EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Torteezy is a small, innovative business dedicated to providing a delightful and diverse nacho
cheese experience. Our focus is on offering high-quality, customizable nachos with a unique twist
cheese, appealing to a wide range of customers. From classic combinations to gourmet options, Torteezy
aims to be the go-to destination for nacho enthusiasts seeking a fresh and flavourful dining experienced.
At Torteezy, our mission is to elevate the nacho experience by combining quality ingredients, creative
flair, and exceptional customer service. We strive to be a welcoming space where customers can indulge
in delicious nachos crafted with passion and care. Torteezy sets itself apart through a commitment to
innovation and customization. Our dedication to quality and a diverse menu ensures that every visit to
Torteezy is a unique and satisfying experience. Our primary target market includes students, working
professionals, and families seeking a quick, flavourful, and affordable dining option. With customizable
choices, we cater to individuals with varying taste preferences, including those with dietary restrictions,
ensuring a broad appeal. Torteezy will strategically position itself in a high-traffic area, such as a
university campus or office district in Area Pasir Gudang. A visible and easily accessible location will
contribute to increased foot traffic and customer engagement. The main revenue streams for Torteezy
will come from direct sales of nachos, catering services for events, and potential collaborations with
local events or festivals. Diversifying income sources will contribute to overall business stability and
growth. Torteezy is poised to become a sought-after destination for nacho enthusiasts by offering a fresh
and innovative take on a classic favourite. With a commitment to quality, customization, and customer
satisfaction, we are confident that Torteezy will carve its niche in the market, providing a profitable and

Project description

For this project, we have decided to sell Cheese nachos. This is because Cheese nachos are a
popular snack, especially among students who are looking for a delectable, affordable, and
convenient meal option. Our business activity is to sell cheese nachos in the Pasir Gudang area
of Malaysia, and our target market is students and outsiders in the area. We will make a
comprehensive plan to launch our business, determine the necessary resources to start it, and
create simple financial statements. Cheese nachos are a delicious snack made by topping a
serving of nachos with melted cheese and various other toppings such as salsa, sour cream,
guac, meat, or veggies. They are a popular snack option among students who are looking for
an affordable, convenient, and tasty meal. Our business activity is to sell cheese nachos as a
ready-to-eat item in the Pasir Gudang area of Malaysia, targeting both students and outsiders
in the area.

The reason why we chose to sell cheese nachos is that it is a flavorful snack that is easy to
prepare and serve, making it an excellent choice for busy students. Plus, it is a budget-friendly
meal option that can easily be shared or eaten alone, making it an ideal snack for anyone
looking for something quick and delicious. Additionally, it is a versatile snack that can be
topped with a variety of different ingredients, making it appealing to a wide range of palates.
Our target market is students and outsiders in the Pasir Gudang area of Malaysia. The area is
home to approximately 45,000 students, making it an ideal location to sell snacks and other
meal options to busy students. Additionally, outsiders in the area are also a part of our target
market, adding to the potential customer base. Our business activity is to sell cheese nachos in
the Pasir Gudang area to both students and outsiders, either through Cash on Delivery (COD)
or pick-up at a certain location.

Next ,we will promote our business through social media platforms such as Instagram,
Telegram, and WhatsApp, as well as through word-of-mouth among our friends and
classmates. The social media platforms will provide us with an easily accessible way to reach
a large number of students and outsiders in the Pasir Gudang area, allowing us to promote our
business and attract potential customers. Additionally, the word-of-mouth promotion will allow
us to reach our friends and classmates who may be interested in trying our product or spreading
the word about it to others. Additionaly, We plan to sell our cheese nachos around Pasir Gudang
to both students and outsiders, either through COD (Cash on Delivery) or pick-up at a certain
location. We charge RM1 for COD, making it an easy and convenient option for our customers.

Our cheese nachos menu offers several options to fit a variety of preferences. Our Nachos with
Cheese Dip option is priced at RM7 and includes a serving of nachos topped with melted
cheese. Our Nachos Only option is priced at RM5-RM6 and includes a serving of nachos . Our
Nachos with Cheese Dip [new container] option is priced at RM5 and includes a serving of
nachos topped with melted cheese and a new eco-friendly container. These options allow our
customers to choose the nachos that best fit their preferences and budgets. Overall, we plan to
promote our product on Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms,
allowing us to reach a large number of students and outsiders in the Pasir Gudang area. This
will provide us with an easy and accessible way to promote our business, attracting potential
customers.

