Ans: The app I would like to describe is called Duolingo. It is a
language-learning app that I discovered when my friend told
me that she wanted to learn Korean. So I was scrolling through
the Playstore, and my eyes landed on this application. The
vibrant logo and high ratings by various users caught my
attention, and I also decided to give it a try.
I primarily used Duolingo to learn Spanish. The app offers a
wide variety of languages to choose from but I was
particularly interested in Spanish due to its popularity and
beautiful phonetics. The app provides a well-structured
course that is divided into modules based on difficulty levels
and topics. These modules include interactive lessons that
consist of Listening exercises, translation tasks, and speaking
practice. Another thing that makes Duolingo stand out is its
gamified approach to learning. It uses game-like rewards such
as earning experience points after completing each lesson,
and getting additional bonus points by maintaining daily
streaks.
In addition to this, it offers flexibility as students can learn
according to their pace and convenience. The lessons are
short, crisp, and concise, making it easy for people to learn
while commuting or during a break. Apart from this, it
provides exposure to native pronunciation and common
phrases that are used in everyday conversations. Moreover,
the app provides instant feedback, which helps people
identify and correct mistakes accordingly. In conclusion,
Duolingo is an excellent app for language learners. It follows
an interactive yet engaging approach, making learning a new
language less daunting and more enjoyable.

contributes to the society
Ans: The person I would like to describe is Malala Yousafzai, a
global icon for female education. I got to know about her from
news reports talking about her brave stand against the
Taliban’s prohibiting girls’ education in her native Swat Valley,
Pakistan. Malala Yousafzai is a Pakistani activist who, even as
a young girl, stood up in favour of education for girls in a
region where such statements are met with harsh criticism
and opposition. Her advocacy did not go unnoticed as at the
tender age of 15, she survived an assassination attempt by
the Taliban.
What sets Malala apart is her contribution to society. Despite
the life-threatening challenges she has faced in her life till
now, Malala continued to support and became the youngest
recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize in recognition of her
efforts. She has started her organization, the Malala Fund,
where she works towards providing every girl of 12 years free,
safe, and quality education. In addition to this, Malala’s
influence extends beyond her works. She is a symbol of
strength, courage, and struggle for girl’s education. Her story
inspired millions around the world and brought attention to
the situation of girls in areas where the right to education is
denied or hindered.

Ans: The pet I would like to talk about is my dog, Bruno. He was
a golden retriever, a breed that is known for its friendly and
outgoing personality. He was friendly and had a tolerant
attitude. He had a dense golden coat and thus his care needed
a substantial commitment. Bruno was a very active, energetic,
and fun-loving dog. He required a lot of exercise to keep his
mind and body healthy. This included activities such as daily
walks, playtime, and general mental stimulation activities. He
also needed a balanced diet to ensure that he gained all of the
necessary nutrients for growth and development. Regular
grooming was essential for golden retrievers including
brushing, matting, and bathing them regularly.
The one thing that I liked the most about this pet was its
friendly and patient nature. Being a Golden retriever, he was
curious by nature and was known for his love of human
company. He was highly intelligent and hence easy to train
and socialize. However, Bruno’s energy level could sometimes
become very challenging to put up with, especially in smaller
accommodations.
Golden Retrievers are indeed highly popular as pets in my
country. They are also good rescue dogs. However, they need a
lot of care and attention, so they are best suited for active
individuals and families who have ample time and resources to
meet their needs. Overall, owning a pet like a Golden Retriever
could be a rewarding experience, but it also comes with a
significant amount of responsibility. I certainly had a great time
with my pet Bruno.

like to see in the future in your
country.
Ans: The law I advocate for in my country is the
"Comprehensive Animal Welfare Act." This legislation

Ans: The apartment I am going to talk about belongs to my
closest friend, Sneha. Situated in the bustling city of

only is it visually appealing but highly practical making
efficient use of every corner. However, one aspect that
could be improved upon is the lack of a workspace or
study room. In today's age of technology, it is essential to
have an environment, for work or study, within the
comfort of one's home. Unfortunately, the lack of such a
space in Sneha’s apartment is a minor disadvantage.
In conclusion, Sneha’s apartment is a splendid residence
that radiates warmth and sophistication. Despite its minor
shortcomings, it is a place where anyone would love to
live. It stands as a testament to her impeccable taste and
her ability to create a home that is both stylish and
comfortable.
