Optional Class Features

This section offers additional features that you can gain as a
warlock.

Pact Boon
3rd-level warlock feature
When you choose your Pact Boon feature, the following option
is available to you, in addition to those in the Player’s Handbook.
Pact of the Crown
Your patron crowns you with an otherworldly accessory,
granting you a measure of authority. When you expend a
spell slot with your Pact Magic feature, you can issue an
order to your allies within 30 feet of you that can see or hear
you, choosing from the orders below. The effect of any order
you issue lasts until the start of your next turn.
Attack. The first attack your allies hit with during their
turn is treated as if you had made the attack for the purposes
of your warlock features and spells.
Defend. If your allies are attacked, the attack is treated as
if you had been attacked for the purposes of your warlock
features and spells.
Retreat. Your allies that take the Dash, Disengage, or Hide
action can move an additional 10 feet. Devil’s Tongue

a spell slot.
