I can see this working on a
beast of a man. He hasn’t been in the
shower for three days, he’s been chopping
wood and his horse drags it to his wood
cabin. He doesn’t say much. He eats his
steaks raw.

Insane fragrance. I hunted a guy down at
the bar last night just to ask what he was
wearing and to compliment him. He said it
was this mixed with les sables roses.
Unreal. Projection was crazy- I had no
problem just following the scent trail which
led me right to him. When I tell you guys
that this guy was in no way attractive IMO
but this scent literally had me inching closer
and closer to him just so I could smell more
of it, believe me. This is the second guy in a
month I’ve complimented and they both
were wearing LV frags! Idk why more
people don’t wear these but I’m glad some
people are catching on. 11/10

Dark, mysterious and beautiful fragrance.
Classical combo oud - rose with a kind of
chocolatey smell nuance ( don't mind the
brown colored bottle that hints at that )
that is made in the most sophisticated
way!..It is strong, heavy and potent. One of
the strongest fragrances i' ve ever worn. It
has nuclear projection and leaves a
massive sillage in the early stage of its
lifespan. Whenever i wore ON there are
always reactions by people in the vicinity! -
rarely not all positive comments and they
are shortly after the initial blast the very first
minutes , so it can be polarizing and
offensive in office for some for sure, but in
general compliment getter even by
strangers. This is a perfume i'm very proud
of owning since 2020 and makes me feel
confident and relaxed. It has my true love
and admiration to its creator, my favorite
perfumer Jacques Cavallier.

A masculine take on the oud/rose
combinations we’ve smelled a million times
before. Gives the impression of leather,
powerful performance but not for me. Not
enough originality to warrant the price point
in my opinion.

I wouldn't say that anyone could wear this
beauty. It's for a big masculine man who is
very well-built and manly in my opinion.
It might be a little complicated to say what
season this fragrance should be worn in.
Basically, it can be worn at any time. In the
summer, I would definitely recommend
wearing it at night, as you'll ruin people's
noses if you do wear it in the summer
during the day.
I have a 200ml bottle and have been very
satisfied. It is lasting throughout the whole
day, so be aware that this is a very powerful
perfume! Its powerfulness is very different
from many perfumes!

Fucking amazing to put it simply. Have it on
my wrist currently and it is so dominant out
of anything. I will say most LV fragrances
are pretty redundant and smell somewhat
synthetic but this one is on point and
stands out.
I will say it’s very expensive and may not be
worth it

This is a great perfume because it's
challenging, and in a good way. You're
taken to another place, ON stimulates the
imagination, performance so strong you'll
gas out any aliens a galaxy away. However,
based on the reality that this is for the most
special occasions only and I'm not Tom
Hardy in a tux my 5ml decant will likely last
this lifetime and my next two
reincarnations....

Ombre Nomade is a smokey incense oud
fragrance with a strong juicy rose/raspberry
tone that dominates in the opening.
Definitely not an every day or as a
signature, it is just too big a fragrance, but
for special occasions this is a wonderful.
The interplay of just a few rich elements
(raspberry, oud, incense, benzoin tears)
used boldly and in harmony creates a
unique and warm smokey oud. If you place
benzoin resin tears on a hot charcoal you
get this smokey sweet incense cloud that is
reproduced so well in Ombre Nomade.
Honestly smels identical to BOND NO9

Kind of a let down. I expected something
more unique given the price, as I've
smelled many fragrances extremely similar

higher quality, but I don't smell the
difference that much. It's a nice scent, but
not original.

This perfume is sex on legs, doesn’t matter
whether you’re male female or anything in
between, it’ll blow you out of the water of
limp, cashmeran woods, peony tinted pears
and pink pepper! This is a rich deep exotic
Oudh with a few fruity, floral nuances that
only enhance. It’s expensive yes, but you
need tiny puffs of it and it lasts a lifetime
into eternity. It’s strong like a woman
fighting for her life/rights and soft like a
newborn baby. It’s NEVER boring and will
attract the wrong type of compliment every
single time. You’ll feel rich and powerful,
invincible and fabulous
