IM Manual Empowered Local Churches

The document outlines a training manual for empowering local churches through intentional discipleship. It defines what empowered churches and true disciples look like, including transformed lives, loving relationships, empowering leaders, multiplying disciples, and passion for missions. Empowered churches have strong discipleship systems that help believers grow deeper in faith and participate in God's mission. The key is for local churches to systematically, aggressively, and intentionally disciple all members to become Christlike and mobilized for ministry.
