REBUILD PUPPY CHOW
8 cups of wheat chex
1/2 cup PB
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup rebuild
Put chex into large bowl.
In a medium sauce pan melt coconut oil, pb, and chocolate once melted add in vanilla and then add the
cereal to the chocolate mix. Once well tossed slowly fold in 1 cup rebuild for the powder sugar and

2 sc Pdm choc
2 sc f1 choc
2 sc pb2
5 sc almond milk
1 sc cocoanut oil
1 sc cocoa powder

MUG CAKES
MY FAVE IS 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, (TWO EGGS, TWO SCOOPS PDM AND F1, 2 TBS WATER AND 2 MIN
IN MICROWAVE)

***My shake came in the form of a cake today! A mug cake that is!!
1 scoop pumpkin spice F1 and orange cream F1
2 scoops vanilla pdm
4 tbsp liquid egg whites
6 tbsp water
Microwave for 2 minutes!
***In bowl, mix: 1 egg, 2TBS milk, 2scoops of chocolate f1. Cook on stovetop stirring like scrambled
eggs until fully cooked and crumbly. On plate then top with Greek Yogurt. Optional to add walnuts,
chocolate granola. Enjoy.
****Banana Caramel mug cake!!! Sooooo good!!!
2 scoops banana caramel
2 scoops vanilla pdm
1 egg or 3 egg whites
3-4 tbsp water Microwave for 2 minutes. Drizzle honey on top. DEVOUR!
*****Whisk together 1 egg and 2 tablespoons any kind of milk.
Then whisk in two scoops any flavor of Herbalife Formula One.Pour into a mug that has been sprayed
with Pam or cooking spray, and microwave for about two minutes, depending on your microwave. Turn
upside down onto a plate and enjoy

2 scoops favorite Herbalife healthy meal (usually cookies and cream)
1 tablespoon milk (reg, soy or almond)
1 egg
Stir until smooth
Microwave 1:45 to 2:00 min
Rebuild icing:
2 scoops rebuild
3 tablespoons milk (reg, soy, almond)
When making icing it I find it easier to do 1 scoop rebuild 1.5 tablespoons at a time to make smooth.
You can add berries to top off if it fits into your plan
REBUILD COOKIES
4 SCOOPS REBUILD
1/2C BROWN SUGAR
½ C COCONUT OIL, MELTED
1 WHOLE EGG
1TBSP VANILLA EXTRACT
½ TSP BAKING POWDER
1.5 CUPS OATS
1 CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS OR RAISINS OR BOTH
BAKE 325 FOR 12-15 MIN (MAKES APPROX 2 DOZEN)
REBUILD PB CUPS

2TBS peanut butter
3 scoops Rebuild Strength
I put the coconut oil and pb in glass measuring bowl and 1-2 min in microwave-- then stirred in rebuild
and poured into saran wrapped muffin tin-- put in fridge
In a cupcake pan. Use the tins and fill em half way. Refrigerate

HERBALIFE Formula 1 PIE
Pumpkin Pie!!
1 Cup Formula 1 Vanilla
1 1/4 Cups milk
1 Cup Pumpkin
1 Teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 Package vanilla pudding
1 Keebler graham cracker crust
Cool whip
Mix Formula 1, milk, pumpkin, and spice together, add pudding, mix till blended well, pour into crust.
Chill for an hour, add cool whip, cut into 8 pieces, each piece = 200 cal approx.
Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie!!
1 Cup Formula 1 Vanilla
1 1/4 Cups milk
1 Cup Pumpkin
4 oz Light Cream Cheese
1 Teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 Package cheesecake pudding
1 Keebler graham cracker crust
Cool whip
Mix Formula 1, milk, pumpkin, spice, and soften cream cheese together, add pudding, mix till blended
well, pour into crust. Chill for an hour, add cool whip, cut into 8 pieces, each piece = 250 calories approx.
TURTLE PIE
1 Cup Vanilla or Choc. Formula 1
2 Cups Milk
1 small package vanilla or white chocolate pudding
1 Keebler shortbread crust
Caramel Sunday topping
Mix Formula 1 and milk together, add pudding, mix till
blended will, and pour into crust. Chill for an hour,
drizzle caramel on top of pie,
add CoolWhip,
then add 2 TBLS of pecans on top of cool whip !!!
Drizzle with Carmel Syrup and Chocolate Syrup
PEANUT BUTTER PIE
1 cup Formula #1 (vanilla or chocolate)
2 cups skim milk
1 pkg. white chocolate pudding
1 ready made Piecrust (ex: Keebler chocolate)
¼ cup Peanut Butter
Mix Formula #1 and milk together
Add Peanut Butter
Mix well
Add pudding mix
Pour into pie crust and chill for 1 hour
When chilled, add light Cool Whip
Cut into 8 equal pieces
Each piece equals 250 cal approx
PROTEIN BALLS
Reeses Pieces protein balls with Herbalife Cookies and cream, and Herbalife pdm. They are so sinfully
good. I freeze them and we eat them that way. Grandkids beg for these lol..
1/2 c Herbalife formula 1 (i used cookies n cream)
1/2 c protein drink mix choc or van
1 c peanut butter
1 c oats
3/4 c honey
1/2 c rice krispies
Mix all together with you hands..then roll into balls or you can put in an 8x8 pan and spread them out.
Put in freezer. Start eating them within 30 min.

1/2 cup honey
Just a little water -
mix all ingredients and roll into balls. Let sit out or in fridge.

1 Cup of Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
1/3 Cup of Honey
1 Cup of Oats
1 Cup of Herbalife Formula 1 Meal Replacement Shake Mix (Dutch Chocolate pictured)....also try with
different flavors of Formula one: Cookies & Cream, Vanilla, Allergen Free, or Dulce de Leche!
Mix by hand and roll into balls. May also press into a pan to make mini brownies.
Hint: For the picky eaters, if you mix the Formula 1 & oats first before adding the honey & peanut butter,
you will not "see" the oats as you do in the picture.
Keep in the refrigerator for maximum flavor

Blend with a food processor and form into balls

HERBACAKES OR WAFFLES
HerbaCakes w/ Vanilla Icing
Pancakes:
2 scoops vanilla F1
2 scoops vanilla pdm
4 egg whites or 2/3 c ready egg whites
Mix together to form pancake bater. Cook on low-medium heat.
Icing:
1/8 c plain Greek yogurt
1/8 c unsweetened almond milk
1/2 scoop vanilla pdm
Mix together and drizzle on pancakes when done.
297.5 calories; 40.5 G protein, 22.5 g carbs, 5 g fat and 11 g sugar!!
Herbacakes!! Who doesn't love pancakes?? And these are healthy! 2 scoops vanilla healthy meal, 2
scoops vanilla pdm, 3 egg whites, 2-4 tbsp water (to get consistency of pancake batter).. I added
cinnamon to these but you can add fruit if you'd like or better yet, make a syrup out of fruit!! Cut up
apples into small pieces and sauté in water and cinnamon or sauté blueberries and then smash.. The
possibilities are endless!
DELICIOUS Recipe-
2 scoops Vanilla Formula 1 Shake Mix
2 egg whites, sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg
Mix it together and cook on the griddle smile emoticon
Served up with fresh strawberries and organic low fat cottage cheese.
