COURSE DESCRIPTION (COMPETENCY UNIT DESCRIPTION)
Body Electrotherapy Service competency unit is a range of body services that uses electrical equipment according to manufacturer equipment
specification and beauty industry guidelines. The outcome of this competency is to enhance body contour in accordance with service provided. The
person who is competent in Body Electrotherapy service should be able to comprehend the circulatory, digestive system and electrical equipment to
provide effective Body Electrotherapy service. She/he should be able to check client consultation information, carry out body electrotherapy service
preparation, carry out client preparation, perform body electrotherapy service, provide after care advice and up keep service area.
