DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

The Deed of Donation made and executed by MUNICIPAL LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT (donating
organization) herein represented by its MUNICIPAL MAYOR (title of the representative) HON. RINO O.
DELOS REYES (name of the representative) with office address at POBLACION NAGA, ZAMBOANGA
SIBUGAY herein after called the DONOR.

In favour of

The DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION herein representative by school head (title of the official)
MUKSAN B. BALADJI (name of the official) with office address at Bangkaw-Bangkaw, Naga Zamboanga
Sibugay herein after called DONEE.

WITNESSETH

In consideration of a desire to contribute a share for the cause of Education of the Filipino learners
through the Adopt-A-School Program of the Department of Education. The DONOR has freely and
voluntarily given transferred and conveyed by way to the DONEE, its successor and assigns freely and clear
of any and all liens and encumbrances whatsoever all its rights, interest and title on;
