REPORT WRITING
A report is an account of an event/function or an occurrence.
• A report should be concise, avoid elaborate details and explanations.
• It should be written in practical and businesslike manner presenting the
necessary information as clearly as possible.
• Write in past tense.
• Write in indirect speech and use passive form of expression.
• The information is arranged in an inverted pyramid structure
