A product is unsuccessful if it is not profitable, cannot be maintained in the

result in the product being taken off the market.
If a company fails to meet the expectations of its customers, it must compensate them
financially with things like refunds or future purchase discounts.
18.3 Service failure

19 What will you be looking for when reviewing a Business Performance Report?
we'll monitor my sales figures to see how well I'm doing in the market, which markets to target
next, and how to increase my performance. Furthermore, I'll search for my products and
services, including any plans for renewal and how long the current products will satisfy
customers' wants.

20 What performance indicators will you include in your business plan?

Common Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include website visits, revenue growth rate, ROI,
cost per acquisition (CPA), lifetime value (LTV), and engagement rate.

21 How will you identify underperforming employees who may require coaching?
We will conduct random checks to identify underperformance in the workforce. We will
encourage staff to use the staff complaint system by offering incentives. Effective managers
are better at spotting and resolving underperformance problems. Underperformance-related
problems must be resolved as soon as possible. Not all underperformance issues require a
specific process. Examine additional options, such as using continual feedback, to improve
performance.

22 Why should a business plan be reviewed regularly?

It should be evaluated on a frequent basis. We can assess our progress and make the
necessary adjustments when things don't go as planned by regularly updating and reviewing
the plan. The analysis of a business plan provides the perfect platform for discussing plans,
objectives, and strategies.

In summary, when launching a new business, thorough planning and consideration of several important factors are
required. We should promote fair trade and adhere to the Competition and Consumer Act of 2010 to maintain
legal compliance. We should also understand the customers' wants to build loyalty. Well-defined business needs and
objectives serve as the foundation for the company's strategy, and competitive awareness facilitates strategic
positioning. The management should set definite performance targets for the first year and secure the required funding,
personnel, and equipment.