In order to start our business in selling cheese nachos, we have obtained financial assistance
from each group member to start our business activity. Each member has contributed an equal
amount of money to buy the packaging, ingredients, and other necessary resourceseach group
member contributed a sum of money to purchase the packaging, ingredients, and other
necessary materials. The total cost of these items was RM90. Below is our simple financial
statement.

Note that the second week batch had a net loss of RM4.14 due to the high cost of goods sold.
However, this loss is covered by the modal from the first week's batch, resulting in a total profit
of RM35.71.

In conclusion, we plan to sell cheese nachos as a ready-to-eat and budget-friendly snack option,
targeting students and outsiders in the Pasir Gudang area of Malaysia. Our business activity is
to sell cheese nachos twice based on a batch, promoting our product on social media platforms,
and selling through COD and pick-up options. We plan to use the profits earned from the first
week's batch as modal for the second week's batch, resulting in a profit of RM35.71. We believe
that our business activity will be successful in providing our customers with a convenient and
delicious meal option, and we look forward to the launch of our business.

SWOT Analysis

Strength 1. Tasty and unique product: Students and people other than students
as well are beginning to love our nacho cheese. The reason why
delicious snack isn't usually seen in the area is created through the
combination of melted cheese with the toppings of the customer's
choosing.
2. A devoted customer: Due to their appreciation of the flavor of our
nacho cheese, our customers are devoted and come back often. This
is because our amiable and committed staff consistently delivers
high-quality products and provides effective service. High-profit
margin: Our profit margin is high due to our competitive pricing
strategy, which allows us to generate a high return on investment.
This is achieved by selling a high volume of nachos cheese at a
reasonable price, while also controlling the costs of the ingredients
and labor.
3. Effective marketing strategies: We have effective marketing
strategies in place that have helped to increase brand awareness and
attract customers. We use social media platforms such as Instagram
and WhatsApp to showcase our products and engage with our
customers, as well as participate in community events and
promotions to increase visibility.
Weakness 1. Limited product offerings: We currently only sell one product, which
lowers the possible profit margin and exposes us to competition from
suppliers who provide a wider range of products. Moreover, we face
the risk of growing unduly reliant on a single product, which would
significantly impact our profits if the market for that product
declined.
2. Lack of client feedback: It is difficult for us to develop our business
because we do not have a mechanism in place to collect and respond
to client feedback. It would be challenging to comprehend our
consumers' preferences, needs, and potential areas for improvement
if we were unable to obtain their feedback. Additionally, this means

that we may not be able to effectively respond to negative feedback,
which could impact our reputation.
3. Limited locations: We currently only sell our product in UITM Pasir
Gudang, which limits our potential growth. Expanding to new
locations would allow us to access a larger customer base and
increase our revenue potential. However, this may also mean
increased costs, as we would have to invest in new locations, as well
as the costs associated with expanding our operations.
Opportunity 1. Opening new locations: By opening new locations, we would be able
to reach a wider audience and boost our potential revenue.
Additionally, it would enable us to add more products to our menu,
appealing to a larger variety of patrons.
2. New product introduction: By adding new items to our menu, we can
attract a broader spectrum of clients and boost our potential earnings.
This might entail adding new ingredients or toppings to our nachos
cheese or growing our menu to include more dishes like salads and
sandwiches. Additionally, it would enable us to try out various flavor
combinations to produce goods that are distinctive and delectable.
3. Improved customer feedback system: Implementing a system to
gather and act on customer feedback would allow us to understand
our customers' preferences, needs, and areas in which we can
improve. This would allow us to improve our product offerings and
customer service, which would in turn increase customer satisfaction
and retention.
Threats 1. Decrease in demand: There is always a risk that demand for our
product may decrease due to changes in dietary preferences,
economic conditions, or changes in customer behavior. This could
impact our revenue and make it challenging to maintain profitability.
2. Increased competition: There is a risk of increased competition from
other businesses selling similar products in the same location. This
could affect our revenue potential and make it challenging to
maintain our market share.

3. Supply chain disruptions: There is a risk of supply chain disruptions,
which could impact our ability to obtain ingredients or other
materials necessary to produce our product. This could lead to
increased costs, decreased production, and ultimately, a decrease in
revenue.

operate and generate revenue. We may be forced to close our location
