Fee concession / government scholarship
College awards educational fee concession and scholarships for the admitted students. For
any queries students can contact with the concerned clerk of college. For more information
regarding these concessions and scholarships, students have to check the notice board regularly and
submit their applications in the prescribed format before the last date of submission. If the student’s
application will be rejected due to any reason, college will not be responsible for it.

RULES AND CONDITIONS REGARDING GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP AND
CONCESSION
1) Economically back word students should apply online for E. B. C. Scholarship.
Student must attach income certificate of parent in two copies with the application.
Annual income for the session 2018-19 must be indicated in the income certificate.
Students whose parents annual income is less than Rs. 1 lac and are permanent
resident of Maharashtra will be entitled for this government scholarship.
2) Student residing in village having less than 15,000 population will have to produce
their Grampanchayat’s income certificate.
3) Students below 18 years old will have to apply with the signature of their parents.
Such students will have to apply with the signature of their guardian if they don’t
have parents. Students must apply within 15 days for EBC Scholarship from the date
of their admission to the collage. Applications with others signature will not be
considered. Application must be submitted before 31.08.2019 photo copy of ration
card must be attached with the application.
4) Students must have 75% attendance to be entitled for concession students who fail to
attend minimum 75% classes, will not be entitled for this concession such students
will have to pay fall fees by themselves.
5) Only legal guardian must apply for pre concession.
6) Student must obtain received copy after submitting EBC form to the office. In
absence of received copy any claim of EBC application will not be taken into
account.
7) In case of gap in education, every student will have to produce gap certificate issued
by taluka magistate otherwise students will not be entitiled for EBC concession.
8) If the student is the third child of her parents, then she will not be entitiled for any
concession given by the government. Such student will have to pay full fees without
any application.
9) From the academic session 2007-08 scholarship scheme is applied for the merit
students from the minority community.
GOVERNMENT DECISION:-
Scholarship scheme is applied for the meritorious students from muslim, parashi, sikh, christion
and Buddhist community student residing in Maharashtra state.
SCOPE OF SCHEME
Scope of the scheme is from standard 11 to Ph.D. students opting technical and commercial
education will also get benefit of this scheme.
ELIGIBILITY OF BENEFICIARY
1) More than so percent marks in the previous examinations and
2) Parents annual income must be less than Rs 2 lac.
In this scholarship beneficiary scheme inclusion of 30 percent students is must of there is not
sufficient number of students than eligible students will be considered for this scheme.
The number of beneficiary in this scholarship beneficiary scheme is limited. Therefore
preference will be given to such students from below poverty line whose family income in is very
low compared to others. For new application renewal of the previous scholarship from 2008-2009 is
compulsory
DURATION: –
This scholarship scheme will be applied for the whole cource of study or ------------. Examination
allow once will be given for 10 months. For the effective implementation of this scheme, the
appointment of Nodal officer is required. Therefore Director, Higher education, Maharashtra state is
appointed as a Nodal Officer
SPECIAL INSTRUCTION:-
Students of standard 11 and 12 who don’t get any scholarship need to fill in declaration. Students
who get scholarship must apply within stipulated time given by the government. The collage will
not be responsible if the student apply late and she does not get the scholarship.
