The terms and condition are based on our company policy for quotation valid from the date of
TIME OF DELIVERANCE All necessary equipment’s including plant and materials, etc.
Will be deliver within committed working days after the date of signing the contract.
Yes we can make a schedule of delivery whatever is made first to dispatch at yours site.
But it would depend on the payment schedule followed by party. Yours technical Lead man can confirm
the quality of plant and machinery up to the satisfactory.
Installation charges are not include in given above quote price and Civil job, Electrical jobs (Wiring, main
panel DP, electricity Generator) are out of ours scope but we can guide you for this rest of all mechanical
jobs we bring ours team and it’s in our project cost offered to you.
All prices are subject to order confirmation and contracting agreement with initial payment settled
between both parties. This is sort of agreement too with the additional clauses mentioned beneath,
signing of this contract will start project within lead time when signing the agreement on date.
Delaying the payment will lead to delay project deliverance time Quitting out from project at any stage
will not affect the total payment its customized machinery and it’s yours property you should pay all and
lift all.
Mode of payment: One hundred percent (100%) of contract amount shall be paid in PKR. 80% in
advance when signed agreement for startup, remaining 20% paid within week before 50% of order
completion. If customer payment are delay company will not responsible to deliver order on committed
time.
This guarantee starts from the date of arrival of the goods at the Customer premises, even if the machines
or installations have not been started up. The electrical and electronic parts are excluded from the
guarantee. The Guarantee term will not be postponed owing to eventual replacements and/or
modifications occurred during its course.
The Guarantee will be limited to the replacement of the faulty parts owing to manufacture or processing
errors or bad quality of the materials employed, excluding the manpower for the intervention and the
pertinent costs (travel, board and lodging, etc.).
The Guarantee does not cover faults caused by the inexperience in the management, by the
nonobservance of the instructions by overloads exceeding the contractual limits, by non-authorized
intervention by modifications or timbering’s made by the Purchaser or by third parties upon Purchaser
request.
Machine Installation: machine installation within seven (07) days after delivery of plant Local
Expense: All Local expense will be paid from customer site Suitable living quarters for project
management team with. Wholesome and sufficient food. Local transportation: Other necessary staying
including necessary medical and dental expense. Raw material: In any case if we need new raw
