Greetings! I am Jaceah T. Diwayan, 16 years old and a resident of Barangay Balawag Tabuk City
Kalinga.
I would like to express my gratitude for giving me a chance to apply as one of your SPES grantee. I
am willing to apply for the Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) at Public Employment
Service Office. I am dedicated student eager to gain work experience and contribute to your team.
I am currently in Grade 11 at Kalinga National High School, studying Humanities and Social Science
(HUMSS). I am interested in gaining practical experience through SPES program. During my studies,
I’ve developed skills in communication, teamwork, problem -solving. I am excited to apply these
skills in professional setting and learn from the real world experiences.
I am also interested to apply through this program to gain more knowledge, experiences, and
knowing the backgrounds of your good offices and services.
