valid college ID card or on a college fee

•Any kind of obscenity, vulgarity,
misbehaviour or slang language will not be
tolerated.
•The Organizing Committee has the
authority to create, change, modify or
update any round or rules and regulations
for before, during or after the event without
any prior notice.
•In case of any disputes or issues the say of
committee will be final and binding.
•Entries for pre-elimination rounds must be
submitted strictly on the given date and
time, if not, they shall be considered invalid
and the respective participant shall be
subject to disqualification.
•Cheating will lead to immediate
disqualification.
•Participants are required to adhere to all
rules said by the host of particular event or
mentioned in brochure
•Making any controversial, religious or
political comments or demeaning any one
will lead to disqualification of the
participant / contigent.
•Participants must not reveal their name or
the name of their college at any point during
event.
•Decision of judge will be final and binding.
•All pre - recorded videos should be
submitted within the due date and the
sound in the video should be clear audible.
•Sound for participation on dance event
should be submitted with the name of the
participant and contigent name or cc code.
•All CLs are requested to check the
scheduled event carefully as mentioned in
brochure and social media. The organizing
committee will not be held responsible for
any of event. Clashes won’t be entertained.
• CLs will be required to register for every event
at the respective venues in the following order:
Database Counter (DC)
Event Registration Counter (R)
The Database Counter will open 2 hrs before the
event starts. The CLs/ACLs will verify their
participants on the DC with valid ID Cards and
collect the Security Token of the participant
which will be deposited in the RC
• The event registration counters will close 15
minutes prior to the event. The CLs are required
to register their participants for the event in the
specified time.
• All the personal details shared by the
participants shall be true to the best of their
knowledge and belief. If proved to be otherwise,
the respective participant shall be subjected to
disqualification.
•Tube tops, low backs, low necks,
bralettes, sports bras, and tops above
the navel beyond a considerable length
will not be permitted.
Boy shorts, daisy dukes, dolphin shorts,
micro/miniskirts, leotards, and
bottoms above the knee will not be
permitted.
• Participants are not allowed to
perform bare-chested.
• Above mentioned items will not be
allowed even if mesh/nude bodysuits
and hosiery/tights are worn.
• All costumes are subject to scrutiny
and the judge's discretion will be final
