the higher command according to the legal parameters in force for Military Forces
personnel on active duty as follows:

ACCORDING TO LAW 1862 OF 2017 – DISCIPLINARY REGIME OF THE FFMM.

1. The staff of Non-Commissioned Officers and organically instructed soldiers of the CP.
I/R 1C - 2021 BIGIR 10, we will be governed by the National Constitution, which in Chapter
VII deals with public forces. Article 217: The Nation will have permanent Military Forces
made up of the Army, the Navy and the Air Force for its defense. Their primary purpose will
be the defense of sovereignty, independence, the integrity of the National territory and the
Constitutional order of the Nation.

2. The staff of Non-Commissioned Officers and organically instructed soldiers of the CP.
I/R 1C - 2021 BIGIR 10, we will be obliged to comply with the parameters established in
Law 522 of 99 Military Criminal Justice Code while on active duty, in the performance of
service, or while on leave or vacation, to commit A crime that is not framed in Law 522 will
be governed by Law 906 New Accusatory Penal System.

Voluntary disablement, Art 131 Sentinel Crime Art 148 False alarm, Art 139 Trade with the
Enemy Art 152 Manufacture Possession and illegal trafficking of Firearms, ammunition and
explosives, Art 180 Embezzlement of endowment assets Art 182 Guilty embezzlement Art
195 Crimes Common such as homicide, theft, etc. They will not be covered by the Military
Criminal Justice when it is done with intention and fraud, they will be dismissed and placed
at the disposal of Law 906.

5. The staff of non-commissioned officers and organically trained soldiers of the CP. I/R 1C
- 2021 BIGIR 10, must comply with the Training schedule planned and ordered by the
Company Command, the platoon and squad commander will be responsible for the
activities carried out by their subordinates.

6. The personnel of Non-Commissioned Officers and organically instructed soldiers of the

CP are prohibited. I/R 1C - 2021 BIGIR 10, abuse intoxicating beverages or consume
narcotics in the Unit's facilities or instruction areas.

7. The personnel of Non-Commissioned Officers and Organic Soldiers of the CP is

prohibited. I/R 1C - 2021 BIGIR 10, neglecting the correct presentation on the person or in
the uniform in service activities.

8. The personnel of Non-Commissioned Officers and organically instructed soldiers of the

CP are prohibited. I/R 1C - 2021 BIGIR 10, remove war material of any type such as:
Grenades, ammunition, explosives, weapons, etc. While on leave, leave, vacation,
performing any other off-duty activity.

9. The personnel of Non-Commissioned Officers and organically instructed soldiers of the

pertinent corrective measures in time.

13. The personnel of Non-Commissioned Officers and Organic Soldiers of the CP is

prohibited. I/R 1C - 2021 BIGIR 10, leaving the Instruction area, interrupting and strictly
failing to comply with the ordered schedule.

14. The CP command. I/R 1C - 2021 BIGIR 10, orders the staff of Officers, Non-
Commissioned Officers, and Instructed Soldiers, who must make correct use of the
ordered uniforms (Camouflaged with complete patches, and complete sports uniform) for
the different activities that are practiced in the Battalion.

problems.

19. The CP command. I/R 1C - 2021 BIGIR 10, prohibits games of chance and/or luck, this

Company Commander.

7. The Platoon Commander or replacement is responsible for keeping track of the time of
the Instructions to spend or remain in the Instruction.

8. The staff of organic Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers of the CP. I/R 1C - 2021
BIGIR 10, they must verify before each Instruction the safety cartridge and the support
weapons, which must remain with the cartridge without a supplier and the other weapons
without ammunition.

9. The personnel of Officers, Non-Commissioned Officers and Organic Soldiers of the CP

is prohibited. I/R 1C - 2021 BIGIR 10, bathing in wells, rivers, streams, ravines, pools,
which can threaten the integrity of personnel, causing drowning.

10. The personnel of Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers and Organically instructed

14. The personnel of organic trained soldiers of the CP is prohibited. I/R 1C - 2021 BIGIR
10, carry out some type of activity that puts your physical integrity at risk such as:

battalion is the guard, personnel who consider leaving through another sector in
violation of all issued orders will be responsible for what happens to them.

17. The personnel of organic trained soldiers of the CP is prohibited. I/R 1C - 2021 BIGIR
10, the sale of hallucinogenic, psychotropic substances, intoxicating beverages, and any
other illegal substance or that affects the normal functioning of the psychomotor or
rational part.

18 . The personnel of organic trained soldiers of the CP is prohibited. I/R 1C - 2021 BIGIR
10, self-medication or consumption of some type of medication without prior
authorization or medical prescription.

19. All personnel of organically trained soldiers of the CP. I/R 1C - 2021 BIGIR 10, they
must form up to go to the troop dining room to receive food, since it is a service record
regardless of whether they are going to consume it or not, this order is strictly followed
and is the responsibility of the non-commissioned officer. service.

 Personnel of the Military Forces (National Army, National Navy and Colombian Air
Force) should not have sexual relations with female or male personnel from the
surrounding communities.
 The personnel of the Military Forces (National Army, National Navy and Colombian
Air Force) are not authorized to explain how firearms are handled to civilian
personnel.
 The personnel of the Military Forces (National Army, National Navy and Colombian
Air Force) must be reviewed BEFORE, DURING and AFTER. of the area where a

HUMANISTIC area.
