The Master's programs at both the Libyan Academy and the University of Tripoli included a pre-
paratory year in their curriculum to facilitate the transition between different specializations. Ad-
ditionally, the study period was interrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, at the
University of Tripoli, there was an involuntary halt in the program caused by the absence of the
supervising faculty member responsible for my Master's thesis. These circumstances presented
numerous challenges throughout my academic journey.
I specialized in Biological Sciences in high school and later pursued a degree in Medical Technology with a fo-
cus on Anesthesia and Intensive Care as a medical assistant at the University of Tripoli. Subsequently, I shifted
my specialization to Clinical Nutrition and Human Nutrition at the Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Home
Economics. Additionally, I specialized in Health Administration and Medical Facilities Management at the Liby-
an Academy. Professionally, I worked as a nutrition specialist, dealing with cases of diabetes, obesity, under-
weight, cancer patients, and kidney patients, among other conditions. I also worked in a unit caring for kidney
patients, operating hemodialysis machines, and served as a hemodialysis technician.

with a relative importance of (72%), A statistically significant positive correlation was concluded be-
tween human resources management policies and organizational loyalty with a Pearson coefficient of
(0.461), and a statistically significant positive correlation between the dimensions of human resource
management policies (attraction and appointment) and organizational loyalty with its three dimen-
sions (emotional , normative and continuous) with a Pearson coefficient ranging between (0.380-
0.445), with the exception of the appointment dimension and the normative organizational loyalty
dimension. It was found that there is no correlational relation between them, It was also found that
the dimension (selection) has no correlational relation with the dimensions of the organizational loyal-
ty (emotional and continuous), but there is a correlational relation between selection and normative
organizational loyalty with Pearson coefficient (0.295). It was concluded that there is no significant
relationship between organizational loyalty attributed to the variables of gender, age, years of experi-
ence and the year of employment, with the exception of the educational qualification variable, in
which the organizational loyalty was in favor of the high school diploma group with a high mean (4.4)
and relative importance (88%), and this can be explained due to hardly to bring up another job. It

My desire to study in Japan was driven by a strong interest and admiration for its
culture, language, and traditions. I aspire to immerse myself in a new and inspiring
cultural environment and take advantage of the academic and personal opportuni-
ties available there

I was drawn to Japan as a destination for graduate level education after noticing an
announcement posted at the Libyan Academy about a scholarship offered by the
Japanese Embassy. Upon learning about this generous opportunity, and considering
the lack of a doctoral degree program in nutrition in Libya, I was deeply grateful for
this initiative and decided to pursue my studies in Japan. It's truly commendable to
see such support for international education

Through my experience of studying in Japan, I believe I can contribute various

valuable insights and skills to both Japan and my home country. Firstly, I can
bring a deeper understanding of Japanese culture, language, and traditions to
my home country, fostering cultural exchange and understanding. Additionally,
I can contribute knowledge and expertise gained from Japan's advanced tech-
nologies and educational systems, potentially enhancing various sectors such
as healthcare, technology, and education in my home country. Overall, I see
my experience of studying in Japan as a means to contribute positively to both
countries' development and collaboration.

Nutritional and Medicinal Treatment for Type 1 Diabetes Patients Without Insulin

Research Plan

###Project Title: Nutritional and Medicinal Treatment for Type 1 Diabetes Patients Without Insulin

#### Background/Introduction:
The management of Type 1 diabetes traditionally requires a specific dietary regimen to control blood glucose levels without the need
for insulin. Historically, there were attempts to manage this through diets proposed by Frederick Allen and William Osler in the 19th
and early 20th centuries. However, these diets had significant drawbacks, such as excessive weight loss and wasting.

The modern dietary approach focuses on several key points, including:

- Reducing carbohydrate intake to prevent the liver from replenishing glycogen stores, while continuing the use of long-acting insulin
doses.
- Following a low-carbohydrate diet that includes moderate amounts of protein and fats.
- Using fats as the primary energy source instead of carbohydrates.
- Improving blood lipid content and preventing adverse symptoms of diabetes, such as wasting and ketoacidosis.

In general, the modern dietary approach is characterized by a balanced intake of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats, with meals distrib-
uted throughout the day to ensure good blood glucose control and overall patient health.

#### Objectives:
1. Evaluate the effectiveness of the specified dietary regimen in improving and controlling blood glucose levels in patients with Type
1 diabetes.
2. Study the impact of this dietary regimen on changes in patient weight and blood lipid indicators.

#### Methodology:
- **Clinical Experimental Design:** A clinical trial will be conducted on a sample of Type 1 diabetes patients. Participants will be
divided into an experimental group and a control group.
- **Application of Dietary and Medicinal Regimen:** The specified dietary and medicinal regimen will be applied to the experi-
mental group, while members of the control group will continue receiving traditional treatment.
- **Data Collection:** Data will be collected from participants before and after applying the dietary and medicinal regimen, such as
blood glucose levels and other health indicators related to diabetes, including weight, blood ketones, and blood lipid levels. This in-
cludes:
1. **Blood Glucose Levels:** Measuring blood glucose levels before and after applying the dietary and medicinal regimen to as-
sess its impact on blood sugar control.
2. **Glycated Hemoglobin (HbA1c):** Measuring HbA1c levels before and after applying the dietary and medicinal regimen in
each group to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment in achieving blood sugar control.
3. **Weight:** Measuring participants' weight before and after treatment to determine any changes resulting from the dietary and
medicinal regimen.
4. **Blood Ketones:** Measuring blood ketone levels to assess the effectiveness of the dietary and medicinal regimen in preventing
the formation or accumulation of ketones.
5. **Blood Lipid Levels:** Measuring blood lipid levels, such as cholesterol and triglycerides, to evaluate the impact of the dietary
and medicinal regimen on blood lipid levels and thus on cardiovascular health.
- **Data Analysis:** Data will be analyzed using statistical software like SPSS. Paired T-tests will be used to compare variables be-
fore and after the intervention in each group.
- **Effectiveness Evaluation:** The statistical analysis will evaluate the effectiveness of the dietary and medicinal regimen in im-
proving blood glucose levels and the overall health of patients.

Through this methodology, the impact of the specified dietary and medicinal regimen on Type 1 diabetes patients without relying on
insulin can be determined, and its effectiveness in improving their overall health can be analyzed.

#### Expected Results:

1. **Improved Blood Glucose Levels:** Developing a specialized diet for Type 1 diabetes patients is likely to improve overall blood
glucose levels. This may include reducing severe spikes and sudden drops in blood sugar.
2. **Improved Quality of Life:** Better control of blood glucose levels can lead to an improved quality of life for patients, including
increased energy and vitality, and reduced symptoms associated with high or low blood sugar levels.
3. **Reduced Complications:** Good blood glucose control can help reduce the risk of diabetes complications such as cardiovascu-
lar diseases, kidney diseases, and nerve damage.
