RESOLUTION No. 001

Series of 2023

A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. JOLINA SAMBON JUNIO AS THE


SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SECRETARY AND MS. JERAMEL AGCAOILE DE LEON AS THE SANGGUNIANG
KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANGAY IDONG, BAYAMBANG PANGASINAN.

WHEREAS, Section 7 of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Act of
2015 requires the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson with the concurrence of the majority of all SK
members, appoint from among the Katipunan ng Kabataan, a secretary and a Treasurer;

WHEREAS, Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson EDDIE D. PELEMBERGO, JR. presented to the council his
appointed Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary MS. RONNIELYN C. CAPOQUIAN and MR. DIEGO D. ROSIT as
the Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer;

WHEREAS, both MS. CAPOQUIAN and MR. ROSIT possesses all the qualifications for a Sangguniang
Kabataan Secretary and Treasurer as provided under Section 10 of R.A. 10742;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Cagamutan del Norte after a thorough deliberation approved
and concurred the appointment of MS. RONNIELYN C. CAPOQUIAN and MR. DIEGO D. ROSIT;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion by SK Member JOHN MARK M. ENGO and duly seconded by SK Member
MARBEN G. PIACRADAL;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to confirm the appointment of MS. RONNIELYN C. CAPOQUIAN as


the Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary and MR. DIEGO D. ROSIT as the Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer of
Barangay Cagamutan del Norte, Gamay, Northern Samar until the end of the term of the appointing
authority unless sooner removed.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution shall be given to MS. RONNIELYN C. CAPOQUIAN and
MR. DIEGO D. ROSIT for their file, copy furnish to the Municipal Local Government Operations Office and
to the Local Youth Development Office of Gamay, Northern Samar for their information and record.

APPROVED this 30th Day of November 2023, at Barangay Cagamutan del Norte, Gamay, Northern Samar
