4. Installation
It is required to prepare a suitable area according to the sizes of the machine as well as the
preparation of electricity and water where the machine will be used.
Endowash sizes:
Width: 80 cm, Height: 83 cm, Height: 106 cm,
Height when the cover is opened: 140 cm.
An area above the minimum sizes is needed to achieve the high-performance.
9
ii) Electrical and water connections of the machine
Electrical connection: Endowash machine works with 220 V electric voltages. There is 150 cm
grounded plug on the machine. Endowash should be at least 130 cm away from the grounded plug
on the wall. In addition to electrical and electronic circuits, there are many sensors. Therefore power
should provide the specified electric voltage and it should be free from parasites of the voltage and
be continuous.
As the disinfection is left half finished when the main voltage is cut off, the voltage continuance
should be maintained for a reliable disinfection.
Water Connection: Endowash machine needs water in washing and disinfection operations.
Machine works with water that is refined at 0,2 micron level, processed with UltraViole and cleared
from all kinds of organic or inorganic substances. Machinery should not connect to a water source
that does not contain these features. Water connection hose supplied with machine is 100 cm, one
end of which is connected to the machine and the other one is connected to the water filter. For this
connection, 3A female water connector is needed for the water filter. Water filter must be changed
in every 6 months.
10
iv) Other important issues about the machine area:
a. There should not be any other electromagnetic machine that may affect the machine around the
Endowash machine.
b. Machine should not be located in a very humid environment.
c. A suitable working environment should be provided according to the operation values of the
machine.
11
C. Water connection
Water inlet connection hose that is supplied with the machine is connected to
the place at the back of the machine, labeled as “water inlet”. As the water
pressure will occur at the water inlet (SG – Su Girişi), make sure
the connection is done thoroughly.
The other end of hose will be connected to water purification system that is
connected to the water source and contains the above-mentioned features.
12
D. Sewage connection
Waste fluid hose that is supplied with the machine is connected to the place at the back of the
machine, labeled as “Waste Fluid” (AS). As the water pressure will occur at the water inlet, make
sure the connection is done thoroughly.
The other end of the hose should be connect to the point where the waste fluid is sent and at the
place where the waste fluid is send, the air tightness between the hose and the point where the
hose is connected should be connected.
Waste fluid should not be sent to the sewer system directly. Due to some chemicals used in your
machine, waste fluid may damage the nature. Therefore, waste fluid should be connected to a
sewage system that will not damage the nature.
”It is required to have an outlet that is enough to meet the output flow of the machine at the
place where the waste fluid hose is connected.
E.Electrical connection
On the back of the machine, an electric plug is available to run the machine with electricity. (EG) It
is required to connect this plug to the voltage system. Electricity should be in accordance with the
standards of the machine. Remember that instant voltage changes may damage the machine.
Problems due to the electric supply may exclude your machine out of the warranty coverage.
13
Machine has a system that protects both user and machine. Machine is grounded in general. The
leakage current relay at the back of the machine should be in working condition to protect people
from death due to the leakage current. In addition, it prevents damages that may be occurred at two
separate main fuses. If your machine is not working although it is connected to the electric system,
first check the fuses and the leakage current relay. If your machine does not work despite your
controls, disconnect your machine from the main power supply immediately. Do not turn on the
covers on the machine. In case of problems, please call MİXTA help desk.
"The earthing of the electric system to which you connect your machine should be in perfect
condition."
"If your machine does not work although it is connected to the electricity, please call the
authorized service."
"Never open the side covers and back cover of your machine. To open the machine while the
authorized service personnel is not present may be life-threatening."
14
F. Locking the machine foots
There are two movable, reversible wheels at the front, and two movable, irreversible wheels at the
back of the machine. After the completion of the operations specified above, place your machine
where you will use it. Making sure you have place the machine thoroughly, lock the two reversible

Dear User,
Your device's factory settings are programmed to use the most preferred mode, which is
“Periodical Manual (ready to use) disinfection”. This program consists of the following steps: 1.
Pre-Washing with water, 2. Washing with Enzymatic, 3. İntermediate Washing with water, 4.
Washing with Disinfectant, 5. Final Washing with water and 6. Filtration with air drying. For this
reason, the first pages of your manual explain how to operate your device accordingly.
You can change the washing times shown on the 16th page of your manual to be as long as you
want. You can also change any parameters in each stage.
If you want to install a different washing and disinfection program other than the factory settings,
you need an authorized account. How to create this account and a personal password is
described on this manual in detail.
If you feel that this manual is not explanatory enough, you can contact us on our Help Center
(+90 312 394 7215) or by e-mail at [email protected]

In order to clean up any blood or particles that have remained on the endoscope, you must
prewash your endoscope before putting it in the device. Biopsy channels should also be cleaned
with biopsy channel cleaners. (the biopsy cleaning kit is not supplied with the machine and you
need to obtain the relevant product from the endoscope vendors).
Place the pre-washed endoscope in the washing chamber of the machine. The parts that need
to be protected from water are closed with the connector. The channel connections on the
endoscope are connected to the washing channels in the machine.
The required washing and disinfection program is selected. As a result of the program, your
washed disinfected endoscope is ready for the next use.
If you encounter a problem after completing all the procedures described in the user manual
You can call the MİXTA Technical Support Line.

In order to be able to wash and disinfect your device, you need disinfectant, enzyme and some
models of alcohol if you want to use it. If you do not have any of these three chemicals and the
program is not canceled, your device will give an error, warn you and will not work. When you
start the wash and disinfection program with your device, the device will automatically check
whether the chemicals (disinfectant, enzymatic-detergent or alcohol) contained in the selected
program are present in the tanks and will proceed with washing and disinfection. For this reason,
before going to wash and disinfection process, disinfectant, enzymes or alcohol should be filled
in again as described in this guide.
Your device has disposible disifectant, periodic automatic (concentrate) and periodic manual
(ready to use) disinfectant washing programs according to the disinfectant used. Since the
factory settings of your device are programmed according to the most preferred periodic
manual (Ready to Use) disinfectant type, it is explained how to use the disinfection
devices. Setting of other programs and filling of disinfectants have been promoted in the
following sections.
