FREE COMMERCIAL ZONE (FCZ) KLIA PRIVATE TEMPORARY VEHICLE ACCESS PERMIT
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. FCZ temporary access vehicle permit is issued for private vehicle temporary access into
KLIA FCZ and approved by the KLIA Free Zone Authority (FZA).
2. This permit is mandatory to be affixed to the vehicle windshield (at the below part on right
side).
3. This permit is non-transferable to others.
4. This permit is valid for the approval date given by FZA only. The approval of FCZ temporary
access vehicle permit application is subject to the compliance of FCZ requirement and FZA
jurisdiction.
5. Kindly park your vehicle within the agent or Cargo Terminal Operator (CTO) compound
designated parking area only.
6. Owner of the vehicle permit is solely responsible for the vehicle registered. Any vehicle
damage, loss, theft, accident, loss of life, injury, property damage is the responsibility of the
registered vehicle owner. FCZ will not be held liable in the event of any of the above.
7. FZA reserve the right to inspect vehicles permit/vehicle from time to time and reserves the
right to take action against such vehicles and their owners for security and operational
reasons. Vehicle owners need to give full cooperation during inspection.
8. Your temporary permit will be confiscated and will be banned from next applications if
found to be any misused of it.
9. Any traffic violation will be clamped and penalized.
10. FZA at any time reserves the right to review the management, terms, conditions, fees and
the use of the temporary vehicle access permit.
