Co-op/Internship Work Permit along with your Study Permit. The Study Permit DOES NOT authorize any work that is

HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT: Algonquin College has partnered with Flywire to offer an innovative and
streamlined way to make a payment from your home country.
1. Continue to AlgonquinCollege.Flywire.com
2. Select your preferred payment method from the options provided. Options may include bank transfer,
debit/credit card in your home currency, electronic payment, or other local options.
3. Create your account or log into your existing Flywire account, then enter some basic information to
initiate your payment booking.
4. Follow the instructions provided to send funds to Flywire. For bank transfers, follow the instructions
provided to send your funds. Depending on your bank, payment may be made online, in person, or over
the phone. For debit/ credit card payments, enter your card details online to complete your payment in
your home currency.
5. Please use the official Flywire receipt as proof of tuition payment. This receipt should be used for the
visa application.
6. For all payments made outside of Canada using Flywire, please note that if a refund is required, the
funds will be returned to the originating source (i.e. person making the payment). Therefore, it is
advisable for students not to make payments through an Agent for this reason.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct immigration documents necessary to begin your
studies at Algonquin College. If your Study Permit is refused or delayed, we requirè notification in writing
before the start of classes to avoid a withdrawal penalty. Please note that the last day to start your program
is five (5) days after the start of class, and that there are no refunds for withdrawals made after ten (10)
days of class.
Cancellation of this offer after tuition is paid will result in a withdrawal penalty of a minimum of
