FINDINGS
The main objective of this study is to find out the customers satisfaction about sunlight detergent
powder. After carrying out the study of sunlight detergent powders satisfaction among customers in
vengola gram panchayath , the following findings have been reached;
1. Out of 50 respondents, most of the customers prefer sunlight detergent powder as their
favourite detergent powder. Only 28% don’t consider sunlight as their personal favourite.
2. 40% of the customers select sunlight detergent powder with reference to the advertisement
,30% through relatives and the rest through other ways like friends etc.
3. quality and brand are the two important factors that attract the sunlight detergent powder to
customers. While price and other factors make less influence in consumers mind.
4. The opinion of respondents about sunlight detergent powder is satisfying.
