ENGLISH PROJECT GUIDELINES (2024-25)

GRADE: XII

Marking scheme:
- The project consists of 10 marks.
- 5 marks will be allotted for the Project file and 5 marks for the VIVA based on the
project.
- A PPT based on the project has to be prepared for VIVA and should be brought to
school on the day of the examination in a pen drive only.
- The PPT must have at least 10 slides including the first slide of details and the last
slide with summary. Do not copy-paste large content on slide. Use bullet points,
graphs and pictorial presentations only.
- Project should be handwritten on A4 sheets, using blue and black ink only.
- No unnecessary decoration required.

The project file will include the following:

 Cover page, with the title of the project, school details, and details of the student.
 Certificate of Completion under the guidance of the teacher.
 Index

 Objectives of the topic

 Action Plan for the completion of assigned tasks (steps involved in doing the
project)

 The essay should be written in 800-1000 words, using 8-9 sheets.

 Student reflections (what new learning experience/outcome you have achieved after
completing the project)

 Photographs that capture the positive learning experience of the students


(collages/pictures from various online sources) should be added.

 List of Resources/Bibliography should be added last.

 RUBRICS sheet provided by the teacher should be attached in the end for evaluation.
