II. SUMILLA:

The course belongs to the training curricular area. It is of a theoretical-practical nature and its objective is for the
student to develop and use the principles and standards of Business Law in the formation of the managerial and
strategic vision of the company; in the development of organizational goals and in the general management of
the business.

Main topics: Personal Law, obligations, companies, association contracts and EIRL, consumer protection law,
labor law, competition regulation and asset restructuring.

III. COURSE ACHIEVEMENT:

At the end of the course, the student prepares a written report applying the theory of Business Law with
alternative business decisions on a proposed case using a basic outline given by the teacher.
