RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BARANGAY TREASURER TO RELEASE FUND
AMOUNTING TO FORTY-ONE THOUSAND PESOS AND 0/100 (₱41,000.00) THROUGH THE
10% SK FUND SOCIO-CULTURAL & SPORTS DEVELOPMENT-LINGGO NG KABATAAN
FOR THE OBSERVANCE OF THE LINGGO NG KABATAAN PART 2 FROM DECEMBER 17
TO DECEMBER 31, 2023
WHEREARS, Section 30 of RA 10742 mandates the observance of Linggo ng Kabataan;
WHEREAS, The Sangguniang Kabataan of Paniangan, Manticao, Misamis Oriental, through its SK
Chairperson, with the support of the Sangguniang Barangay of Paniangan would like to give awareness
that the barangay will celebrate the Lingo ng Kabataan Part 2;
WHEREAS, a series of sports events will be conducted during the celebration of the Linggo ng Kabataan
Part 2 scheduled on December 17 to December 31, 2023;
NOW THEREFORE, premises considered and upon motion of SK Chair Wilmar A. Cañete which was
duly seconded by Hon. Kag. Robin D. Yapac, it was:
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to authorize the barangay treasurer to release fund
amounting to forty-one thousand pesos and 0/100 (₱41,000.00) through the 10% SK Fund Socio-Cultural
& Sports Development-Linggo ng Kabataan Part 2;
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the municipal office of accounting,
budget and other offices concerned for their reference;
UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED 18 December 2023.
