SERIES OF 2023
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MS. JOECEL FAITH MARIE L. UGAY AS
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SECRETRY OF BARANGAY KAGAWASAN
PAGADIAN CITY
WHEREAS, the Republic Act No. 10742 also known as Sangguniang Kabataan
Reform Act of 2015 provides in Chapter 2 Section 13 paragraph (1) state that the
Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson , with the concurrence of the Sangguniang
Kabataan has the power to appoint among the members of the Katipunan ng Kabataan
a secretary and a treasurer.
WHEREAS, the Republic Act of 10742 further provides for the following
qualifications of a Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary:
- Must be a citizen of the Philippines, a qualified voter of Katipunan ng Kabataan,
- A resident of a barangay for not less than one (1) year immediately preceding the
day of elections ,
- At least eighteen (18) years but not more than twenty -four (24) years of age the day of
elections,
- Able to read and write Filipino, English or the local dialect,
- Must not be related within the second civil degree of consanguinity or affinity or any
other incumbent elected national official or any incumbent elected regional official ,
province city, municipal or barangay official. In the locality where he or she seeks to
be elected, and ;
- Must not have been convicted by final judgement of any crime involving moral
turpitude.
WHEREAS, from among Katipunan ng Kabataan members of Barangay
Kagawasan, Pagadian City the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson recommended Ms.
Joecel Faith Marie L. Ugay for the position if SK Secretary after due consideration of
qualifications and finding her to possess the necessary skills and experience required
for the position as Sk Secretary;
WHEREAS, as SK Secretary , Ms. Joecel Faith Marie L. Ugay shall perform the
following duties stated in Sangguniang Kabataan Republic Act 10742 , Reform Act of
2015;
NOW , THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED , AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY
THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN to approve the appointment of Ms. Joecel Faith
Marie L. Ugay as Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary of Barangay Kagawasan, Pagadian
City.
RESOLVED FURTHER , that MS. JOECEL FAITH MARIE L. UGAY appointment
shall be effective beginning December 11, 2023.
Adopted this 11 th day of December, 2023 in Barangay Kagawasan, Pagadian City,
Zamboanga Del Sur, Philippines.

A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MR. IAN B. TUBES AS SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN
SK TREASURER OF BARANGAY KAGAWASAN PAGADIAN CITY
WHEREAS, the Republic Act No. 10742 also known as Sangguniang Kabataan
Reform Act of 2015 provides in Chapter 2 Section 13 paragraph (1) state that the
Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson , with the concurrence of the Sangguniang

WHEREAS, as SK Treasurer , Mr. Ian B. Tubes shall perform the following duties
stated in Sangguniang Kabataan Republic Act 10742 , Reform Act of 2015;
NOW , THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED , AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY
THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN to approve the appointment of Mr. Ian B. Tubes
as Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer of Barangay Kagawasan, Pagadian City.
RESOLVED FURTHER , that MR. IAN B. TUBES appointment shall be effective
beginning December 11, 2023.
