Dũng Overall, this location will change considerably in the future with most of the industrial
buildings being replaced by housing and gardens.
In the recent year, located adjacent to the chimney road at the north door is the entrance gate and
reception area. Going deeper inside through the courtyard area are two rows of offices and a
canteen, they are right next to Swallow street. On the east side next to the Pie walk, there is the
company.

Overall, There are significant changes between the two maps that transform an industrial site into
a residential area.
In the future development, there will be a new area including 6 bedroom houses and comunal
gardens which will replace the current entrance and reception and be located in the .

We can see from the maps that although currently the layout of the site is

In this day and age,the governments are prioritizing the education of young people.It is believed
that centering on the education of adults who cannot read or write plays an vital role for society and
the governance should make more funding for it

Let’s begin by looking at the reason why government should prioritize to evolve the education of
the young.This is because young people are during IN the age of development,who are able to
absorb new knowledge and acquire numerous skills MUCH MORE EASILY than
ADULTS.Compared with children,the adults can have difficulty in absorbing knowledge and have
little development in learning effectively.Moreover, young people are the next generation who will
help develop their country,they play a key role in the development of society. THE KNOWLEDGE
AND SKILLS THEY GAIN TODAY WILL BENEFIT THEM IN THE FUTURE AND THE
DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIETY, HENCE THE NEED TO FOCUS ON THEIR PRESENT
EDUCATION.

On the contrary, In addition to focusing on the education of young people HOWEVER, the
governments should also concentrate on educating adults who are not able to read or write.The first
reason is that neglecting the illiterate people can make them limited to manual work and not able to
find jobs in knowledge-based industries. If they were educated well,they can have more
opportunities to figure out their talent and be able to have better career prospects. In addition, elders
WHO cannot write or read who can suffer from being scammed in order to make profits
illegally.As a result, various individuals are immerse in debt.For instance, MANY people in Viet
Nam tend to be sold HAVE BEEN SOLD to other countries as slaves after unknowingly signing
deceiving labor contracts due to being illiterate.

To conclude, although adolescents hold a vital role in developing our society, adults schooling is
beneficial in terms of economic growth for nations and fostering well-beings for individuals

On the one hand, educating the younger generation brings many benefits. The young generation has
abundant source of energy that cannot be measured, they absorb new knowledge and acquire skills
very quickly . They try to study to fulfill their desires and ambitions to achieve what lies
ahead .Young individuals have the creativity and dreams of children, so they can think of more new

 things. More importantly, almost every country focuses on educating its youth because they will
shape the future of the earth. They invest in the country from now on with the hope that the country
will grow stronger and develop.

On the other hand, adult education brings various benefits, it help an individual to work for
themselves without depending on the government.

The young generation has abundant source of energy that cannot be measured, they absorb new
knowledge and acquire skills very quickly . They try to study to fulfill their desires and ambitions to
achieve what lies ahead .Young individuals have the creativity and dreams of children, so they can
think of more new things.

→ Young people have a natural ability to acquire new knowledge and skills, coupled with their
relaxed schedule and abundant energy. All of these features facilitate the education of the young,
compared with older individuals who either have responsibilities or find it hard to learn new
concepts. This explains why the education of young people is the main priority and receives much
more attention than that of adults.

There are several reasons why educating adults who are not able to read or write plays an
important role in society and (needs) deserves more investment. On the one hand, illiterate people
tend to be limited to manual work and( it is difficult for them to reach high levels of work as jobs in
knowledge-based industries)cannot find jobs/gainful employment in knowledge-based industries.
Moreover, most manual jobs do not offer chances of promotion or frequent increases in pay, which may
make it hard for illiterate individuals to find joy in work and lead a fulfilling life. In addition, because
of being unable to read or write, a lot of adults are easily deceived into signing illegal contracts so
they often lose their rights and money. For instance, In Vietnam, there are recently lots of illiterate
people who are interested in high-profit work are sold and moved to Cambodia or China and (they
are) forced to work as unpaid workers.

In conclusion, the fact that young people learn quickly and play a crucial role in every nation’s future
fuels prioritized investment in their education. Nevertheless, educating mature people who cannot
read or write is important as well as not only will it enhance their personal life but help foster a more
informed and resilient society.
